As usual, prompt and friendly service and excellent food. Cote has a useful wine list at reasonable prices with well described and helpful categories of style.

As good as ever I love cote and the great food

I have eaten at this branch of Cote since it opened and i have lost count of the times that a meal has to be returned because it is undercooked, overcooked, cold, or, more recently tasted and looked awful (vegetarian sausages with a pile of plain sautéed potatoes). Despite the great staff last week was the final straw.

Poor service, waiter continually served the men first and our wives second. The desert of crepe was rock hard and inedible. Would have thought that being a French influenced restaurant that they would have got this right. 3 returned deserts. The restaurant was empty so don't understand why this happened.

Cote in Wokingham is great for breakfast. Booked online and went at 9:30. Great food and great service. A very civilised Sunday morning. We shall do that more often.

Food was quite good apart from the stringy green beans (which there was no offer to take off the bill when mentioned). Service was good until we wanted to pay the bill, when it took about ten minutes to get it and another ten for someone to come and take payment.

First course of Langoustine Tails was good but would have enjoyed a few more. Steak and chips was not quite so enjoyable as the steak was threaded with inedible sinews. The apple crumble dessert was also quite good though it was not what I actually ordered but could not bring myself to complain about it.

A very pleasant experience . The staff were friendly and professional , they were not overpowering and only asked about food at the end of each course not during the eating of course which is becoming a common event in more and more restauarants . The food was very good and was up to the standard we expect from the Côte group.

Delicious meal. Every dish that we have had has been great. The staff are very attentive, kind and helpful. Lively and pleasant atmosphere on a Friday night.

Nice atmosphere - not too noisy and no feeling of being crowded. Good food with attentive service. The portion sizes were just right. I didn’t see the wine list so can’t comment on the range or prices but the wine my friends chose was excellent. Overall it was slightly more expensive than I expected but you get what you pay for...

Very good service as usual and an excellent environment to enjoy an early evening dinner. The dinner for 3 was flavoursome and very good value for money, the only small negative was that the chicken breast on 2 main courses was overcooked hence making the meat a little dry.

Nice staff, good meal and wine. This branch is pretty consistent. Visit here regularly. Special mention for the beef bourgingnon as that was very nice.

We had a very lovely evening , the food was great and the atmosphere and service were welcoming. We will certainly be back again soon.

As usual, Cote provided enjoyable cuisine and courteous service. One of my favourite venues for local dining whether it be from the set menu or a la carte.

From start to finish, outstanding dining experience. Friendly and efficient staff, good wine and high quality food. Great ambiance all evening. Use this restaurant a lot and I highly recommend it.

Had a lovely evening with family celebrating my 60th birthday. The restaurant gave me a lovely bouquet of flowers and we all had a delicious meal. Many thanks for helping to make it special.

We had an excellent meal. We chose from the fixed menu which offered a good choice. Everything was well cooked and presented and the service quick and efficient. Very good value.

Always excellent with cheerful staff and good food. We love to sit at the table by the window at the front of the restaurant and watch the world going by!

Service was excellent. Prompt and efficient.. we were given a choice of tables. Our food order was taken quickly ( not too quickly)! Each course was brought with just a correct gap between. The food was hot and the the whole experience enjoyable.

Very good French style cooking. Recommend the pork belly. We had three courses food was really good and the manager served us gave us good advise as my friend has a nut allergy

Excellent food and friendly staff, unfortunately there was a bit of a wait for initial order and the the bill ,which I've notice during the busy times.

I visited with 3 friends and apart from my meal(sea bass), the other meals were unsatisfactory. The friend who had steak frites found a long hair underneath the steak. The friend who had Breton chicken found it to be tasteless and the friend who had chicken salad found it to be quite ordinary. The manager was profusely apologetic about the hair, replaced the steak and took the cost off the bill but it raised questions about quality control. We have all eaten at Cote in various other locations but this was a bad experience.

Very good food and service. A member of staff even came outside to catch up with us and return £5.00 which she realised we had overpaid and we had not noticed.

The Cote Brasserie in Wokingham is a pleasant place to eat. The service was good and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our food and of the three of us no one had a bad dish. I was a bit unhappy to see 12.5% for the service charge added to the bill as this seems a little greedy

Table of 4. We were seated quickly. The service was good. Food was nice, we had grilled chicken, lamb, salmon and pork belly - all were good.

This was my fourth visit to Cote Wokingham and there will be more. When we ordered our food, service was a little distracted and a side dish wasn't delivered. It wasn't included in the bill either and that certainly did not spoil the experience. What they do, they do well. Love the corn fed chicken.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We all very much enjoyed the evenings today Cote and will definitely go again. I could not fault anything.

Our dinner at Côte Brasserie in Wokingham could not be faulted. Excellent food, impeccable service, and a lovely ambience. It was our first visit but will not be our last, for sure.

Good friendly staff, without being intrusive. Great value winter lunch menu. Food was well cooked and presented, and would have no difficulty in recommending Cote for lunch.

we had an excellent lunch, food and service excellent. there was nothing to improve and we go to wokingham cote a lot.it would have been nice to give us all all a complimentary kir royale as it was a Birthday meal!

We had the set lunch of a main and dessert with several choice. The service was good, the food tasty and well presented and we felt we had good value for money.

Good service and good food in a pleasant environment. Shame that Wokingham itself is being dug up and getting around the town is currently very difficult. But don't let that put you off a visit to Cote Brasserie as the selection of food and wine is excellent - and prices are very reasonable.

Great value meals with smart service. First visit to local Cote in Wokingham. We knew it is popular and now we know why! Pay them a visit, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Took advantage of the complimentary bottle of wine offer and was not disappointed - a nice French Merlot to accompany well cooked and presented food.
