Excellent place. Great atmosphere great food great service. I suggest you book as it gets busy but then all the good places get busy!! The portions of tapas are in my opinion just a little small but taste great. Well worth a visit
Slow service disinterested staff Items on order forgotten Supposed to be a birthday treat but very disappointed . Not recommended on this occasion. Previously really good so very surprising
Good food and good service. Perfect to meet a friend for lunch but also very cosy for a date. Food is tasty and drinks are served chilled (beers and white wine)
Before I came I had asked for the table to be extended by 1 person. The restaurant assured me this had been done, but it hadn't. The food took absolutely ages to come out, some dishes were missed and due to some people getting the final trains out of Guildford people had to leave without having the chance to actually eat what they had ordered. All in all the whole experience was very disorganised and the food very late. Not one I would recommend for a large party like ours. Perhaps better for a small party of 2 as the ambience is great. Food wasn't massively authentic though - I have lived in Spain and there was a spaniard there who also agreed with this.
Really great food and the service was good too. Would recommend to anyone as they have a varied menu and it is a nice and comfortable restaurant
Great food, service and ambiance. It’s fairly small with a great atmosphere. First time for us and we will certainly be returning. Our waitress was very friendly.
I took my friends here for a celebration and it was absolutely amazing! My friends loved it. Food is great, service is efficient and everything is well priced.
Great food great ambiance the two waitresses were lovely but felt they were understaffed as was very busy. But had great meal would definitely come back!
The service was very good, the food came out fast and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. I will definitely reccomend to others, and will be eating here again.
Great food and cocktails. Quick service. Would certainly recommend to friends. Not to badly priced either. Would recommend the ribs and the slow cooked pork
Possibly the worst restaurant experience. Bad food and bad service. Food came out individually so we couldn't eat at the same timr or sample patatas bravas with something other than itself. Churros was pure batter. Staff were rude. Never again.
Had a very lovely ladies lunch. Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. Over all a great experience. Definitely will be going back.
Great food, fun atmosphere, feels really authentically Spanish! Would highly recommend for couples and a girls night out. Book early though it's always very popular!
Had lovely meal and really sweet the restaurant gave us an extra prawn as there were 4of us. They also gave us an e tra plate of calamari which was v.generous of them. Fab service great night thNk you!
Great food and nice atmosphere in a calm atmosphere nclutteeted space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for couples or larger parties. Nice that’s it’s tucked away.
Great tapas .. great wine .. great lunch! Very friendly service, everything beautifully cooked and presented. Will definitely come back another time, perhaps when the flamenco guitarist is playing!
Fantastic independent! Great food and service, a real bit of Spain in the heart of Guildford. Definitely recommend sangria! Perfect for a date or party
Very good excellent service - impressed! Great decor and selection of food. Sangria on offer and various Spanish wines. Very busy when we went, though staff managed situation well.
Really scrummy authentic Spanish food. We managed to eat most things on the menu and still was a reasonable price. Good long lunch out thank you!
My first time there...great little spot. There were a few teething problems with a new chef but they were well handled by the manager. I would definitely go there again and recommend it.
Each dish was brought to the table separately. The cocktail contained hardly any alcohol. The table by the window was freezing. I'd booked a table for 3 and we were squashed onto a table for 2. The sauce on the patatas bravas had been microwaved with some of it remaining cold.
Very good service and food in an atmospheric restaurant. The cured meats are especially good with cheese and wine. It’s best to ok in advance.
We initially asked to change table on arrival befor we sat down as there was one in a more desirable position (not next to the door as it was a cold night) and after a few mins of deliberation we where no given an explanation but the just said they couldn’t let us sit there.. which was strange. The food was excellent and the service food also, apart from when the waitress forgot to bring us the desert menus for 10 mins but it was busy so that’s cool. The meal suddenly became better when we realised that the table we wanted was being pushed into another bunch of tables as there was a Hen doo coming in. I would go back. The food was great. Just a couple of little points made it good but not excellent 🙏
The food was so delicious and I loved the fact they brought plates out every few minutes rather than all at once. It was so tasty and washed down rather well with some sangria. The athmosphere was buzzing too and it felt and looked really authentic! Will definitely come back.
This restaurant was a great find. Lovely atmosphere and very tasty authentic tapas. The service was great and the prices were sensible. Highly recommended and don't forget to book in advance!
Food was good, mushrooms a bit of a let down. Service a bit slow. Lovely atmosphere. No churros available which would have made our evening.
The food was delicious and the service excellent. Some of us were a little squashed as we had 3 along a short bench, but it didn't detract from a lovely evening.
Really lovely restaurant, very reasonable, fab food, great service. Would definitely return, it’s perfect for spending time with friends. The menu is extensive and if you love Spanish food this is the place to go.
Relaxed vibe, really tasty tapas. Good value with a wide selection of choice. Generous portions for some items, others arrived in quantity of three, always a nuisance when sharing!
Nice food, nice atmosphere ( although acoustics not great, quite noisy) and very friendly service; we like this place for a cosy dinner out now and then
We absolute Love this restaurant! Great food and the staff are always very friendly. If you like Tapas there is no better place in Surrey
This is not our first visit and it most definitely will not be our last. In the evening the entrance is most welcoming. We could not fault the friendly service, the food. We especially like having one tapas at a time. We will be taking lots of our friends here.
Lovely restaurant vibe, with acoustic guitar playing in background. Would recommend for couples or groups. Food and service was good, would recommend 3-4 dishes per individual.
Another great meal at De Nada - food and service are always fantastic. The wine list is a little bit restrictive with only 4 reds and 4 whites but the ones we have tried have all been good.
Lovely atmosphere, but the restaurant was definitely under-staffed. Staff were all great but stretched very thin which compromised the overall experience. Lots of nice food, but also a lot of food that was quite average. Feels like they could very easily make it an excellent restaurant but letting themselves down. Had an issue with the 'steamed mussels in white wine' which came drenched in oil - not as described in the menu. De nada has much more potential!
Fabulous place.. Nice staff.. Excellent food. A real find, but tucked away on a tiny alley way so not obvious! Defenitely will visit again soon
Lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere, the food was all delicious and very nicely served. I would recommend this restaurant to go for a relaxed and fun evening, will definetly go back.
The tapas dishes were authentic and of superb quality. It was served quickly as well. The atmosphere was comfortable, cozy and hip. The staff were very attentive.
We absolutely love this place. Confidently say this could be the best tapas bar in the UK! Great place for lunch or dinner; relaxed vibe, great atmosphere! Hidden gem :)
A hidden gem in the heart of guildford. Excellent atmosphere, excellent food to match and excellent service. A busy vibrant restaurant I Will definitely be returning.
Good food and great customer service. We have recommended De Nada to friends and will visit again soon. A little bit of Spain in Guildford.
Its not the best spanish I have had - and the staff were not very imformative. There was no Rioja on the menu! but it was on the board above our heads which we could not see. What No Bread - in spain you always get bread to soak up all the lovely juices
Lovely little spot for a light lunch with charming staff. No hassle nor hurrying you along. Would recommend for both groups and couples. Great restaurant.
We have been several times and the food is always very good.as a suggestion may I point out when there is two of you maybe send the portions to suit.i understand that three's look good no good for two food lovers, also Barcelona serves the best gin and tonics maybe offer these instead of some of the cocktails on offer, too sweet for us
The food was excellent! My favourite dish was the marinated anchovies. The location is really nice too, very cosy. It's no wonder the place is fully booked every weekend!
Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff. You must try this place. Wish I could come here for dinner every day! The best restaurant in Guildford by miles!
De Nada has a fantastic menu, delicious food and very reasonable prices. The staff were great and we felt well looked after, will definitely return.
Good tasty food presented nicely but place lacked atmosphere on a Saturday lunchtime with dull weather outside. Staff were split between nicely attentive (female) and perfunctorily efficient (males) with the latter perhaps more reminiscent of waiters in Paris than Spain. Only half of the room was in use which was a pity as it could have been much busier with walk-in business that was turned away and the half room was not reminiscent of bustling tapas places in Spain. Will return to sample more of the authentic dishes on the menu. Would recommend.
De Nada's food was some of the best tapas I've ever had and the service was great. It had a really lovely atmosphere as well.
Excellent, authentic tapas, with good vibe and service. Located just off Guildford High Street.
