Côte Brighton restaurant

All service perfect. Had to wait a little for our table and were rewarded by free drinks at the table. Excellent food, the appertiser, main course (Steak and duck) and a good red vine. A perfect evening at Cote Brasserie - Brighton. The music a little bit loud.

I am a regular customer and love Côte. I made a late online booking for your Brighton restaurant. The restaurant was very full - probably with pre-theatre customers of which I was one. The service was excellent, my -based chicken dinner from the set menu was dry and tired looking. I did not return it, as my friend was treating me and as it certainly was not inedible. It was just below the standard of previous meals I have eaten at your restaurants.

Very good experience overall. I have booked again for NYE.

It was a birthday celebration and the food and atmosphere was very good. They were extremely busy (pre-theatre rush) and our steak & frits were cold but they were replaced very quickly and the cost was removed from our bill - cannot fault that level of service.

Lovely meal: food perfectly cooked, lovely to taste, menu met needs of wide variety of palates,excellent service, good atmosphere, timely but not rushed - we had to get to a performance so this was important. What's not to like

Very pleasant cocktail, thank you. We ate the crab (very good) followed by the veal with was excellent, beautifully cooked with a perfect slightly viscous jus. The Fleurie was very drinkable and reasonably priced.

We were going to see Eddie Izzard at the Dome and had a great meal here before hand and the meal made this a fantastic night. Nice touch by staff when dessert plate had congratulations on for my daughters big event

Always a delightful experience, but even more so, as we had a personal welcome from Jules. She is an excellent ambassador for the company, and so nice to be recognised and valued as regular customers. Food and service were tip top, and the venue is perfect. Noise level was disappointing only because we had a very noisy party at the next table.

We enjoyed food from the a la carte menu before a theatre visit. Service was quick and attentive, despite it being a busy Saturday early evening. As ever, the food was delicious and good value for money.

A thoroughly wonderful meal, with excellent service. My Mother in Law absolutely loves dining at Cote as the food has never disappointed. We will definitely be visiting again very soon.

The food was very good (as it was on previous visits). The service was pleasant and waiting times between courses very good. It was only a bit noisy. We'll certainly come again.

Folovely...drinks a tad slow. We were in no hurry so it didn't bother us too much.

Excellent food, good service. Friday night was so busy and noisy from two large parties who spent most of the time shouting, grunting and applauding each other. We could not hear each other's conversation over our small table for two, even shouting across our table! A shame since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, which was not acknowledge by any staff member, despite putting it on my reservation. Left with a splitting headache. The experience was the opposite of a quite meal. Never again on a Friday!

Friendly efficient front of house. We had chicken and a tuna dish. Both seemed to have spent too much time on the pass. Chicken was extremely dry and tuna not up to their usual standard. Did not say anything at the time when asked how food was but sometimes you just want an easy evening.

Friendly and prompt service (which was important as we went to watch a show afterwards). Great food - the pork croquettes were absolutely delicious! I always like going tot cote particularly in the winter as it’s a cosy atmosphere. The only thing I would say is, to install wall panels on walls and ceilings to absorb sound and make it less noisy in the seating area!

We had a lovely time. The staff were really good and made a fuss of the birthday girl. The food was nice but maybe not quite as good as previous meals at Cote. See you again

the service as always at Cote was excellent. The only negative was a decidedly tired,floppy salad garnish served with the baked Brie main course that should not have left the kitchen. Possibly it had been under a heat lamp waiting for service? We did tell the waitress.

As always a warm welcome and excellent service by our lovely waiter Anu He really knows how to make customers feel valued All your staff are Super but he is Super plus ! I’ve missed coming to Cote recently as I’ve been ill. It was just the tonic I needed

T’was deeply lovely. My companions and I were delighted to find that staff were very willing to spend a little time helping us select the wines we were considering and the “bleu” steaks were indeed just that. Thank you...we’ll be back!

The food at Brighton Cote is consistently good, and this visit was no exception. The risotto featured seasonal mushrooms and was delicious. Our server was attentive, and friendly. This restaurant is hard to beat for quality of food and value for money

I really enjoyed the Sea bass but was slightly disappointed with the lack of vegetables. On rechecking the menu I now realise that I should have ordered this as extra. My fault but maybe the waitress could have pointed this out to me.

A lovely evening for my partners Birthday. Had a complimentary drink and desert and staff sung Happy Birthday. The service was superb, as was the food.

Met up with friends not seen for some time, had quiet table at the back. We sat down at 1.30 and didn't leave until 5.00 after a very happy afternoon, delicious food and stylish setting. Thank you.

Visited Cote Brighton last night with three friends. As always, the food is reasonable, good wines, friendly and efficient staff.

Booked breakfast for my husband and I and 2 friends...we were warmly greeted and offered a table in the garden as the weather was beautiful. Our table was laid and order taken. Unfortunately the order came out wrong and was all taken back with apologies given. Even more unfortunately the order came out wrong again however we settled for what had arrived this time. When we came to pay we were told as there had been the mistakes we did not have to pay. How professional was that...dealt with wonderfully. The food was excellent and if we had have paid would have been excellent value. Our experience today would certainly not put me off booking again...oh I already have. Thank you Cote...

the beetroot carpaccio was divine followed by breaded chicken just amazing and service always brilliant

all good but the steak needs a little garnish with a dressing - then it would have been perfect.
