As ever, wonderful food, great atmosphere, attentive, efficient and perhaps, in my opinion, most importantly friendly,I really feel, on a genuine basis. I do not in any way wish to sound or appear pompous but it is nice and appreciated to be recognised and acknowledged in a welcoming way by the staff almost as a "regular" there, which we are by the way. Thanks to everyone at Cote Wokingham for a really nice meal and evening out. With regards. Simon Jackson. PS: I've given "Noise Level" just a 4 as there were a couple of loud-ish table nearby, but all in all no problem.

Lunch with my wife on her birthday. Restaurant not very busy. As usual food and service very good. Always guaranteed a lovely meal at the Cote!

A very pleasant evening shared with friends in a relaxing environment. Very good steaks too!

Excellent experience. One of my party was ill towards the beginning of the meal and the staff could not have been better. They even removed the food from the bill which had been cooked but not eaten - this was over and above what we expected. As always the food was wonderful but I cannot prise the staff highly enough especially Juliette.

Very good breakfast served as normal with courteous service. My only critism was when it came to ordering the bill. I asked on three separate occasions to three different staff members until after 15 minutes the bill arrived. The restaurant was busy at the time so this is a minor blemish on the meal. Be back soon for more.

The food was great and staff were working hard, but they seemed to be struggling with the number of diners in the restaurant. This made the wait times quite long.

Lovely food, excellent service and a fun atmosphere. Recommend the Beef bourguignon and the Breton Fish Stew and the house wine was fine. Good value too!

Good service, and good food, (although the chicken dish was a tad salty) I always find the coffee too strong and bitter, but with a bit of extra hot water, it is passable.

Relaxing lunch with great food and delicious cold white wine.

A busy Sunday lunch - but the staff were fantastic. They were courteous, helpful, and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious; as was the great coffee.

Comfortable seats, clean surroundings, helpful staff and good food. What more could I want?

Cote never lets us down, we eat regularly at many venues, Sloane Square, Bishop Stortford and Marlow. Every time each dining experience never fails to deliver fine tasting food and good attentive service. Most importantly when the bill is presented it is such a great surprise how reasonable the cost is. We all love Cote Oh rating on the noise level! Certain restaurants are worse than others ! Bishop Stortford the worst on our opinion! The shape of the building and flooring.

Excellent in every way except one. There were several Easter offers shown online but I wasn't eligible for any because I'd already booked my table. I emailed Cote in advance of coming to see if I was eligible for the offers but was told no because I'd have to cancel my table and rebook through a particular link. I didn't want to cancel incase I couldn't rebook. Madness!

Asked for a table for 4 in the front as they were unoccupied but was told they were booked for 4 people Later bookings for 2 were offered them! Slightly unhappy at this as we are regulars in the restaurant

Excellent food, with a varied menu, and good service despite it being a VERY busy time. We will try to find another Cote nearer our home next time

Great food but miserable waitress who didn't want to be there. Annoys me when restaurants put a 'optional gratuity' on the bill. I always remove it no matter what as its presumptuous and in this case totally unwarranted. Real shame as the food was exceptionally good

Rather slow service. Food took quite a time to arrive. Wrong size of wine delivered to the table. Table left dirty in between courses. Had to remind waitress about next wine to go with next course. Not very professional. Wouldn’t happen at Zedels .

Table service too slow. Staff was just too busy but there were so many of them, something is not working. Food is average, use to be great. Management needs to look into processes, too much time spent on making the tables too pretty but not looking after the customers!

On arrival was directed to a table in the open area. I had requested a booth when completing my online request but this did not show up on the “requests”. However this was corrected and we were redirected to a booth after challenging the error. Midway through the meal another group arrived and where seated next to us. I noticed that they were offered and received a complimentary Kir Royal. This was not offered on my booking? Other than that the food was perfect as usual and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening

Friendly staff I am Veggie and Gluten-free and they always go out if their way to make sure I have a great meal. We had a child with us to and although they don’t have a child’s menu they are really flexible and were happy to put a meal together that was just perfect for brunch.

It was once again a very pleasant experience all round - despite the staff changing so often - it still holds its charm for us. And of course the quality of food was so good. We have just spent two weeks in the Dordogne and never ate that good the whole time!!!!

A lovely experience well looked after. Definitely come again. Have tried many times to get in but always full. Have recommended the restaurant to many people.

Excellent meal today from the March menu. Prawn starter was lovely. The Monkfish was superb. The Grand Marnier Crepe was out of this world! The complementary gin and tonic was much appreciated.

The service was super quick for a Friday evening. Started with complimentary blood orange martinis and then opted or the Feb special fillet steak with the truffle veal jus.. it was devine!

Overall, good. Prompt food delivery, we’ll balanced and tasty. Service a little slow ion arrival but a pleasant meal overall. Nice sized portions too. Would recommend.

Excellent food and service! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were acknowledged, I’d requested a round table, which we got, cocktails on arrival & the staff joined in and sang Happy Birthday! A truly enjoyable experience! Keep up the good work guys!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a meal at Côte . The evening started will with complimentary Kir Royales. The food and service were excellent and the meal was good value. As always, we were very pleased that we had chosen Côte.

A very enjoyable lunch with excellent food and service. When Cote gets it right (which it does most of the time) then it offers unbeatable value for money.

Lovely food and wine served to us mainly by Juliette the manager. A very enjoyable meal as usual in Cote. We are rarely disappointed in our local Brasserie.

Great value breakfast. Requested a table for four and three high chairs. The table and high chairs were there on our arrival we were shown to it by the friendly manager.

I have just visited this restaurant with my daughter to celebrate my birthday. Thank you for the wonderful food and excellent service. We can't wait to return.

Went for breakfast,had a comedian for a waiter,didn’t bother writing our order down,ordered toast which didn’t arrive despite being told on two occasions that it’s coming,didn’t get the croissant i ordered but yet still tried to charge me for it and after all this had the audacity to put a service charge on the bill,waiter who originally come over didn’t even bother apologising for his mistake,defo won’t be going back to that one ever again.

Nice food - discovered a small garden at the back of the Wokingham Côte yesterday.

Excellent meal,staff very attentive.Had the Set meal,food excellent. Cannot fault anything about the restaurant or our evening. Atmosphere excellent,lively but intimate. Will definitely visit this restaurant again very soon.
