Fantastic.. great service and extremely friendly staff. The staff made us feel welcome, and ask how our meal was going, and asked if we needed anything at all.

Great food and great atmosphere as always! This feels like a really safe place to eat out in Covid times as the tables are well spaced out and the ceilings are high. Friendly and attentive service.

I was very very impressed. Our food took longer than usual to arrive. I didn’t complain but the waitress recognise the lateness and made it up to us. I appreciate that things like this will happen everywhere but the way this lady dealt with us made me a customer for life.

Lunchtime Service - Usually a good and reliable experience, which I was looking forward to given LockDown regulations. Unfortunately, my main of moules frites was disappointing. Only just warm, sauce therefore disappointing too, I had to ask for bread- which should be standard with moules, or at least asked prior to serving. Given current restricted capacity, the bistro did not appear overly busy. I was simply advised when I received my bill that service was taken off. Perhaps a bad day at the office?

A super meal as always. So pleased the Breton Fish Casserole is back on the menu! The social distancing & hygiene are excellent as are the staff! Highly recommend

We thought it amusing when the waiter brought us bottles of “complimentary tap water “ and we also didn’t think the tables were far apart for social distancing but it wasn’t a problem as it wasn’t very busy..overall a nice evening

Wonderful food as always, and as I had mentioned that it was my fiancé 's birthday , and that I had proposed today, the waitress brought us a melting chocolate pudding with a special message. Absolutely lovely. By far my favourite place to eat, and they have just gone above and beyond for me.

The staff were as always very attentive and always go out of their way to make you feel special. The food is exactly like what we have experienced in France and cooked just how we like it. To add to this, the whole experience from the ambience to the food just feels special and good value for money

Excellent service and wonderful food and wines. No waiting for service and no hassling to finish up and leave.

The food was 4 star and the service 5 star but the evening was spoiled by an overzealous manager who really needs to read through the government rules on facemasks etc. I was asked to show my proof of exemption ( which the rules clearly state should not happen) and felt somewhat humiliated. My husband was ordered to remove his balaclava face- covering -which has always been accepted elsewhere (and which is included in the list of adequate masks on the website.) Such a fuss over nothing - only to be ushered to a table barely 2 metres from the entrance. Hence the experience last night was worth only 2 stars.

We had a enjoyable experience at Cote. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The October complimentary cocktails was delightful,Thank you. We look forward to returning soon.

The food was dekicious the staff very professional and friendly and the general atmosphere very pleasing. For a chain i think Cotes delivers extremely highly. If you fancy a trip to a Parisien brasserie but cant travel then visit Cotes you can then pretend to be in Paris!
