Côte Brighton restaurant

Excellent friendly fast service, very nice food, the early evening fixed price menu was exceptional value, portion sizes not too big so we could enjoy three courses. The restaurant is very well located for eating before the theatre etc.

The food was Great and the service was excellent - a very helpfull, competent and nice (spansk girl). Great atmosphere. Wine selection was very limited.

Brilliant service by cheerful and polite staff. The food was excellent and we always use 'Cote' wherever there is a restaurant. Always an enjoyable experience.

The service and food is really good here. A great place for pre theatre dinner. Quick friendly service without feeling rushed. Lots of choice on the a la carte menu and good varied set early eve menu. Use it often as so close to the Dome and Theatre Royal.

Good food and service but so much noise made a conversation impossible . Food is only part of the experience when you go out with friends. Wouldn't return to this Cote for that reason .

I have been using this restaurant for years. Always excellent value and probably the best creme caramel in the known universe! Although why I am being asked by this website as opposed to their own is a mystery

Good atmosphere nice starter but a little small the only complaint was the pan fried Haddock was over cooked it would have been much nicer if it hadn't benn cook quite so long. But all in all a pleasant evening

We use cote haywards heath as it is local for us. Booked on line line for Cote Brighton as convenient for the theatre, usual friendly greet and meet service very good food good As usual

Superb: front of house, waiter and waitresses wonderful, steak dishes praised but veggies just enjoy the vine as meal options slightly limited (but I am a fussy).

Cote: always very professional with excellent and affordable menu for little lunches. friendly staff ,roomy restaurant with smart modern decor & mood, perfect cleanliness - one can always judge the standard of a restaurant by the appearance of the gent and ladies loos - I often use the Kensington branch for Lunch, + Sloane Square(excellent Xmas lunch ), + Hampstead + St Paul's and all Cote branches offer a similar and constant professional service. Thank you Cote (My knowledgeable & critical French lady guest today was extremely pleased by the choice of COTE for lunch in Brighton)

As ever, the staff were attentive without intruding, and made our visit a truly lovely experience. The menu was as extensive as ever, and the food never failed to impress. We will continue to eat at your restaurant on a regular basis. What more is there to say, but thank you.

Apart from not getting a reply re a request for a birthday cake the evening was very good. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting. Can't wait to go again.

I had a lovely meal with my friends but unfortunately I was a little ill ( no fault of the restaurant ) and the staff were absolutely amazing in looking after me and being understanding. I couldn't thank them enough.

As usual excellent food, wide choice on menu, friendly efficient staff, in lovely surroundings. A visit to Cote is always a great way to spend a special evening.

Food was a little disappointing, and usually I enjoy their food too. Although my husband said his duck breast was great. Don't know if mine was below par because I ate from the early evening specials menu. Hope it's better next time.

Really friendly staff- felt very welcome and the "two courses for £10.99" meant that the four of us had a really nice meal out for less than £20 per head, which I think is extremely good value, especially as the food was delicious and perfect portion size.

The food came out to us very quickly which made the evening seem a bit rushed. All staff very friendly and the service was good.

We had 3 courses from the set menu today and the food was cooked really well and delicious. Our waiter was absolutely delightful - happy and friendly. Couldn't fault anything about the service or food. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I always enjoy the experience of eating at Cote Brighton. The food is good and reasonably priced and the service is excellent. The ambience is pleasant and friendly and I always choose it as my favourite place for meeting friends for a meal.

I have been to cote several times , in fact it is one of my favourite restaurants, and I have been disappointed. Last evening was no different a lovely meal. It was the first time I'd booked on line and I pleasantly surprised how easy it was !

Amazing service and delicious food would definitely recommend. Food was also quick which was helpful as we were seeing a show at the dome across the road.

Absolutely fabulous meal. The waiter was so very attentive and polite. Food was beautifully cooked and presented. Lovely atmosphere within the restaurant just a shame they allow smoking on the table at the front as this does drift into the restaurant when the windows are open.

The service was very slow - especially just getting some initial drinks and the chicken I had was dry. Hopefully this was just a one-off as I have had great meals there before now.

Lovely service even though we were half an hour late (the show we had been to see had overrun). We were seated quickly and had great food even though it was almost closing time.

I really cannot fault this restaurant. Have been several times and have always enjoyed the meal. Plus the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Will certainly be going again.
