we thought that the staff dealt with the kitchen incident well - calmly evacuating us while they fonud out the source of the smoke!

Service was very slow. Had to get the attention of the waitress to order. I had the lobster and it was extremely dry. I was very disappointed. Won’t be returning back.

As a local, I was delighted to have a Cote 5 min away I normally go to the Sloane Square branch, as I’d expect from Cote, the experience was top class, the food delicious and our server was lovely, and the lay out is brilliant! The bar is great as I’ll be popping by at least 3 times a week for lunch,, very happy customer

We had a very pleasant evening,thank you to the Manager on duty. Food was delicious (changed on request) It was my uncle Birthday (88) Would have been nice to have a kendall on our pudding or something little special. Maybe next time...

I would prefer if there was no music. Conversation is easier in a quiet restaurant.

Service was somewhat erratic, if enthusiastic. Attracting attention was not always easy. I’m sorry to report that my steak was so tough I had to cut it into small strips in order to eat it (my teeth are fine). We live locally, so I would be prepared to try again. NC

I was disappointed with our visit. I was celebrating my 60th birthday along with my elderly parents and rest of my family. We had already been offered drinks and then told that due to WiFi not working would have to go to a bank machine to pay by cash! It was 34 degrees outside! I think the manager should have explained this before we sat down and at least an apology offered. The waiter was pleasant but the service was painfully slow and felt very let down due to the lunch being a celebration and dining with elderly guests. Again no apologies and no word from the manager and surprised as the restaurant was about a third full! However, the food was of a high standard. I regularly frequent Cote in Winchester which I highly recommend and was very disappointed overall with this new restaurant. Very poor management and service.

I do not think you want my report from lunch today. I go regularly to your branch in Sloane Square but was interested to try this new one in Fulham road. I like the interior and the big bar in the middle. The staff. seemed very inexperienced. The food was fine but we waited a.very long time for each course. We ordered wine but had to ask for it again. That same with the water. It probably won’t stop me from going back

My husband and I have been twice for dinner and both times the food and staff were excellent. We both love the restaurant and look forward to visiting it again very soon.

Same old.....nothing ever changes at Cote. The food is the same for the last 10 years, the restaurants all look the same...boring. It's about time they introduce something new or else I don't see the point. Residents in the area have a vast amount of restaurant choices far more interesting.
