Côte Woking

The restaurant was very spacious so felt we had plenty of room to talk privately. Lovely meal, good service and quality wine. Will definitely return soon.

Relaxing, comfortable ambience and very good food. Service very friendly but could have been better; they forgot our wine and were very slow taking desert orders. However, Cote is a favourite of mine. I'm vegetarian and they have a good vegetarian menu, though you have to ask for it; it's not offered to you.

A nice evening, good food and relaxed atmosphere. Perhaps a little slow on service but all staff very friendly so didn't detract from the experience.

Had a lovely meal although we didn't enjoy the added sea salt on the rocket salad for the langoustine tail starter. The food arrived a little too soon for our liking but it didn't spoil the night. Excellent attentive service, as ever.

Always enjoy Cote - good value Set Menu. Nice and easy place to meet/take friends. Staff always friendly. Like the fact that they change the Set Menu monthly

Despite a couple of issues with the drink and food orders (waiter was new), really good enjoyable evening. This is the expectation I have grown to become accustom to now only at Woking but all Cotes that i have visited over the years. Looking forward to another visit soon.

We had a lovely meal at Cote Woking. The service was excellent and the food was delicious and served quickly. It was a little noisy at first but then they turned the music down so all was good!

The choice of wine and champagne is of course personal.On Mother’s Day we had the champagne brunch and I personally thought the champagne which I think is the house champagne was poor in the extreme.However although busy the service we received on the day was quite good.

Way below Cote normal standards we have enjoyed before. service lacked attention to proper detail, had to ask for side plates, cutlery and condiments for mains. Moule really disappointing and first main meal in 20 odd visits that has disappointed , so stand out for that reason. that said , still a decent enough experience, but 12>5% gratuity not justified on this occasion , but easier to pay than explain. Hoping a 'one off '

Great customer service & food was delicious & very speedy. Had the two course course deal & it was perfect-definitely recommended to anyone wanting a romantic night out.

Mothers Day lunch. Busy restuarnt and service still attentive and food was good. Great deal with the complementary Kirs too! Only negative was the childrens menu roast chicken was chargilled, not roasted as described.

Lovely welcome, good service but one meal was cold - twice. We weren’t charged for it and our table was given free glasses of fizz to say sorry!!

Clean fresh surroundings. Went to Cote for breakfast and it must be very popular as it was full even at 10am. Staff very attentive and polite. Food quality was amazing.

Very busy on evening of Mother’s Day but staff were very pleasant and efficient service. Food was as reliably good as ever. We use 5 or 6 different Côte restaurants on a very regular basis and are delighted that this local one is as good as all the others and has a great atmosphere and ambience.

Excellent venue, excellent food and good service. I have eaten in a number of Cote Restaurants and have never been disappointed, so whatever the occasion you won't go wrong with Cote.

The table service was good and a nice atmosphere was in the restaurant. The food was nice too with a rich menu to choose from to suit most needs.

Cote in Woking is excellent. Good food at good prices, great service and very well managed. One of our favourite restaurants in Woking. Will come back

I went to Cote Woking at 9.05am for breakfast and the staff said they couldn't accommodate me as they were completely booked up that day. The restaurant was 95% empty. I explained that I only wanted a breakfast and would be out by 10, but they said no. I left the restaurant and went outside then booked a table online. I was going to go back in and take the table but thought, why should I give them the money. The staff showed no empathy and refused to find a solution, even though I could have taken a table anyway.

Excellent food and drinks. Most enjoyable. Very good and efficient service. Would have been even better if not all served at once, especially the hot drinks.

I booked this restaurant because it was highly rated on Tripadvisor but the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was busy but there were plenty of waiters however it took a long time to get service to order our food. We were are party of 4 - we ordered two steaks (ribeye and fillet) to be cooked medium well done but they came undercooked - pink on the inside with lots of red juice. And my wife’s meal was cold on the inside so evidently not put in the microwave for enough time. The bill for this lunch came to £109 and I left feeling very disappointed and I won’t return.

It was busy being Friday but service was good. We enjoyed our starters and main courses. Two of us had the swordfish which was excellent. My only complaint was how noisy it was which is par for the course when the restaurant was full.

Main meal forgotten, then comped which was fine. However at bill paying time, waiter suggested we pay an additional tip despite the 12.5% already included in the bill because that goes to ALL staff. Not impressed.

Quick service and good selection of food (with two vegetarians and one fussy eater) but cod goujions had to be sent back as overcooked but complementary beer made up for it. Friendly staff

Lovely food and lovely atmosphere; and the most fabulously attentive service from the most delightful staff I have ever experienced, I will definitely be returning to Côte Woking. The staff are a credit to Côte Woking and to the whole Côte chain, thank you.

The restaurant was very busy but we didn't have to wait to long to be served. The four of us all enjoyed our meals which were well cooked, and the staff were polite.

Very pleasant just a lot of interruption by staff breaking glasses during our dinner at other tables whilst carrying trays of them. This also happened at Cote on Kingston Riverside.

We waited 20 minutes and had to call over a waiter to get a drink. When our food came one steak was very rare. It went back and another one came. This time they had forgotten to that my daughter is very allergic to french dressing and the salad was covered in it. The 3rd one was perfect except she was eating mainly alone by this time. The manager was very apologetic and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and they also did not charge for my daughters steak. We visit Cote a lot, mainly in Wimbledon but will not let this blimp put us off the chain.

This time we took advantage of the lunchtime special menu which is simply amazing value for money and outstanding quality also. The Haddock Parmentier was divine

Three of us enjoyed a lovely meal at Cote Woking. One of the dishes however, was incorrectly served as a request had been made to serve the sauce separately but when it came the sauce was all over the meat. This was rectified with a brand new dish within 5 minutes and a bottle of wine taken off the bill so a good customer service.

The lighter mains are delicious and I love the range of vegetables they have as side orders, so I can choose not to have too much carbohydrate.

It was an excellent meal. The food was delicious, and the service was perfect. We are glad that we invited our friends to this restaurant. We will be back soon.

Service and food all very good. Good size portions. Our main courses were a little slow, but they acknowledged this without us having to say anything, and gave us free drinks as an apology.

Despite being pretty busy in the restaurant we were served quite promptly. The staff were all friendly and we enjoyed our meals. The sauce on my poulet grille was very tasty. I would definitely go again.

The restaurant was busy but service good. Excellent food was slightly spoiled by being served warm not hot. Waitress offered free coffee by way of compensation.

I like the fact that there is always a good range on the menu and the food is always good. I like the general feel of the branches I have visited. Only one ever let us down with slow service but they compensated so we left happy.

Warm welcome. Arrived later than planned but they still served our food in plenty of time for our theatre visit. Excellent service from our waiter Gaetanino who was attentive and jovial. I don't normally rate Woking as a place to visit but we had an excellent evening. We had Pissaladiere, our favourite starter and Jerusalem artichoke risotto.

We had a lovely time. Food was great, staff excellent

Wasn't the best day to go out because of the snow however food and service was good and enjoyed by all 3 of us, complimentary Kia helped!
