Noisy and food was average. They are good in starters but need to improve the mains. Not as good as ratings but they need to create the ambience and work further on flavours.
Excellent service and the food was really good. Starters veg and non veg as well as the mains were spot on unlike many other restaurants.
This restaurant offers great food and service. The seating is very contemporary and different from many other restaurants in the area. Food is highly recommended.
Delicious authentic food. Great staff. Good atmosphere and decor. Great for big groups. Very big restaurant with one wall of window showing the chefs at work in the kitchen. Excellent selection of vegetarian, meat, fish and seafood dishes which were explained by enthusiastic staff to us uninitiated! Very good hygiene standards.
good food but average service as they were very busy. our party got half the drinks first and the others had to wait for 5 min! But overall food much better than previous management.
Food and food service was great (from ordering food to food on the table). Giving a 4 as waiters were not attentive and didnt pay attention to us calling him for drinks, ordering food etc.
had fun was a large group , they catered well for us all. Would definately go back and would definately recommend to all friends and family
Great food with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were really helpful and on point with the service. Definitely coming back here again with friends and family.
Very busy, long time to get drinks as staff do not write orders down and move onto other tables, when chased manager rude and says drinks are coming. food really good.
great atmosphere and ambience. Food was average. The service was very poor. Staff took a long time just to come around take the orders. When they did they got them wrong as well.
service was great, good could have been better though. It was nice but for the prices they charge I was expecting stronger flavours and more exciting dishes
Excellent food, excellent service. The restaurant decor is first class and our party was well looked after. We enjoyed the evening very much and will return.
The food was very nice and the waiters were very helpful - even on a busy Friday night! If the music wasn't so loud - I would definitely have given it a 6!
Food is good but it gets annoying when four different waiters come and ask if everything is ok within 5mins of each other. Also the seats are too low for tables - made us feel like we were back at school!
Good food and lovely decor but the service was a little slow and inattentive bearing in mind that the restaurant was not full when we visited.
Nothing to complain about except either your table are too high or chairs and sofa are too low as very uncomfortable. Especially when you have spinal issues.
The ambience was good and clean.. The staff was really courteous and very child friendly maybe it was Sunday nobody complained since the kids were having a good time..Starters were really good main course was a bit on sweet side but again that's my viewpoint
We expected the food to be as good as all the other Everest branches but were disappointed with the food flavours. When you arrive the staff are very helpul but after you have been sitted and as the restaurant gets busier we had to literally look out for the staff to come and serve us. Prices are a bit more expensive than the Honeypot branch. I think I will stick to my nearest Honeypot branch
The service was great by the staff. The drinks came within a few minutes of order and so was the food, both the starters and main.A good night out. Thank you.
Stunning food and helpful staff. Have been a few times now and very much look forward to going back again soon. Great ambience also there
The food is fantastic and the portions are large. Not complaining! At least you get an amount of meat in the dishes unlike most Indian restaurants. This was the 2nd visit we had made and it was very busy again. Mostly Indian people which is a good sign. Service very attentive. Even though we booked for 7.30 and had to wait 30 minutes the staff were very friendly and the wait went quickly!! We will be regulars.
Excellent food as always. Service was a bit on the slow side but it was a busy night so can't be too harsh. One of our favourite restaurant chains, follow the everest brand where ever he opens as Milin will not let you down with the quality of food on offer.
Amazing food and good portion sizes (especially the starters) however the restaurant gets very busy on fridays and we had to wait a long time to get our food. Prices are slightly higher than other similar restaurants in the area.
Excellent food, the waiters were over run so they could do with more staff during busy times as it took a long time to get served and they forgot our drinks. The restaurant has a very noisy atmosphere, however the decor is lovely. Overall I would go back as the food was excellent.
Food was very good and so was the service and decor. They even provided cushions for the children to reach the table more comfortably. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be going back.
food was tasty and fast service for a friday evening although it was very noisy and loud which is annoying. something i found rude was that the waiters expect us to order more food than we wanted and when we ordered only 3 dishes, they didnt look happy. customers should be treated the same despite how much they spend. we felt we werent welcome coz our bill was only £30.
Nearly 10 different items ordered of which only one no one touched after trying .Good service by waiter called Deepak even though the place was busy . Slight expensive but worth going for food and drinks . I
Very nice service and food with authentic taste. JD a nice evening out with my family, even the kids enjoyed it.highly recommended, will definitely go back.
Superb food. Ambience was amazing. However the tables were placed very close to each other so felt congested. But the food was probably the best I Indian I have had.. highly recommended.
Food was ok. Expensive for what it is. Baby changing was awful I had to complain. Wouldn't go back in a hurry. Very busy restaurant.
The venue and food was very good. They just need more waiters/ staff as they struggled to cope with the amount of people on a busy Saturday evening
Great food and great service. However abit pricy when compared to other similar restaurants in the area. Good choice on menu for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians.
Good food but a rushed service. Too busy and not given the correct attention. Ordered a coke and never came. They need to sort out more staff
When we arrived we were offered a table by the door, not in the main body of the restaurant. We refused and were eventually given one near the bar. We were so far away from the rest of the diners we might just as well have ordered a take away and eaten in our own home as there was no ambience.
The food was mediocre and certain dishes were bland. The service was not the best either.Much rather prefer going to the honeypot branch of Everest.
A lovely warm welcome on arrival. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely food and loved the decor! Definitely would go back again and highly recommend!
Busy Saturday night expecting slow service however was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the orders were turned around and the food was very nice. Friendly staff and management and we were never hassled to quickly order between our starters and main courses. Overall a great atmosphere and dining experience.
The food was good. Staff were very accommodating and the service was good. Our group size had increased from the original booking but the staff were very quick to arrange a larger table.
Excellent startters and main food and good service. Good atmosphere and clean place x x x x x x x x x x x x
Really poor service Tables crammed together and food was average at best .Felt poor value for money. The washrooms always an indicator how well the place is run,was nicely decorated but poorly maintained
Nice food , great service , enjoyed the evening , will definitely go again
Very tasty food - Good choice of starters dishes and Main dishes --- always consistent in quality and quantity. Very clean place and friendly staff. Good ambience.
Starters were excellent, absolutely would recommend the mixed grill to everyone, and king prawns were fab too, although very pricey. Main courses were tasty, and comparable to local alternatives. I did feel that our lamb karahi was a bit padded out with veggies, but quality was good.
Great food, good service until we got our food, after which we were ignored for the rest of the night and had to get up three times to ask for menus, deserts and more drinks etc.
Excellent food ordered more than we should have however , Excellent service most accommodating. Most definitely would recommend it to my friends and family. a Big change from how it was historically
A very enjoyable experience. Excellent food and very attentive staff. Even thought the place was pretty full the food arrived quickly and was very freshly prepared. I would go there again!
The food was good but is a touch pricey. In any case, overall service was good. The seating could be made a little more comfortable.
Good food Menu no different from other Indian bars so nothing stands out busy for the weekday good service But they don't do proper desserts
Great evening with fantastic food. The service was great and a nice ambience. We would certainly revisit. It was quite busy which is always a good sign!!!
Excellent food, and the service (Mo was looking after us) was friendly, attentive and super quick - he even recommended a main course dish for us, which didn't disappoint. The place looks fabulous, and the prices were actually very reasonable! The TripAdvisor reviews I had read prior to going were thankfully not borne out by my own experience. Would definitely go back. This is one of the top Indian pub/restaurants in NW London now, which is pretty impressive given the number of nice places to go to these days.
