I asked you to make a special fuss of my friend on her birthday - and you did! Many thanks, much appreciated. I was very impressed.

Very good meal - good food, good service, good atmosphere - and the free bottle of wine was well received. Will certainly visit again hopefully soon.

Enjoyed our evening - we asked for a booth and were assigned one. The food was up to the usual standard and the staff were excellent, overall I would recommend this restaurant.

Staff /service was excellent unfortunately my wife meal when presented was not hot only warm and no one asked if our meals were okay, I think this was a one off as previously everything has been perfect. When advise of this it was delete with very professionally and will not stop us from returning.

Excellent food and service. We went straight for main courses and chose chicken dishes. We were delighted with the subtly flavoured sauces and the moistness of the chicken, Service was prompt and courteous, not at all obtrusive. Would definitely go back,

We’ve never been disappointed at Cote and yesterday evening’s meal was great once again. The food was very tasty, well cooked and hot. The service was attentive without being intrusive and the atmosphere was just right too. All in all a lovely eventing.

I was told everybody enjoyed dinner. Thanks! ... Only one person, who ordered a dish with fish, mentioned the fish didn't taste very fresh but the rest of the people were very happy.

Phoned up to increase persons attending told fully booked, when we arrived there were plenty of tables that were not taken for the whole evening. First 2 bottles of wine order were not available

On arrival the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They took our order for drinks straight away. Service was very good and the food was very tasty. Was a bit noisy.

Ordered a meal with an additional garlic dressing. No dressing arrived: when spoke to the waiter, a small portion of garlic butter arrived. £1.25 for this tiny knob of butter? Someone is having a joke at our expense. Quality of food, ambience, and staff (where are the freindly Frence staff which used to be here, now all Thai) not good. Also, trying to add 15% service charge? Now let's get to the main issue. Advertised as if 2 mains, then a free bottle of wine. Great offer. But we were three. Told rudely that third person cannot order from the ,before 7 pm menu, must have main menu, even though 2 had full mains and puds.. Marketing con,, I think. Won't return to this establishment. Need serious work.

Great restaurant. Food is yummy and service is good. We love the steaks there, they are fantastic. The Creme Caramel is the best Creme caramel I've tasted.

Second visit to this branch, just as good as the first.... will be back.

Yet another lovely meal - breakfast. Would highly recommend having brekkie in any Côte, value for money, great choice. Immepecable service from very friendly staff.

Another lovely meal, this time for my wife’s birthday with complimentary Kir Royals thrown in. Great food and warm atmosphere with attentive service as always.

The breakfast was lovely . We often have quite complicated orders which can lead to errors but today was perfect. The staff are always pleasant and we enjoy our monthly breakfasts very much.

Staff welcoming and very attentive meal was spot on, not rushed when finished each course and the Coffee at the end of the Meal, and the Brandy added in to it even though the Waitress didn't know about those tyoes of Coffees when asked did go off and ask and sorted for us, this finished of the evening, Fantastic.

Jaded by Non stop Christmas cooking our tasty meal, well-served was the perfect antidote. Thanks to chefs and waiter. The food was delicious and appetising. Moules for one. Steak and frites for another. Good wines to accompany. Lovely crepe and sorbet for dessert. Just what we needed.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We also got a free bottle of wine which was quite decent. Breton chicken fantastic as was the sea bass.

Great food and atmosphere always the place to go to for a relaxed but special occasion we will be back maybe for breakfast next time

Used Cote several times - the food is of a consistently high standard - service is excellent - tables well spaced - great ambience, vibrant without being too noisy.

Fantastic food and service. Restaurant was packed as it was New Year’s Eve but all the staff were fab. We all had a wonderful evening and I can’t wait to go back.

A very pleasant and enjoyable New Years Eve spent at Cote Wokingham. Despite being very busy the staff were excellent and kept us well informed of progress due to a slight delay at the start of our evening. Will certainly be back again.

Another excellent meal at Cote Wokingham. The staff are second to none with the service they give. This time 6 of us came for breakfast. The food was beautifully cooked, including excellent poached eggs - not always done well in some places. Then we will be back again this month for their free bottle of wine offer!

Excellent service, excellent food, nice atmosphere - a great family meal. The only downside is the seating - just about comfortable enough to see us through the meal, but only just...

We have been using Cote in Wokingham for several years and we like the way the menu is changed on a regular basis but still retains wholesome food at reasonable prices. Service is always good and an enjoyable experience.

Came for New Year’s Day. We surprised how empty the restaurant was. However we had a lovely meal with a polite waiter. Only let down was the limited soft drinks available. On the whole, a delightful lunch

Delicious food and excellent service. The set menu for New Years Eve had plenty of choice and was very reasonable at £29.95. We weren’t rushed out after our 2 hours either.

I love breakfast at Cote . A lovely way to start a Sunday - service is good and the food is lovely. One thing to make it better would be calorie information on the menu or available on request! Then you can make informed choices about what you choose to eat.

Great and friendly staff in the restaurant. Really delicious food and great choice on the menu. Highly recommend the moules frites and creme brûlée for pudding!!

The staff were friendly, the service was great and food delicious, would recommend this Cote in Wokingham to everyone. My son had the vegetarian breakfast which he said was very different to what he's had before and was really really good

Very good service and great food. We were a party of six and we were looked after very well from start to finish. Our waitress was not too intrusive but was always there when we needed her.

A few meals unavailable from the menu, mostly fish and shellfish. Object to 12.5% service charge automaticly added to the bill. Having said that the food my party did have was of good quality and we did enjoy our evening.

A lovely brunch with the whole family on Boxing day . The food was up to its usual high standards and we received excellent friendly service as usual

OK apart from the fact that the prawns were “cottonwoolley “ and not very nice and the steak was overdone! Rest of it was OK

We eat here often, the service is good and food very nice. We love the steak for two it's wonderful. Breakfast as well is great value and good produce.

Another good breakfast. The Formula breakfast choice works well, and you can change the order if you wish (e.g. an extra sausage instead of mushrooms). Very friendly staff. The service of tea/coffee, however, does need to be improved. It was no problem on this occasion, though I was warned that if I did not have my coffee with my meal, instead of at the end as I wanted, there could be a long wait. This reflected our previous breakfast experience when we had to wait ages for the hot drinks at the end. It is not acceptable to have to wait so long - either get another machine or hire more staff, whichever is needed to fix the issue when you know you are busy.

Superb venue, food and service. Couldn’t fault the staff, very much on the ball at front of house. Father an ex-chef, said Fish Pie was exceptional. That says a lot, my Steak was superb too.

We were late arriving but this didn't seem to be a problem. The staff were really helpful and attentive and had a Gluten Free Menu waiting for me on arrival. Lovely food.

I requested a tuna nicoise, no onions and gluten free, I got an tuna nicoise with onions and a gluten free flag. The second dish that was served, had a poor base layer of 2 slices of potato, eggs that were not properly cooked so that the egg white was still partially opaque and very runny, and it had an onion in it - which suggested to me that the salad had been sifted through and the onions removed The service was also slow, we were all on a Christmas lunch and were late back to work Would really not recommend based on this....disappointing for Cote. The only saving grace was they removed my salad from the bill and gave me a mint tea on the house! However not sure I'd go back

Very slow service but food good as always. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed as it was a quiet Monday evening. Much to improve.
