Staff were rude and not welcoming. Even when handing the revioet for card payments they threw them on the table

We needed a quick meal as we were going to a show. Service was fast and efficient and food was lovely.

Highly recommend this restaurant, Lovely meal, attentive staff, a few extra touches, bread, dips and salad appetizers (complimentary) and also a plate of fresh fruit after the meal (complimentary). An enjoyable experience and will definitely return. They also have a takeaway service.

Food always nice. Music a bit too loud when the belly dancer came on though so hard to chat with friends

We had previously booked and as it was our first visit we were looking forward to the meal. We were not disappointed, we were made to feel welcome, the service was quick but nicely paced. The restaurant had a lovely vibe about it, cheerful and clean. The food was lovely and tasty, so were the cocktails. The staff that looked after us were attentive and polite. Thank you for a lovely first visit.

The food at Efes is fantastic. It is however a large restaurant with tables quite close together so not for an intimate dinner.

Great food and service. Everything including loos is spotless. Our evening was topped off by a wonderful belly dancer and traditional Turkish music. Love Effe’s.

Food was very good but the waiter who served us was so unfriendly it was bordering on rude he took our order & didn’t speak or smile once -so not sure that we would go back again as this ruined our afternoon..

3rd visit to Efes and have enjoyed food very much. We like the atmosphere and the service has been faultless each time. No complaints and will certainly return.

Fantastic quality food and superb staff. One negative is the music is rather loud. Almost impossible to talk to each other, but only a minor gripe. Overall very good and will be returning.

Six of use dined on Saturday night. We all thought the service, food and atmosphere were all great. I have visited this restaurant on several occasions now and have not been disappointed. Would highly recommend. Just worried if it gets any more popular I won't be able to get a table on a Saturday night. Lol. xx

the restaurant as a lively atmosphere, the waiters/servers were polite and attentive the food was served in large portions and very tasty. enjoyed the night with my family.

Food was very nice but menu was a glorified kebab shop. Wanted kleftiko, dolma etc..more restaurant style menu. Actual restaurant very nice and nice cocktail menu.

The belly-dancing went on for too long & the music during the performance was so loud we couldn't hear each other. The lights could be dimmed to create a warmer atmosphere. The food was nice but not amazing - the pork chops, ribs and doner on the platter we a bit dried out. Really good service, good prices and a good espresso martini!

got there and our table was not booked although i had the booking on my phone, they gave us two free drinks at the bar whilst they sorted that out. food was lovely as always

The food was great but not perfect we've had better turkish food, a turkish restaurant in welling in kent was better,but at least we've tried it now.

Food was good, only problem was some of the waiting staff stretching across the table to serve, which meant an arm was touching my face!!! Not a good way to serve! Walk around the table it will only take a few seconds.

they did not even know i booked the table.i have to say the food was ok. slow service even if the restauranst was not busy.
