Côte Woking

We had an excellent meal. Everyone in our party enjoyed what they had ordered. The waiter (?manager) was very pleasant and helpful and attentive in a good way. Our guests had not been to Cote before but were very impressed with it.

Food was reasonably good but the restaurant was noisy and one meal out of the 6 orders was late arriving. We would go again though.

Good food good size portions attentive staff but not obtrusive. Good atmosphere. Only minor quibble was small amount of grapes with cheese. Did not need sides.

Very good. Always consistent. Excellent value for money. Friend had to complain about toughness of her steak. It was whisked away, apologies made and a fresh one including chips came out a few minutes later. Brilliant. I wish more restaurants were as accommodating.

Exceptional all round - friendly welcome, efficient helpful staff, excellent choice of menus, relaxed environment, impeccable service, wonderful food and well presented. The whole experience was completely faultless.

As a regular customer at cote, the service was flawless and the food was fantastic as per usual , attentive without being intrusive, it keeps me coming back

Very helpful staff in this busy restaurant. Good service, well-cooked and nicely presented food. Volume of rather loud music could be reduced perhaps when the restaurant is full of people.

Côte Brasserie maintains the high standard. And it is one of my favourite restaurants Excellent foods and great service staff. We will comeback again definitely

We arrived late due to missing the train and going to theatre. We we're welcomed and inform to pick from lighter meals for quickness. The staff we're excellent and would recommend to friends to go there

We had an excellent meal and service in spite of the restaurant being full! If there is a slight complaint - the coffee was not as warm as it could have been but in no way spoilt our excellent meal!

Took advantage of the free bottle of wine offer. The steaks we ordered were delicious and the service was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and food. Love the ambiance. We had the Steak Tartare as a starter and the Ravioli as main both tasted amazing. Matching all your needs for a romantic evening.

The service and atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff friendly and appropriately attentive. The menu was sufficiently varied and it was nice to have a separate menu for the vegetarians. Would go back and would also recommend it to others.

Pleasant surroundings and convenient in the centre of Woking. Duck was a touch tasteless and the 'fried bread' accompanying the starter was tough and inedible. To their credit the 'fried bread' was replaced with tasty French bread. The service was very good but 2.5% on top of the standard 10% for service is unjustified.

This is one of the nicest Cote's service wise. This is the second time I've been here and both times everything has seemed a lot more organised than the other branches I use. No problems with the orders, no long wait for the coffee's that you get at Kingston. Very friendly and professional staff.

Great service and lovely fresh food. The restaurant and toilets were spotless and the staff friendly but professional. We had the full English breakfast with coffee and orange Juice. Very reasonably priced for a pleasant hour.

Food was superb and the service was fantastic. We ate from the early evening menu which meant it was great value aswell. We really enjoyed our evening here.

Had the lunch time set menu. A lovely meal and service in a polite and timely manner. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Look forward to coming again soon

Very friendly, helpful waiter. Enjoyed the fish stew and goats cheese cocotte very much. We had a glass of fizz for Cotes birthday, which was nice as it was our anniversary.

Very disappointing compared to other Cote restaurants we use on a regular basis. One of our party had the 10th anniversary special menu at £27.50 with the ribeye steak at £2.00 extra. 50% of the steak was inedible gristle. (photo available) Very disappointing. The other meal was the standard minute steak, which we frequently have at other Cote restaurants. Again this dis not live up the Cote's usual high standards. The waiting staff did realise the problem and unprompted waived the charges for our dessert wines, which was appreciated but the problem should not have occurred.

The staff were so very helpful, friendly and polite! Food good too and the best thing about it was that it was hot!! Shall be returning soon

Great evening, Nice service. The food was lovely and the anniversary menu very good value for money. We had a lovely time and will be back.

Not one of the better restaurants in this chain. Front of house service not that great. Not flexible with request on ordering and screwed up the bill. Good not bad though.

10 year anniversary menu. Food was excellent -just as good as a top independent restaurant. Long wait for desert but free coffee provided and two glasses of wine not charged to bill, so no complaints.

The meal was very good and the staff who served us were excellent and very helpfully, especially the female that looked after us the most, and we will definitely go there again thank you

I had the worst rib eye steak ever, full of sinews and gristle. The manager did offer to change it however I was short of time to catch a movie, he removed the cost from the bill and gave us complimentary coffee so I felt adequately recompensed.

The initial reception was good with a choice of tables, table service was attentive without pressure. The three courses chosen by each of the four guests were thoroughly enjoyed and, all in all, the experience was as pleasurable as I have come to expect from the three branches of this chain, Woking, Guildford and St. Martin's Lane, that I have come to expect.

Excellent service attentive staff and good well cooked food. Nice surroundings plenty of parking nearby. Good welcome with time given to choose food and drink.

Great place for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. Service is consistently good, staff are always willing to go the extra mile if something isn't right. Strongly recommend the cafetière coffee!

It Was ok. We Felt very rushed. Food and service was not as good as it is at the guildford branch. A lot of money for what we actually got.

Very Good service and great food, always a little bit put off by the 12.5% optional service charge. Seems to be what most restaurants do.

Fantastic food we both had the prawn gratinee starter very good followed by the duck breast and cod special both excellent and good sized portions with the creme brûlée au citron special for desert Excellent service friendly and attentive. Thank you Cote for another lovely evening

The staff were great and friendly. The food was good and the atmosphere in the restaurant buzzy. This was my second visit to Cote in Woking and both visits were very enjoyable.

Great service and lovely food, perfect pre-theatre meal. The set menu had loads of choice and was very reasonable. Will definitely book again when going to the theatre
