Côte Woking

On the worst night if the winter a warm a friendly welcome was assured at Cotes in Woking.

Had an early evening meal [2 courses] before going to the theatre. Price very reasonable, quality and service excellent. Our first visit and it definitely won't be our last.

We were unusually disappointed last night - food OK but service incredibly slow. We arrived at 6:00 - but our starters didn't until almost 7:00. We finished our main courses at 7: 20 & sadly had to leave for the theatre without desserts.

Fabulous food and fabulous service from delightful staff all in a lovely atmosphere, highly recommend.

Good food and excellent attentive service. The restaurant is very welcoming and well placed for the theatre. I will return next time I am in Woking.

Great service. Just slightly slow when busy. Definitely returning though as cote always has a great atmosphere.

As usual good reception, attentative staff, good ambience and most of all good food. We have the breast of duck and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Creme Brûlée for dessert was very good

As we arrived (a few minutes late) our table was being used as a service table which disguised our balloons for our dads 60th. Completely Ruined the birthday moment so very very unsatisfactory. Really disappointed as this restaurant was highly recommended

Great location and quality of food. We really like Cote and this was a good experience. Would happily return to both Cote in general and Woking specifically.

Very helpful staff who were efficient. Good food and comprehensive wine list. We were going to the theatre so appreciated the turnaround time. Some flexibility on food selection appreciated.

Food is nice but quite simple and overpriced. The one side dish that was on the monthly specials menu was not available. Service was good from all staff.

Service and food were excellent - and good value. Only downsides were: 1. the unnecessary background music - the restaurant was full and fairly noisy 2. the chicken dish would have been better served on a flat plate, rather than in a dish, since it was difficult to cut it from a high angle!

Not up to your usual level of service, welcoming us with the knowledge that we were going on the agenda theatre the service was unusually slow

Always superb food with great friendly staff, top notch. The artichoke side dish is amazing. The best place to eat in Woking by far. Awesome

Great customer service, lovely olives, great bread, however also received a slightly dodgy beetroot starter, tables maybe slightly too tight and red wine wasn’t worth £8 a glads

I love this restaurant. Great service and yummy food. Fabulous special offers like the Valentine's one. I will go again. The wine pairing and Kir Royal were a great idea.

We were warmly welcomed by pleasant staff, the food was delicious as always and arriving before 7pm we got the early bird saving, so very reasonable.

We enjoyed our complementary kia royals for my birthday and as usual the service and food was first class.We were going to the theater after-woods so had the set menu which was great value.

Our 49th wedding anniversary meal. First class in all respects. Complimentary Kir Royales served...very kind and thoughtful. We dined from the Valentines menu, three courses. We'll be visiting again soon. Thanks, Cote.

Cotes Woking is also a wonderful experience, the staff are attentive, the menu's are always variable. Service is constantly of a high standard along with he food served.

Good and consistent. Never had a bad meal here, so keep up the good work Cote! Lunchtime meals are such good value. Much better than having a sandwich any day.

As always service is excellent! The food great, although the risotto my wife selected was over cooked but in the restaurant they made everything possible to help us and give us options to solvent that situation. For us this is a great place to have lunch or dinner and we will come back again soon!

Lovely food, only issue is that it wasn’t made clear when I booked that the a la carte menu wasn’t available and could only order from limited valentines menu. Staff were excellent though, have been before and will return.

Warm reception by Ukranian lady, speedy service, set lunch good value. A touch noisy, but the restaurant was very busy. Will visit again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent as always. Staff were all professional and friendly, the food beautifully presented and tasty; my duck breast was the best I have had in ages. And a good price. Happy Valentines Day

Service quite rushed at beginning of meal. Meal ok but had better in previous visits to Woking and other cote restaurants. Staff efficient (almost too much at times)!

Valentines meal was very good value, but the fish was slightly dry. We told the staff and they could not do enough to make amends - and offered us free drinks.

A nice welcome. Wine good but VERY expensive for Vin de Pays Doc. 5x mark up. Service slow. £2.50 for more sauce dry chicken. slow service felt forgotten on a couple of occasions. We did say we needed to get to theatre.

Excellent pre-theatre meal. We opted for for the early-evening menu which was surprisingly good at a very reasonable price. Convenient location, classy surroundings and excellent service.

A speedy ore theatre dinner that was just what we hoped for! Nothing to fault, food, ambience and service all great!

We were served promptly and sociably. The food was very nice - and great value - though the portions were accordingly smaller. My starter and berries with milk chocolate were excellent, but the venison was not quite what I expected (coming as more like a cottage pie)

They adjusted the dish to the way I wanted it. Great service very accommodating. We all had fun. Lovely place great atmosphere will go again

I am a real lover of Cotes restaurants but sadly our second visit to Woking my husbands main course chicken wasn’t cooked properly : (

As usual a good meal at Cote, and sensible prices. Service a little slow and we couldn’t get sea bass, monkfish or fillet steak which was frustrating, but otherwise good. Friendly staff, nice setting, clean loos.

No monkfish or sea bass available, the bill was wrong,very disappointed, mozzarella not suitable for salad so substituted with goats cheese, not as good as Cobham

As always, brilliant food the staff are always so friendly and very professional, beats any other restaurant in Woking. We brought friends this time and the6 loved it. Thanks

Big choice of food, maybe a little confusing, but a 'specials' menu sorts that out for me! Staff were uber polite and attentive....clearly very well trained & professional. To show the balance of simplicity yet quality of Cote, try the garlic bread.... Really enjoyed our visit to Woking where we found the right level of ambiance and great standards, along with the recommended wine with my wife's dish being spot on.

Early Bird Supper worked well as a pre-theatre meal. Service was speedy and efficient and the coq au vin delicious, beautifully flavoured with fresh herbs.

We enjoyed the ambience, excellent food was chosen from a well balanced early bird menu (pre theatre). Unfortunately the waitress made us feel rushed when there was no need on our part and there were plenty of empty tables so no necessity to free up ours. Some training on not reaching across one person with a dish for another person would be an idea. She even started clearing the table whilst we we taking coffee/tea. However, the waitress was pleasant enough and just needed to know that customers do not want to be rushed unless they have limited time and request it.

Delicious set menu; great value. Clean restaurant and powder room clean too. Polite and helpful staff, very efficient . Got very busy and noisy after 7pm, Not very private for a romantic dinning

Lovely staff, great food and conveniently located in the town centre. We were allowed to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace without feeling rushed, will be back again!

The staff were brilliant and the food was brilliant too! My friend and I always visit Cote if there is a branch where we are. Woking is particularly outstanding! love their pork belly dish.

The food is excellent. The service is also exvellent. The staff are lovely, extremely friendly as well as efficientl. We love going to Cote’s Woking.

We had a lovely time at Cote Brasserie. Very good service, wine and food. The steak tartare was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would return.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Always a complete mix of diners which is interesting. My friend wolfed down the winter vegetable side dish and my steak was sublime. Yummy!

A really Mlovely evening with m husband celebrating my birthday. Service excellent and so was the food. I had the sea bream which was first class. Not rushed but felt service was attentive. This is the seventh time we have eaten at Cote and have not been disappointed on any occasion.

Very nice restaurant. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Excellent range of dishes on the menu and the wine we chose was also very good.

Cote are always good AND at all their outlets. Food is very good and service is usually excellent. They have an enviable business ethos. Recommended
