I may have mentioned before that I try to steer away from chains. For Cote in Worcester I make an exception. Emma and her team offer a warm and friendly welcome, service is second to none and last night the chef was 'on fire'!!! Excellent food from starter to finisher!! I couldn't fault it if I tried!! A lovely evening great atmosphere thank you!

This was my first time to a Cotes Restaurant. Food was very good and waiters were attentive. Overall very good. My flat white was exceptional - and I rarely experience that in the UK

I had another excellent dinner with my wife at Cotes Worcester. Washed down, of course, with a couple of bottles of excellent wine. Service, friendliness, professionalism ........ its all there. Consequently, I have no hesitation in giving all the staff there this excellent reference.

Service very good, Although we thought it seemed a bit expense for a quick lunchtime meal, especially as we only drank water and ordered only one glass of orange.

Fantastic meal and excellent service and as my husband and I were celebrating my 50th birthday, Cote truly made it feel special. Thank you.

Breakfast at Cotes this morning was perfect. The food was well presented and delicious and the staff excelled themselves. It was warm and quiet in the restaurant. We will be visiting again soon.

Main courses were not the same. We had the lamb and the two dishes were not the same as one had loads of onions one dish had non, one dish had loads of butternut squash and the other one did not have this. The new potatoes weren’t there either on both dishes. Attention to detail lacked. Starter was mushrooms and again it was just thrown on the plate and lacked care. French onion soup was good. All tasted great.

We had a lovely lunch today, the food was quick and delicious but more noticeably the waiters we had were amazing, I even told the manager when I left how great the service was. That being said, both my mum and I felt that the senior staff were quiet harsh on the waiting staff and twice during our lunch we actually overheard a member of staff being told off by the manager/senior staff for making a mistake. Shame as we thought all of the waiters were doing a great job and made a special effort with us, so much so that we left an extra tip. Just wanted to make a note to show we were grateful to the waiting staff it makes such a difference when they’re appreciated so I wanted to ensure it was mentioned.

Service was excellent, food beautifully presented and tasted great . An all round great 1st time visit to this lovely restaurant. Just one small complaint..toilets were dirty and obviously unchecked

Booked table online. Greeted at door as usual and shown to our table. Waiting staff polite and courteous as usual. Food and drinks served to table in good time, but never felt rushed. Food good and cooked as requested. We have never been disappointed when dining at Cote.
