Amazing food, great service and wonderful atmosphere. My mum and I go every year for her birthday. As a family we have always loved Greek food and this restaurant is amazing.

Great food service and atmosphere. This restaurant is well placed with a city centre location. It has a good selection on the menu and the portion sizes are good. Lovely staff making it a lovely place for whatever your occasion

Centrally located. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful in explaineing the menu. The menu is very good value for money. The atmosphere is relaxed, we were not rushed and enjoyed our first experience of a Greek restaurant in Glasgow. We will be back.🌦😄

Food lovely but visit was very quick as food brought out very swiftly. No kids menu but they did smaller portions of the adults. Charged £6 for a kids portion of spaghetti which was only £7.50 for the adult portion.

Lovely friendly staff and great food at a really good price. Lunch menu 2 courses for £6.95. I take my god mothers here when we meet and we always feel so welcome.

Terrifically friendly, happy and casual restaurant in terms of atmosphere. Our food was excellent, slow roasted lamb melting off the bone, crisp salad, moussaka and a delicious baklava. We also ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Greek region of Attica which was a lovely wine. All of this was very reasonably priced. We will be back.

Staff were very friendly, nothing was any trouble. Very attentive, asking how was everything, could they get us anything else, Food was amazing. Defo will go back. The ambience and decor I thought was lovely too.

Elia greek restaurant was everything I hoped it would be the food and service were perfect. In fact the only thing missing was the beautiful greek sunshine.

We felt like the forgotten table, poor waiter service seemed to be an issue at our table, had to ask for drinks after being seated for 15 minutes, other tables were seated and served before us which annoyed me. It didn't get much better throughout the meal. Food was okay but not the best Greek in the city.

The food was delicious and traditionally Greek. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and efficient. Went out for a family dinner and would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. Good quality free olives, bread and dip to start. Starters and main course well cooked and presented. Good Greek food.

3out of 6 meals were good, young guy serving was pleasant. Owner doesn't communicate with anyone not even a welcome, considering we've been there several times before.dissapointed

No complaints about quality of food or service. We ordered Mousakka and Pastitio normally in any other Greek restaurant we have been in, home and abroad, you would have at least a roast potato and or rice and Greek salad with food but in Elia all you get is some salad leaves, disappointed considering the price charged and the fact that in Cyprus/Greece these dishes are like our Scottish mince and potatoes, every day food. If the plate had been more plentiful i would have scored full marks

we had a wonderful meal . The service was first class and the waiting staff were super friendly. We travelled from Ayr to eat here and will definitely be back I can't recommend it enough.

Wasn't my cup of tea. After savouring food in corfu was hoping to bring back some wonderful memories of a wonderful place. After reading great reviews I wasn't impressed. Would I go back. No I won't. But that's just me.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. the venue is lovely and food great and a nice change to eat greek food. had a lovely time with my friend, and the choice and selection on the early evening two course for £9.95 was good. Friend also enjoyed the house white wine and recommends it.

Delicious food, served by friendly staff in the heart of the city. Our window seat gave us a great view of the Christmas lights and market in George Square!

Starters were good and tasty, arrived quite quickly. We then had to wait for over and hour for our main courses and had to ask how long it would be, no one came back to update us, the food arrived and one had to be sent back as it was cold and one of the others looked like it had been slapped onto the plate, the other food was fine. We then ordered 4 portions of cheesecake only to be told there were only two portions left and no other cakes to be had (this was 4pm on 9th December). We did complain to the waitress about the few issues we had and she was "raging". We did eventually get a grudged apology and 20% discount from our bill. We will not be returning anytime soon. Irrespective of the fact that the restaurant was busy your customers should come first, keep them informed, make sure their food is tasty, well presented and hot and do not run out of desserts!!!

Lovely meal, value for money and exceptionally good staff. An a round great experience. I use this restaurant often and have never bee disappointed. Lovely setting in George Square.
