Enjoyed meal . Noisy. Good service and value for money

This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. It was great first time and was exceptional this time will defo be back again soon. Thanks to all the staff.

Wow please please please avoid this pub/ restaurant. Booked a table and was dumped in the bar area to be then subjected to a football match that was being shown and then invaded by an bus load of Celtic fans wearing colours, scarfs and flags. Couldn’t eat my dinner for them standing over the top of me. Decided to speak with management who have informed me that winning a treble treble is a massive thing and basically sees nothing wrong with it. Absolutely no consideration for me spending over £150 on a meal and subjected to this. Asked to speak to manager to be told he doesn’t speak with customers and offered a bottle of Prosecco. This is not the type of environment I expected to be subjected to and clearly CUT Bothwell Think watching a football match and subjecting innocent people to that environment is acceptable. If you want a nice meal in a lovey environment then avoid this location. Porter and Rye in Glasgow would be a much better choice for the money ur spending Would love to speak to the manager but clearly he doesn’t care for his customers that much.

Staff were excellent. Unfortunately my steak was over cooked and slightly over seared. Medium rare came out as medium well. Partners steak was perfect for her. As a normal British person, I of course said everything was great when the waiter asked 😂.

Food was delicious. Very nice setting and ambience. Staff were friendly and attentive as well.

Really like this place staff are lovely. Do feel the menu could do with s big of variation tho.

1st time in Cut, decor is lovely, service is top class & food was delish. unfortunately (as they are currently changing suppliers) there were no Pino available. a side wasnt served with our main, and came out once we were done, however they took off from the bill. we will defo return.

It was a lovely meal, it was a beautiful night & we would’ve loved to have dined in the Fantastic Decking area, unfortunately, 5pm was the last outside serving but we still enjoyed our experience ☀️

Really enjoyed my 3rd visit to Cut. Starters ( mussels & soup) were beautiful. Steak & chips for mains were absolutely cooked to perfection. No room for dessert. My wife loved her 2 raspberry cocktails. Not Restuarant to blame but too noisy due to 2 birthday tables. Little disappointing that we had to ask for the market menu. Not everyone can afford the a la carte. Overall a lovely experience, beautiful decor & will return.

We were celebrating my daughter finishing university, the service from when we were seated and throughout our meal was fantastic. Our waitress Olivia was amazing, really lovely girl. She was very attentive, polite and humorous. The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. Best onion rings we’ve had in a long time and the cheesecake was to die for. We will definitely be back.

they should allow you to pick from different menus why have 2 different menus and not allow you to mix and match made our experience not very good would not go back

First visit to cut was recommended by my daughter the food was lovely but don’t think the scallops starter was worth £12 steaks were perfection and the onion rings were the best I’ve tasted looking forward to my next visit .

Disappointed in the seating , seated at a table next to the bar , hoped to have a quiet meal instead had peaoe banging in to out table and being extremely loud

Really great meal. Lovely to see a restaurant that truly caters for families. The crystal look plastic tumblers were great for our girls and the children’s menu fab.

Booked a table for 8.45pm, arrived a little early and was asked to take a seat in the bar which was more than ok as we were early! We were still waiting to be taken to our table at 9.15pm, despite their being tables free when we entered the restaurant, this was our first time here and not the service/waiting time I had expected. In saying this, the food was lovely we got a starter and main each and I would definitely be back as it had a really nice atmosphere and food was delicious!
