Food and drink lovely as always, but there were a few irritating deficiencies in the overall experience. 1) Complimentary G & Ts under the rewards system were not forthcoming until we prompted them ( and AFTER they had tried to get us to order other drinks) 2) We ordered two veal escalopes, one without jus ( because of an allergy) and one with. Both arrived without jus, and my husband had to wait for his jus to be brought 3) The veal should have been served with lemon, as advertised on the menu. No lemon arrived. When we asked for it, they brought two scrappy wedges, complete with pips, instead of the muslin wrapped halves that are normally served. It won't stop us going back, but the impression left was that staff just couldn't be bothered. Not impressed

Fantastic service and lovely food as usual. Great atmosphere and very helpful, friendly staff, welcoming. Highly recommend! Excellent seperate vegetarian menu and great choice of drinks.

Excellent meal although chips could have been cooked more scallops delicious sea bass and belly pork very tasty and cooked well service excellent really enjoyed rhubarb cocktail

Had a meal outside in the sunshine. Everything was fine, apart from longish wait for our main course. As we wern't in a hurry it was not a real problem. Would have been problematic if we had been in a hurry - I'm sure our server would have hurried it up if we had asked him.

Always a pleasure. The food is light and tasty. The staff friendly and helpful. Any special requests are catered for. A high consistent standard without feeling corporate.

As always an excellent meal with super service The cocktail of the month gives an opportunity to try a different cocktail regularly though we both disliked the bitterness of the Negroni. Favourite to date was the Blood Orange a couple of months ago

Shame about the long wait for the bill. Staff seem to deliberately ignore customers once dessert has been served. Seems to happen every time I've eaten at Cote. Pity.

Lovely food great service, would recommend to friends, location good. No bar which would be nice for arrival drinks average value for money. More cocktails would improve experience

The Mothers day breakfast was excellent. We expected the restaurant to be crowded - and it was. That made it quite noisy. We were welcomed and shown to our table as soon as we arrived and our waitress was very efficient and pleasant. Our drinks arrived within a couple of minutes of being seated - and the breakfast arrived soon after. We had thought we would be in with a bit of a wait due to the number of people eating, but the whole meal was quickly served. The food was excellent. A very pleasant meal to celebrate a special day.

Wonderful service, as usual in Worcester. Côte has the best gluten-free menu around, which makes a change from most places which simply leave bits out if you ask for gluten-free food. All the food swell worth going out of your way for.

Dishes here are consistently good, that is why we return here often, portions spot on and food always flavoursome and well presented. I feel the service needs re-thinking though.

We both had April Special Rose Veal T Bone steak and it was delicious. Great service as always. Steak tartare starte4 was also really lovely and will definitely have that again

Côte has the best and most comprehensive gluten-free menu of any restaurant visited, which is important for my life who is coeliac, so gluten-free food is essential not simply desirable. Moreover its general menu is interesting and all food very well prepared. In addition Amber and her team provide a first-class service.

Excellent service and tasty food. However, mussels overdone and gratuity included will put us off a return visit.

Very impressive menu and, more importantly a very extensive gluten-free menu, with first class service. Although all restaurants now say they provide gluten-free food, most are minimal, or regular items with parts omitted. Côte has a full range of complete dishes and to a very high standard.

Nice meal, attentive and friendly service, reasonable value (12.5% service charge a bit steep). Atmosphere was a bit flat but I guess that was because it was a quiet Monday.

It was easy to book online to make reservation. Service was really good with good food to match. This a great asset for Worcester city. I would certainly recommend.

Consistently good. My second visit to a Cote this week and always my 'go to' place when meeting friends or entertaining visitors. I'm always guaranteed a warm welcome and a great meal. I also took advantage of my birthday celebration kir royale, thank you!

It was my wife's birthday and they made it really special. Supplied decorations, cake and singing !! The food was excellent and the service considerate. A very pleasant evening. Thank you so much.

Brill food and atmosphere. Waiter was brilliant, I would advise not to train staff on a Saturday evening though, that was a bit of a silly move, I shall definitely be returning though!

Overall a good experience and food good. Service a bit slower than used to as usually excellent. Waiter was very helpful but initial service was slow.

A great place for a cheeky Friday night meal. Quite atmospheric apart for the noise level ( very echoey) with good service and tasty food. Limited menu choice but I think I’d always be able to find plenty to enjoy.

I have been to many Côte Brasseries and all have exceeded my expectations, the Worcester one in my opinion is the best. Many thanks to all for a great experience🙂

Lovely venue and food really excellent. Only negative was we had to wait a while for our vegetables to come to the table after our main courses were delivered. Will definitely visit again in future.

Amazing service from the staff at Cote Worcester. After a brief note when booking online to say that we would be celebrating my mums birthday, we arrived to see the table decorated with helium balloon and banner, complimentary Kir Royales given to all guests and a “Happy Birthday” sing song with dessert. All staff were very kind and made the evening very enjoyable. Thank you!

We had an amazing meal. The staff are very happy and attentive. We were glad we came at 6pm as the atmosphere changed and became a lot noiser and busy by 7pm, less intimate. Would definitely return again.

bst meal I have had at any cote. early evening menu good idea I loved chicken and whitebait complementry mousse delicious Staff helpful however they seemed unable to do an individual bill and had had several attempts in the end we gave up and had separate but not itemised ones
