Excellent as always! The flavours of the main course were exceptional...the traditional sicilian beef. Da Piero exceeds expectations for italian food served in this country and is about as authentic as you will get outside Italy.

The food was fantastic, we simply couldn't fault it. Genuine, friendly service. I had the tuna tartare and the Sicilian sausages and both dishes were as good as I've ever had. Good value for money too, we will be back soon!

Service was really good & the staff were informative & passionate about what they served. The dishes were traditional to their local italian cuisine. The house wine was very easy to drink & complemented the food. We had a lovely evening!

Really loved the food here at da piero, it was authentic and of the highest quality made with the best ingredients. Not your usual pizza type Italian, more of a focus on great home cooked authentic meals. I will be back when I want to eat Italian this is the place to go

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed as old friends. Many other groups were clearly regular and cherished customers. The food was delicious, perfectly flavoured and served. Advice about food intolerances and course choices thoughtful and helpful. The room was simple, relaxed and professional. We had a lovely evening, time flew and we will certainly go back again very soon. Highly recommended.

Welcoming, attentive staff. Authentic Italian food, we highly recommend and will be returning. Portion sizes are very generous. The decor is dated with fake flowers, but clean and well maintained. So not an issue for us.

Cosy atmosphere. Good choice of food on all menus, which includes a 3 course 'early doors' menu until 7pm, all food reasonably priced. Excellent, friendly service with good proportions of freshly cooked and very delicious food. A visit to 'Da Piero' is highly recommended!! 😃

Excellent as ever: authentic Italian cooking using first rate ingredients well presented. A glimpse of Italian sunshine and enjoyment of food for its own sake: the best antidote to the dark and damp British winter.

Excellent food, very hospitable host. Slightly lacking in atmosphere due to lighting and layout of tables, facing blank wall away from centre of room is not good. Not keen on plastic flowers but will definitely go again for fantastic food!

This was our first visit to Da Piero, and it was lovely. A really relaxing evening, we were never rushed so had plenty of time to savour the flavours of this delicious food. Front of house service was spot on - friendly, unpretentious and helpful (we needed advice on portion size!). Also didn't work out as expensive as we thought - we shared a pasta starter, a main each plus three shared side dishes, pudding, coffee plus a half litre carafe of house wine, came to £88.

Excellent cooking with generous portions. Arrangement for doggy bags a welcome addition as a pity to leave any food. Very good service from friendly people. It was a Wednesday evening so restaurant was quiet but that did not mean the service was rushed. Can highly recommend.

We've never been disappointed at Da Piero. My son in law, who's lived in Italy for 4 years, says it's the best Italian cooking he's tasted outside Italy. On the last occasion I had a simple pasta al ragù which was perfect Sometimes the simplest things are the best.

Beautiful you simple yet mouth warein guy tasty. We have always wanted to eat here but thought we wouldn't be able to get a table and the food wold be too expensive as the restaurant features on television Michelin guide. However we were proven wrong the good is well priced and it was so easy to book and reserve a table for our preferred day and time using quandoo. Thanks for a really enjoyable evening. We will definitely be back.
