Brilliant as ever, lovely service, great atmosphere, delicious food and all wonderful value - three courses each, a bottle and a half of wine for £70 for two. You simply can't beat it. All housed in a beautiful building in Brighton.

Excellent service, very nice waiter and helpful staff generally. Enjoyed the meal but didn’t love the half Breton chicken, a little greasy but flavoursome jus . Ambience in restaurant is good and it’s a comfortable relaxing place.

Quick, friendly and knowledgeable servers. Asked for quick turn around due to theatre tickets. We were sat and served within an hour. Perfect service, excellent staff can’t recommend highly enough.

I go to Cote a lot & never have any complaints, it’s always great. Tonight I was given an absolutely filthy water glass. The tuna Nicoise I always have was off the menu, fine, these things happen but the waiter didn’t say a word about what wasn’t available at the start of the evening & took the whole order before letting me know. He then expected me to make an alternative choice without giving me a menu to look at & seemed rather surprised when I asked for one. I then chose chicken from the special menu which came with an olive purée & instead I had 3 olives plonked in the plate - really disappointing evening! Will be a while before I visit again.

Food was amazing! Staff very friendly! Very noisy with large groups which is a bit of a shame when your on a date night with the husband however would definitely come back just maybe not on a Saturday night.

Had a really nice meal as always. Was a shame I had to ask 2 times for the complementary orange martinis, asked after we had ordered food and 2 bottles of wine was questioned if we are intitled to them, then did not get them and had to ask again again at the end of meal which just then made it feel awkward and took away the complementary feel.

We Had an excellent experience celebrating my Birthday here . We may of waited slightly longer then others for are main courses but this did not affect are overall experience as we were soaking up the ambiance . We will be back.

The meal was exceptionally good. Our waitress was efficient and very pleasant. The food was very good and well-presented. I will definitely be a regular visitor to Cote.

The staff were super despite being choc a bloc busy. Literally one in, one out. Food was served quickly & just as delish as always.

Serious business of dining provided for as in France with good set menu and an affordable Bordeaux that was unexpectedly good.

Lovely lunch as always and enjoyed the complimentary Blood Orange martini.

Steak was wonderful, service was great too but I got served cold chips. I didn’t want to create a scene or appear grumbly in front of my date and other patrons so I said nothing, so a bit disappointed overall but would probably visit again as I’m sure this was a one off.
