Small tapas bar with heaps of character. Food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Very busy on the night, yet all of our food came fast. Great prices also. Suprised to realise our whole meal came under 30 pounds!

Great atmosphere, great food, great service. A bustling little place hidden from the High Street. I recommend this place highly. Classic but tasty selection of tapas dishes. A refreshing change for Guildford.

Food and wine was lovely, staff were great and informed on the menu but so so hot. We cooled down walking outside. Couldn’t stay around for more drinks due to heat

Great food, good atmosphere, lovely cocktails, attentive staff; we had a fantastic evening. We liked the way that the tapas was brought out a couple of plates at a time, it was like lots of mini courses. We were pleasantly surprised too by the choice of desserts which were great. I really like that the restaurant is hidden away down a small alley so you avoid passers by staring in.

Great food and drink. Service was ok, nothing in particular to complain about there. However quite noisy due to a couple of large tables, which can't be helped but perhaps some background music would help drown that out a little!?

Decent food - a few issues with ordering and quite loud if you are going there to talk but overall we had a great time.

Fantastic meal. Brilliant service. Delicious food. Only down point is the very uncomfortable table and chairs they put us on and we were rather shoved up the back out of the way. Other that that we'd definitely go back.

Always enjoy eating here, has now become one of our favourite places to eat. The only negative is that some of the customers are over the top loud and I wish the staff would get more on top of this.

Perfect! A lovely little Spainish gem tucked away in Guildford. All the dishes were tasty and the owner/staff were wonderful. Will definitely be going again.

Consistently awesome. De Nada is quite literally a gem right in the centre of Guildford. Incredible ambiance, super-friendly staff, absolutely amazing food (such as the red peppers with cheese and mushroom filling or the whitebait... or the sardines - and you much absolutely try true desserts!). Give it a try, and you’ll visit again, and again, and again.

Great food, service, ambience. We did find the seating at the table quite uncomfortable but that would be our only criticism. We would definitely return again. Gracias!

We had a fantastic Tapas Lunch in a great little Restaurant. The food is superb and we were served by a great couple. Pedro and Blanca were amazing and gave us a great Lunch. Definitely a place to visit.

Great atmosphere, beautiful decor, Spanish music playing, very cosy and intimate even when busy, food tasted sublime, waiters/waitresses all very helpful and friendly. Like a little taste of Spain in the middle of Guildford. Our second visit and we'll be going back.

Small and intimate but with plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere. This restaurant is one of the best in Guildford. The service is good and the menu varied. It is a small space but no worse for that. I would highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Food good, service is terrible. Unfortunately we will not return, we would have liked more drinks and dessert etc but waiters just stand at the bar chatting to each other, I asked 3 times for the same drink! so we went elsewhere in the end. Such a shame as it was my fiancé’s birthday! We will not be back...,

A birthday meal at De Nada. Tucked away behind the main street - initially unprepossessing. But inside - a pleasant surprise. Simple relaxed surroundings - pleasant staff. No hurry and relaxed - ideal for chatting over the tapas. Limited choice of drinks ( not a criticism) but fine for the occasion. A jug of Sangria hit the spot. Great selection of tapas - the only disappointment being the meatballs that were tepid. Highlights included the slow cooked pork, garlic prawns and calamari. And still others to try next time....

Lovely service, great little place but very noisy and I was not impressed with the food. Not ‘spanish’ enough, felt food was toned down for the English palate

Some dishes excellent, others lacked flavour. Service slow at times, four of us with only 1 dish between us. Staff friendly, overall average experience also hard to read menu as quite dark inside although others may consider this romantic.

Perfect. I have been 4 times now and i love the place. Last night, our Waitress Emily, and waiter Jose were perfect. The dinner was a mix of business and pleasure and Emily made us feel right at home. Attentive when she needed to be and some good chat when she was with us. Really do love the place Cheers ! Scott

Food and wine was fantastic and the two waiting staff great. Only problem was that the restaurant was too noisy to actually follow a conversation. Restaurant needs some curtains at windows and doors and plants to absorb the noise. Not a big restaurant and not that many people but the high ceilings meant the noise just reverberated and magnified around the place. Shame otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

So, I thought I would try different restaurant for a change - one with what I thought would have a similar Latin feel. I was very wrong! Best tapas in Guildford here by a mile!

Friendly Staff, service was a little slow but didn't affect the good overall experience. Nice balanced Tapas menu which was delivered when it was ready, so had a chance to enjoy the wine between dishes.

Got poisoned in the toilet as the cleaners had used bleach and discaler which when combined creates chlorine gas which can be fatal. I discovered just moments after using the urinal when fumes started to appear out the drain and my eyes began stinging and I started choking. I mentioned to the waiter and he apologised but didn’t ask me if I was ok. My left eye is still sore today so I’m seeing an optician on Monday in case there are chemical burns on the surface of the eye.

The food was wonderful, but unfortunately there seems to be some slippage in service. We placed a second order of bread and they never delivered it. We tried to order chorizo, but they were out of it, so they recommended the ribs. We went with their recommendation, but it never came. When we asked they said they were out. ☹️

Before I came I had asked for the table to be extended by 1 person. The restaurant assured me this had been done, but it hadn't. The food took absolutely ages to come out, some dishes were missed and due to some people getting the final trains out of Guildford people had to leave without having the chance to actually eat what they had ordered. All in all the whole experience was very disorganised and the food very late. Not one I would recommend for a large party like ours. Perhaps better for a small party of 2 as the ambience is great. Food wasn't massively authentic though - I have lived in Spain and there was a spaniard there who also agreed with this.
