Amazing restaurant and the people who work there are lovely. I highly recommend it for people who are going out looking for an anniversary dinner! One of the best restaurants I’ve been too!

I couldn't fault last night's meal. We were greeted warmly and had arrived early but it was no problem. Staff were relaxed but attentive and the food arrived quickly. Even before factoring in the 'eat out to help out' deal, we found the food to be great value. My teenager tried Beef Bourguignon for the first time and loved it. My mother commented that it was the best meal out she had had (in the UK) in years. Very refined and authentic French food in a wonderfully relaxed and warm environment.

Wonderful meal, really good evening. Well done to all staff they were all working so hard. The food was amazing and delivered so fast considering the number dinning.

Normally it is always a 6. We have been going to Cote for over 15 years on a regular basis. It’s unusually a 5 as it was was our first time out since lockdown and we trusted Cote to be a safe place to go for our first outing at a restaurant. The manager was so friendly and seated us upstairs in the Brighton venue as I was a little nervous. I hope the usual manager is ok and pls send him our best wishes. He always remembers us and was always super friendly and attentive. We had a great meal as usual but surprisingly in all these many years my fries were cold We ordered the lobster and sirloin steak, both dishes came with fries. I sent the fries back and they were replaced with more cold fries! I did get hot ones in the end. I loved the change of the cheese board being more of ‘cheese noses/ noggins” as before it has always been a daunting task to face so much cheese. It was lovely that the new manager changed the Brie to Reblochon (used to be on your cheese board). A wonderful time as per usual at Cote. We expect nothing less!😁

Lunch with a friend and it was very good food,. Service was fast and friendly and I had forgotten how pricey Cote was so I was a little annoyed when the the Eat Out to Help Out discount wasnt applied on my bill so I had to ask for it. It was immediately rectified but It wasnt a great experience to have to ask for it.

We received excellent service,the food was delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean. Have been eating here since it first opened and have always been impressed. 5 star.

Embarrassing end when finished and told wouldn’t except cash after meal finished I had no card no signs or information and portion to small

The staff are excellent, as is the venue and ambience. However it's a shame there aren't more vegetarian and vegan options, and portion size varies wildly. For example, the excellent baked cheese Crottin was plentiful, whereas the quantity of Gazpacho served was woefully inadequate. And the portion of potatoes served with the Sea Bream was seriously mean!

Just had a lovely anniversary dinner at cote in Brighton. The staff went above and beyond for us. An anniversary card, a free drink and a lovely decorated plate! Honestly blown away with how we were treated!! Would 100% recommend and can’t wait to go again!!

Lovely Sunday lunch. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly and we loved that they all wear visors. The tables were well spaced, there was lots of hand sanitizer and it all felt very safe. We enjoyed our meal and were pleased with the birthday plate for one of our party. Thank you! Highly recommended.

So lovely to be back . Food was delicious although the goats cheese salad had a whole fennel in . Thanks for reducing our bill . Although the restaurant wasn’t busy I was surprised to have a table sat down right next to us . Will definitely be back

Outstanding .Exceptional service. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. All of our food choices were cooked to perfection.

Lovely waiter served us however very rushed service. We Couldn’t finish one bottle of wine that was left as we were asked to leave due to new restrictions in the restaurant. I understand the new rules and the stress that is being put on staff, however they should have seat us somewhere else to finish the wine not just take the whole bottle away;/ just disappointed. Regards

I hate to admit that it was much better than normal. This was due to limited numbers and the the result was that noise level was far lower. My friend said it was the the best meal by some way than any we have had before in Cote and I agree. I am a regular in Cotes around the country including Wardour St in Soho.. Long may it continue , but I guess that it not what you want to hear as "bums" on seats makes the profit.

A wonderful evening to celebrate my daughter's birthday if delayed due to Covid-19. The staff were professional & excellent as usual and went out of their way to make the evening special. The food never disappoints and the creme caramel is still to die for! We'll be back very soon and thank you again Côte!!

Wow! Everything was superb from the moment we arrived til the moment we left! The staff really help to make this a 5 star eating experience! Accommodating all our needs, the staff were so helpful. As for the food.....absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection! I 1st visited Côte Brighton 6 years ago, then again 2 years ago and the consistency in excellence is very refreshing! Well geared up for the Covid situation. I've now booked up at Côte Winchester! I'm hoping the service is the same at all their establishments! Enjoy!

Lovely to have you open again but sadly no set menu yet. Who do you have as a chef now, not a patch on before, my sisters chicken breast was too overcooked and tough. My tuna was also cooked right through and not pink as it said on the menu and the salad underneath was just drowned in dressing. The restaurant was almost empty but everything took so long to come? The staff were as friendly as before and when we told the manageress about the poor food she took both the main dishes price off the bill. Thank her.

We have been visiting cotes Brighton for the last 10 years, and we nearly always book a meal for our anniversary, last night Aug 19th was no exception, we were treated like royalty and given a complimentary glass of kiri Royal. Always attentive to make our day extra special Thank you Cotes Brighton. Mr and Mrs Anderson.

We had a delicious meal at Cote Brighton. The staff were lovely as well. The food and service here is consistently great and one of our favourite restaurants.

Our visit to Cote was wonderful. The staff were attentive but took care to keep their distance during these Covid times. The food was delicious - we had lobster and chicken and it came out hot and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was very laid back in a good way, so you could enjoy your conversation and didn't feel rushed out.

Food only just warm Glasses on the table for water weren’t clean -had to get then exchange. Found that worrying when everything is meant to be extra clean . Kids fish Portion was so tiny- 2 pieces were fish about the size of my little finger?? One more piece would have been ok . Service was pretty good considering it was so busy . Would have like to pay cash

Was excellent. Could not have been nicer evening. Took two close friends for dinner as recent birthdays and also one had sudden bereavement of her father. They both had wonderful time. I want to say thank you so much to our lovely waiter. Attentive and just friendly. I don’t have his name but he was on first floor and I would think Spanish or Portuguese.

Such great service and food as per usual! Although not as socially distanced as other restaurants which would make me hesitant to come back. Most places are every other table which is comfortable and Côte didn’t have that unfortunately.
