Regular at Côte Wokingham, so nothing much to add. Still the best chain restaurant, the Chateaubriand was best ever.

Dreadful re heated chicken was inedible . Last week breakfast included dried out over cooked bacon and staff unable to even toast bread Frankly your food standards are deteriorating fast .At this rate you will just be another Prezzo

The main course came out before the starter's. One starter was cold and we had to wait for this to be replaced, which meant that person eat the starter on their own after everyone else had finished. When the main's were served, the same person who had the cold starter had a just about warm main but after the wait for the starter, we didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. The waitress only smiled once through the whole meal.

Absolutely excellent food, service was also really good although there was quite a wait in between courses.

Overall a good experience - varied menu - pleasant space...

Table service has definitely deteriorated. There is no short supply of waiting staff but everybody seems too busy. Took 20 minutes to get menu and that was after we asked! Poor service , I wouldn’t have even bothered with going if I had known Wokingham branch is like that.

A combination of great service and fabulous food made a wonderful evening

Food excellent. Service excellent Ambience......although we were at back of restaurant, it suited us very well as front was quite noisy which would have made it quite difficult for my husband who is hard if hearing. All in all a most enjoyable evening.

A little disappointing. We had brunch and both of our plates were swimming in water resulting in my toast getting very soggy. Not up to usual standards.

As always good food, nicely served. The chateaubriand Special was excellent. As ever a bit noisy.

Loved the ambience. The starters were great. We both had steak of which 1 wasnt up to standard. This was rectified by our lovely waitress

Turned up with an extra person, no fuss made just added another table, delicious food in a lovely venue, overall a lovely experience.

Apart from noise levels everything was finesurely this dat and age noise levels can be reduced Will try to avoid busy times, not always possible
