It was very enjoyable but then it always has been.

We were warmly welcomed and needed only a short wait before we were taken to our table. The service was prompt but not over attentive. We were supplied with bread and olives and a soft cheese to nibble on whilst waiting for our first course. We ordered a dip starter to share but an additional selection of dips were supplied. We needed more bread and this was brought quickly and it was warm. We chose relatively simple mains - a lamb shish for my husband who raved about the quality of the lamb. I had a monkfish skewer served with a lovely side salad, a couple of dips and a portion of rice. It was tasty and well seasoned. The fish was a tad over cooked but that was my only small grumble. We didn’t order dessert but were given some Turkish Delight to nibble on while we settled the bill. Ephesus is an authentic Turkish restaurant where the staff are very friendly. The food always tasty.

We had an Excellent meal and and appreciated the first class service; we will be back!

Attentive and cheerful serving staff. Food cooked quickly and piping hot. Delicious, although I would have appreciated knowing the asparagus-looking thing on my plate was a super-hot chilli!! Took a huge bite and then had to wait 10 mins for the feeling to return to my mouth! Lol. Super evening though. Will return!

The food is always excellent, I have been there several times, service is friendly, waiting times what you would expect. Noise levels can be a bit high at times.

Lovely food, with good friendly service and a cosy atmosphere. Four of us shared a cold and hot mixed maze and we all had different main courses. Mine was lamb guvec which was delicious and so big I couldn't finish it.

Superb authentic Turkish cuisine in a warm, pleasant atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. Carnivores shouldn't miss the mixed grill. Spotlessly clean, including the toilets.

Despite the fact every seat in the restaurant both upstairs and downstairs was occupied the service was efficient & the food great. We''ll be back.

First visit but will be back soon. The greeting when we arrived was really nice. The staff were dressed immaculately so very smart and very courteous. All our food was lovely no complaints at all.

Waited half hour for our table but the food was worth the wait the hot mezzo starter was delicious and the main was also very good als o the staff were friendly and helpful

Service great, food excellent, good atmosphere, just love this restaurant . Never had s bad experience whether it be lunch or evening meal, it’s akeays great quality. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the best.
