Côte Windsor Restaurant

The whole process went well, from on line booking to the actual meal. We were well treated at reception and the meal and service was excellent even though they were very busy.

Good menu and lovely panoramic views both from inside and whilst seated outside the restaurant. Our guest also thoroughly enjoyed the meal and we all thought the staff were helpful and attentive. Definitely will revisit.

Easy to book on line, delicious food, excellent service, would have liked chocolate sprinkles on cappuccino, Thank you for an enjoyable lunch time celebration, good location overlooking the Thames.

Unfortunately service was slow and one of our party had to leave his seat twice to find a waiter which affected our enjoyment of the evening.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food. We all love this place! The staff are polite and very friendly. The views on to the river on a nice day are beautiful.

Great view, tasty food, pleasant service. Children’s Dishes were good (son had chicken, gratin potatoes and green beans - all were pronounced v nice). Fish stew good flavour, only complaint from family was not enough chips!

The food was lovely and the setting great. Service was a little slow, but perhaps it was because it was busy. We asked for a table outside, but were not told about the wasp problem, as soon as our meal arrived, we were surrounded by about 20 wasps , which meant we disny enjoy the meal as much as we should have. A member of staff told us later that they had a wasp problem. The manager however said its a problem that is all around and couldnt do anything about it. Had we been told about the wasp issue when we were escorted to our table, we could have made an informed decision about whether we wanted to sit outside or not, bit we were n't. I think althoughbthe waitress was v nice alyhough a bit slow, the manager lacked basic customer service skills. We visit this resturant on a regular basis, and organise mums nights out etc, but if this is the experience we receive from a manager we may take our custom elsewhere, maybe Gilbeys across the road.

Excellent. Very happy with table and service and food. A lovely sunny day and friendly waitress placed us with table with view. We will make a return visit.

As before the staff is just great and lovely! They tried hard to please everyone. The food was really good as expected. That and the views of the river while sitting in the sunshine made it even more special. Many thanks to you all!

Cote located on the bridge between Windsor and Eton is about the best location of any restaurant in this area. Beautiful views of the Thames River from practically all three levels of the building. The food is always varied and seasonal with lots of choices and a good wine list. Perfect place for a romantic evening or for a reunion of former colleagues ( 22 of us will be dining there next month October 2018). The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Can not recommend this place any higher!

Lovely setting right by the water, the food was excellent.The service was very good. We will definitely go there . again. I recommend this restaurant.

I booked a riverside view in advance of arrival. You were v busy at time and was kept waiting prior to being shown table. Was told, riverside tables could not be reserved but not advised at time of booking. Thankfully, was shown a river view table. Service and food, excellent as usual and v good value.

The atmosphere was delightful. The service was particularly good - polite and efficient. The food was okay but not hot. As a regular I was welcomed warmly.

As always, very good food at a reasonable price with excellent service from friendly, efficient staff, and of course wonderful views of the river and the castle.

My first visit today for lunch. Excellent food, first-class service and great value. As stated, first visit but definitely won't be my last. Can thoroughly recommend.

Everything went really well. The food and service were very good and I think that the meals at Cote are usually good value for money

If you wish to dine on excellent food in beautiful surroundings without breaking the bank then Cote is definitely the place. I have found the quality consistent at the many cotes that I have visited.

Our steak and chips were stone cold. Won’t be going back! Cote is usually a safe bet but this branch was awful. How can a restaurant that serves steak and chips day in, day out get it so wrong!

As usual the meal was excellent and beautifully cooked.It was lovely to watch the boats going by on the river as we ate our meal

Wonderful location right on the river and the usual excellent Cote menu. Definitely go again. At the height of serving we did find it a little noisy.

Food was good value for money. Service was a little slow but it didn’t matter as we were with friends and sitting outside in the sunshine next to the river. Overall a good experience.

A very good evening, food, service and ambience as many times before. We ate from the a la cartel and vegetarian menus. It's important to book to avoid disappointment.

Good service overall but no plates for the starter of sourdough bread difficult. Cold outside cold inside air conditioning on then french doors opened ??

Good dinner at Cote, and nice view right next to the river. It was busy but that’s expected for a Saturday night. Menu is extensive enough and food doesn’t disappoint

Very good service. Asked for a window table which we got but it looked at a building covered in scaffolding. Was hoping for the river!

Had the early evening set dinner. I had brioche with creamy mushroom sauce followed by chicken in spicy tomato sauce served with couscous. Good value for money. Lovely service by our waitress Erica.

A really nice place to visit and eat Friendly staff who were relaxed. Were not rushed and most importantly, the food was good. Certainly would recommend.

We just had a quick meal before the theatre. Very nice choice of food and served promptly. We had lovely view of the river. We would have had desserts and coffee if we had more time.

Confusion with set menu and normal menu. Waiter rectified the mistake and charged me in accordance with what was promised. Very happy with the quality of meal and service as a result!

My partner and I are regular patrons at Cote Windsor and we took our friends there last night. It was a lovely evening and the new September menu was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Very good table service and food excellent. Lovely table overlooking the Thames. Haven't given full rating as when booking on-line I mentioned that the meal was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and that I would like some flowers delivered to the table: no acknowledgement to my request and no flowers.

Fantastic experience from booking to the meal itself. A fantastic location and great service throughout the evening. Also great to see so many gluten free options also available.

The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. It was shame I had to sit with my back to a beautiful view of the river and castle.

Had an amazing time we were moved to a window table when we asked as one came free with no problem at all service was excellent .. no rushed quick to deliver what had been ordered . Perfect place for a reunion to catch which ours was definitely will return thank you cotes on eton xx

We arrived on time and the table was ready. We sat outside because the weather was warm and sunny. It was a delightful setting and meals to match. Altogether very enjoyable.

Lovely food lovely waitress service is very attentive and friendly, no one there encrypting trdfsursjt had to ask a waiter he said someone will come no one did so had to chase again. Went to pay upstairs as downstairs cstx machine not working again no one around then you g lady said a waiter would come ten MK a later had to cast her again

We had a lovely table, immaculate service and good food! Our clean plates attested to the food! A small thing, but I love that there are cloth napkins!

A warm welcome, great service, delicious food and a riverside table: we had a really great time in every way. VERY happy to recommend it and we'll certainly return the next time we're visiting Windsor.

We had a very nice meal at Cotes, as always. We went for the set menu but could only have the prestige set menu because, we were to,d, they had run out of everything on the cheaper set menu! The meal was excellent and the service we received from Attila, our waiter was excellent also.

Excellent we really enjoyed the evening. Service very good and not intrusive. Food lovely and reasonably priced. Perfect table overlooking the river. Felt spoiled as one of our party and cote offered us a birthday drink of cassis and prosecco
