Great breakfast, good service, nice atmosphere. A lovely start to Mothering Sunday. Good value breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed by all. Thanks to all at Woking branch for another fabulous meal.

I was welcomed by name and enjoyed thoughtful service from Joe, who made every effort to ensure our evening was a success. The food was excellent and it all helped to created a lovely family experience.

Stopped for a quick coffee - fast, efficient and friendly service. Nice environment and ambiance in the restaurant. Will be back again at Cote. nothing else to add.

Food was good but service abysmal. They seemed to have no system for managing tables with different waiting staff attending our table. Drinks not brought without reminding.

Helpful & friendly staff & always good quality food. Shame they keep running out of mussels which is our favourite, but free cocktails helps make up for it!

Amazing food and service, would definitely recommend! This is such a lovely restaurant, very well presented and clean. The staff are amazing, they are so friendly and attentive.

The waitress did not ask me if I wanted sauces with my burger. I had to summons her and ask. I should not have to ask her. Service was thus very poor. This bad experience has put me off from eating at Cote in future.

Gave us a choice of table. The services was just right not rushed and not too slow. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We ordered the early evening set menu prior to a theatre visit. Very disappointed in the parmentier. It consisted of two-thirds mashed potato with a few tiny pieces of chicken and couldn’t detect any bacon or rosemary. With the overload of potato and little flavour, it was not pleasant. Our waitress asked if we were happy and called over the manager. Both were apologetic and asked if we wanted to exchange, which we declined due to time factor. As we were about to finish our meal, without asking if we’d like them, the manager plonked two pink sparkling wines on the table. £11.50 was deducted from our bill, which was appreciated,

Good morning Thank you for your e-mail. Ordinarily it would be a 6 as we are regulars at this Cote. However on this occasion one of the fillet steaks(we always have fillet steak) wasn’t cooked as ordered, the medium was quite fleshy and undercooked, the medium well one was perfect. Staff were brilliant, service fantastic and they dealt with the situation in a professional manner. This experience would not stop us returning.

Went for lunch, really wonderful as usual. We both love Côte and been to a few different branches and they are amazingly consistent around the country. Every little detail has been thought of, very clean and friendly. Just great value and very fresh, tasty, high quality food.

Enjoyable meal, service was prompt and friendly. Nice buzzy atmosphere on a Saturday evening. Menu choice was excellent and good value for quality of food. Probably one of the nicest places to eat in Woking.

Cotes takes the “Customer Experience” to the next level. My company recently conducted a customer experience program, and I can honestly say that the Cotes restaurant in Woking exceeds this. My husband and I have been visiting the restaurant since it opened, we are always welcomed by lovely friendly staff. Tonight we celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary, we were treated to a free glass of bubblies and a bunch of flowers !!! It made me feel really special and valued. Your company should be proud to have such wonderful management (especially Christina) and staff. Keep doing what you are doing - it’s a great “Customer Experience” and this is why it is our favourite restaurant and we keep coming back.

The Cote franchise have always delivered great food and the Woking restaurant is no exception. Delicious food, (steaks are superb) with great service at a reasonable price. Always a guaranteed good start to a great night out.

Celebrating my brother’s birthday & his return to England in a party of 5. Staff lovely & welcoming as always, starters excellent, unfortunately 2 Rib-eye steaks very poor & undercooked. Management resolved very quickly & made a gesture with the bill. Thank you. Will return, hopefully this was just a blip!!

My go to for good food and promt service pre theatre and for girls lunch. Staff always very helpful and friendly and a nice ‘buzzy’ atmosphere.

Very enjoyable. Lovely food & atmosphere. Choice of burger bun would be nice as brioche not always wanted. Had to chase glass of wine ordered, beer came straight away. Chips too salty!

My partner and I had dinner before going to the theatre. The service was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our starters. My partner opted for the burger (cooked medium) for main but, when it arrived, it was very well done. We told our waitress, who apologised and offered to replace it, which wasn't possible because of our theatre plans. The waitress informed the restaurant manageress who immediately came to speak to us, sincerely apologised and brought two complimentary glasses of wine. She also removed the burger dish from our bill. We felt this was excellent service recovery. What could have been a disappointing experience was quickly remedied and we were very impressed by the staff's response to the situation. My fish was delicious, by the way!

The meals were very tasty and good value. Very well presented. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our relaxing time here.

The staff were attentive. The food was okay, nothing special, BUT very expensive. The atmosphere was dull at 7pm. Wish we'd chosen somewhere else for my son's 11th birthday.

Food was as good as always, service also good but a little rushed/tight tonight, but was forgiven considering how busy it was being Valentines!! As always, more than meets expectations and left feeling full, happy and content :) Thank you :)

Service was slow on arrival. Had to ask for a drink as no one made an effort to take drinks order. Food was lovely, although my friend’s steak was a little undercooked, but he didn’t complain. Girl serving us was a little hit and miss - quick to take order and then she would come back 2 mins later with cutlery and not remember who was having what. Ending always the same - once coffee has been served the service stops - no one checked if we wanted anything else and gad to try and get her attention to get the bill. It wasn’t busy last night so no excuse not to be on top of your game.

Very enjoyable latte and pain au raisin. Fast efficient services as always. Cote Woking has a nice ambiance and we'll be back again.

Loved our evening the food was excellent and the free cocktail was special!! I have trouble with hearing and noise level is better at Cote than many places The bill is high if you both have 3 courses and 2 drinks each we had less bill still higher than some other Woking restaurants but quality of food , gluten free menu and everything else are always so good, we accept the cost.

I like this particular Côte. The restaurant is thoughtfully lit (not too bright) and we were given a choice of where to sit. Chose one of the banquettes which was roomy and comfortable. Very friendly staff and food was delicious.

Absolutely fabulous time. The team really looked after us and made the evening very special. Food was amazing and fairly good value for money. Will be going again!

Was my first time in Cote, the food was delicious and the service really nice. Our waitress has been funny for the whole dinner and we have joked a lot with her.

Got the May cocktail offer and just had a wonderful lunch with my mum and sisters in Woking, I hadn’t been for a while and had forgotten how good it is. Great atmosphere, food, drinks and service. Will be back soon 😀

We had a very welcoming waitress & a lovely 2 course lunch from the set menu. Wonderful selection, even for us vegetarians. When one of the main meals wasn't available from our chosen menu, the waitress kindly suggested the risotto on the (pricier) menu, but were able to stick to our original set price. And it was very good. Two sisters treating our mum to lunch - we had a lovely time & look forward to returning. :)

First visit to Côte in Woking, would definitely go back again. The meal was delicious and unhurried. The waiters were polite and attentive. There was soft music in the background. It was overall excellent.
