The Covid precautions were good, tables spaced serving staff wearing visors

Quality of the food is always consistent ..the Pork belly was exceptional today and the creme caramel is perfection.The Covid19 safeguards at the restaurant did not impact on our experience and were reassuring. .tables and seats were cleaned after each diner had left and the cloakroom was spotless.Staff as usual were professional and friendly .

Excellent personal service from the manager and rest of staff, even managed to chat to some staff that were not even serving our table. My favourite chain restaurant by far all because of the excellent professional waiters. Not to mention the gorgeous well priced food and drink. Perfection

Food as expected for this restaurant, it certainly isn't gourmet dining but adequate. Fabulous service under very trying circumstances. Reassuring to see tables and outside area constantly being cleaned. I feel some tables in window area are too close together. There is obviously nothing that can be done about the noise level but it was very loud and intrusive.

The manager was so nice that they gave us free starters and free desserts as they said they did not see us through the whole lockdown. Awesome service, all waiters very kind. Truly recommend!

Very friendly and great atmosphere. Our waitress was in her first shift but she did really welll and was very attentive.

Door greeting excellent , with flexible suggestions of where to sit ., we chose outside in the sunny rear garden Seated and immediate service menus with request for drink orders a suggestion for olives which we took along with wine . Ordered the meal, fish and a meat main, beautifully presented and superbly tasty cooked . A wondered experience from well trained smiling , polite , friendly and attentive staff

Good as always but I was disappointed there were no Moules Frites on the menu! Maybe next time!

Our only comment would be that we’re not sure about the effectiveness of visors when not worn in conJunction with masks - just going with what we’ve heard on the news. We had a table for 4 outside which is a lovely location. The food was delicious and the young blond male waiter was an absolute delight - very efficient and friendly and very very funny. We had a really lovely meal and a great afternoon

Was not impressed as a 1st time visit, mini steak was like rubber, burger asked for it plain came out with all relish and was poor quality burger! when spoke to lady, was made to feel was my fault, service was poor people who came in after us where served before us

Great service, hard work in a visor! Felt Covid safe but not too clinical.

Professional, friendly and everything organised properly which made us feel safe and able to enjoy being out for a Saturday lunch again.

Lovely staff coping well with changes due to social distancing. Good good but menu never changes. Could be good regular dinner spot if menu had more variety

Always a lovely restaurant with a proper French ambiance, good quality food and great service.

Service excellent, however I requested a medium rib eye, was very much rare and almost very rare, I just ate it but overall it wasn't to my liking.

Loved the food (although the set menus have disappeared), absolutely amazing staff, good value for money. The only thing, which detracted from staying longer was the extreme heat, although we were shown to a table, which was supposed to be the most pleasant in these extreme conditions. Could not feel the air con at all, which was over our heads.

Good service and the COVID-19 policies in place seemed to work well. Disappointed with the chicken which was dry and the creme caramel which was exceeding bitter however the steak and fondant were excellent.
