Côte Windsor Restaurant

Excellent, every dish and each course we all had was delicious and very well received which for a party of 6 is pretty impressive! Lovely ambience and comfortable table overlooking the river!

We went for an early supper for 6. Great service, they were very good with our two kids. Amazing food, and lovely views across the river towards Windsor Castle

Food was excellent but the service was slow especially considering that it wasn't very busy Gratuities are automatically put on your bill so decide if you want to pay it on here or decide how much you would like to pay with cash direct to your server. Check you are NOT doing BOTH!!!

Superb new year evening with great food and service. We weren't rushed and the staff did everything to help and accommodate us. I would highly recommend.

What a lovely restaurant not far from the centre of Windsor. The food was excellent, plenty of choice from the set menu and excellent value for money. The service was really good. Would recommend.

Excellent setting right on the river just by the bridge from Windsor to Eton. Very nice staff and the food was really good. Nice atmosphere. Couldn’t fault anything.

Delicious breakfast this morning with a glorious view across the River Thames. The service was exceptionally speedy, the food served on satisfyingly hot plates. Only quibble is absence of marmalade to go with the toast with the Full English.

The pre-7.00 pm three course menu was excellent. The service was also good and our table had a view by a balcony window over the river. It made for a very enjoyable and good value evening.

We really enjoyed the food and the service.The only disappointment was that there were only French wines available.We like more variety and the wine we selected at £38.95 -Château Haut Pezat 2014 St. Emilion Grand Cru was a bit of a disappointment.

Excellent meal, very good choices and good pricing, the set meals are always excellent value and good quality, it is always a pleasure to eat there.

Disappointing Christmas Eve dinner. First course of prawn gratin luke warm, but we let it go. Steak au poivre main from specials menu almost raw though asked for med-well, so sent back. Long wait while fries got cold and everyone else finished their main course. Replacement (no fries) arrived as raw as the first. Cost was removed from bill, but guest went home hungry. Wish we had gone somewhere else, to be honest.

Lovely riverside restaurant, very welcoming and service was excellent. 3 course lunch menu was good value and many to choose from. Wine was good and reasonable price. Highly recommended! Thanks.

This was our second visit to this particular restaurant. Fantastic service met our requests for a quiet table, the food was cooked to perfection as usual, we will return.

It was easy to book on-line. Nice food and Kir Royale was a perfect combination for family Christmas dinner. Also, enjoyed the view over river and the Castle.

Another great evening and dinner in Còte. Food was excellent with service to match. So glad they've bought back the crab mayonnaise.

Our meal was served and presented in a very friendly manner, and when extra vegetables were requested they arrived within 3/4 mins so main course was not allowed to go cold! V impressive

A wonderful experience always a pleasure to eat there couldn’t fault the food and staff were fantastic atmosphere always good being by the river helps.

Staff not as helpful as they normally would be. Appreciate it was Christmas Eve but table given was not as requested and short, snappy response from lady seating us was not in tune with the occasion.

Great location -good service and food good value for money with plenty of choice for everyone. We visited at christmas party time--- so really buzzy and bit noisy however this was to be expected during this time.

Food and service as excellent as ever; no glitches considering the very busy time of year. I use Windsor Cote more than any other but every one has been excellent.

This is the second time in a month we have visited Cotes. As always the food was excellent. I told or waiter Miroslav that we had an appointment in London and he pulled out the stops to make sure we were served quickly. Thank you for that. We love Cotes in Windsor, food always perfect and the staff excellent. Look forward to coming back soon.

Our visit was after an evening at Windsor Castle but Cote never lets one down with Super location, excellent food, amazing service. Ten out of 10 cannot fault it.

I often forget just how good Côte in Windsor really is, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great food, excellent service and position and great value.

Had the December set menu which arrived piping hot, very well presented on both courses, and above all delicious. Easy to book the table, which is recommended. Lunchtime, but the place was buzzing. Our waiter was very attentive but not intrusive, and the service he gave was excellent.

Excellent service, meal very good but was sharing starter of calamari & had to ask for plates. Also calamari had a lot of garlic, not usual. Everything else excellent

The food was nice but we were annoyed that we were not given a menu for the 2 course set menu, only the Christmas set menu which was expensive, and the normal a la Carte menu. During our meal we saw several tables eating from the 2 course set menu; Cote should offer all available menus without customers having to ask. On a previous visit I ordered Poulet Grille which was on the 2 course set menu that month and a dessert from the same menu, only to be charged the a la Carte prices. The waitress was very rude that time and told me I had ordered from the a la Carte - not sure what she was basing that on as the dessert I ordered wasn’t even on the a la Carte menu!! The service then deteriorated and we had to ask another server to take payment for the amended bill as our server kept ignoring us! Cote used to be my go to place for good food and service but these last 2 visits have made me question this; what a shame!

Good food and wine as usual and very good service . Noise level acceptable this time as sometimes in this restaurant it is way over the top.
