Excellent place with brilliant service and great company, loved it

Great food and service just as before - as was the Guildford restaurant 😊

overall we had a great time, but I feel they could've made better provisions for people sat outside. Eg, heating, more blankets (they only had 3 and there were 6 of us) also a better atmosphere - fairy lights garden music Christmas tree - anything! felt like a car park. Also we had to wait ages for drinks and bread to be brought out and plates to be cleared etc. The restaurant wasn't hugely busy inside but we felt like we were forgotten a little bit. overall the food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and happy, just need to put more money into the outside area.

As ever a warm and friendly welcome ,with sensible covid protocols in place.Welcome return of the prestige menu alongside the standard menu,missed the monthly specials feature of pre-covid cote ,hope this returns in some form soon. This branch of Cote never fails to thrill - the atmosphere and standards of food and service, always make eating feel like an event. Joules, the manager, really is the Joule in the Crown of Cote - running a very tight, organised team yet managing to make everything seem easy and relaxed - an amazing feat to maintain as a house style and considering the number of covers. Reduced numbers, due to the virus, did nothing to dampen the energy and ambience.

Delicious food and good service also the wine pairing was excellent.

Always a wonderful experience at Cote Brighton, the staff are fantastic and the food is delicious, very impressed with the array of menus, including the Christmas and premium options.

We had a great birthday lunch. Always grest food , service in Còtes Brighton. Beautiful restaurant. We both enjoyed a Kir Royal. French onion soup and Calamari. Mains , I had the Chicken , my partner the pork. Both cooked and presented beautifully. We had a bottle of the Sparkling Blanc De Blanc which was dry and delicious. Finished with Tarte Citron and chocolate mousse. All served with style and gorgeous presentation. Never fails at Còtes Brighton.

We had a lovely evening out for my partners birthday, which after this year was very much needed. Immediately greeted by a lovely, friendly blonde lady on front of house who asked us our preference of area to sit. I mentioned it was my partners birthday and once seated she brought over a complementary glass of fizz which was wonderful and a nice touch as we were out celebrating. The service from then was excellent, the food was delicious and a whole round great evening. We will definitely be back. Thank you everyone at Côte Brasserie - Brighton.

Once again we had a lovely meal at Cote. From the start The Greeters were charming and friendly, ensuring we were happy with our table. We were served by Lily. She recognised us from before, and was lovely. Very attentive, professional, nothing was too much trouble. She has a very friendly approach and is a credit to your restaurant. Wine tasting menu Excellent food and wine choices, busy but still felt covid safe

Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service and the food was top class. The confit duck a l'orange on the Christmas menu is absolutely outstanding.

I expected the food will be better quality than that... not much surprise in the menu, not original french, and the food is warm, not hot to the table. my husband had a steak which is cooked very well as he requested. Desserts creme brulee was good. Others too sugary.

Once more the staff were welcoming efficient and careful. The table was nicely distanced. The food was excellent, tasty and very well presented. Three courses pushed the boat out but neither of us could resist.

As usual, a pleasing experience, to the extent my companion has booked a table for four this Saturday for her daughter's birthday. Top marks for our server (Table 27) - a great asset to you - for her efficient, courteous work and the joy of listening to her young optimism in these times. We really enjoyed the calamari while waiting for the fish parmentier. I could have done with a little more ratatouille with my tasty salmon.

Excellent, friendly service and a delicious meal. Staff were so friendly from start to finish even though they have to wear masks all the time which make it hard for customers to hear and must be very annoying for the staff. Food arrived in good time and was tasty and nicely presented. The restaurant felt warm and jocular on a gloomy, damp day in Brighton and just the tonic we needed for a small birthday celebration.
