It was late Friday evening dinner. Despite the popular time we got a table without a long wait. Food and service were great as always. Surely we will be coming there again.

We had an evening meal at Cotes in Windsor after a day in London. As always the food was excellent, the service was perfect and we all enjoyed a great meal. Erika, our waitress was lovely and had great customer skills. We all enjoyed a great evening at this lovely restaurant.

Excellent food in a lovely setting. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

The food & service were faultless. However, the children of one family were allowed to climb all over chairs and generally make a lot of noise, disturbing other eaters. Staff should have said something.

Waited 10-15 mins at the door to get our table. It was busy and only one host ( doing a grand job) meeting, greeting and escorting to the tables. Service was the slowest I have ever experienced.

Lovely venue, good vibe inside, excellent service. Food was acceptable, not fantastic.

Excellent food, drink and service for a decent price. It was also very easy to book a table. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would go again and also recommend to others.

Lovely breakfast sitting over looking the River Thames. Very good service too thank you. Would definitely recommend. Coffee was not the best we have had which was the only down side & a cappuccino contains very little coffee!

Great location on the Bridge between Windsor and Erin (at the Erin end of it). Great views over the Thames. Food and service to match.

Once again a very pleasant experience - friendly staff, efficient service and delicious food. It was a busy lunch time but the staff were not phased by the number of diners - a good atmosphere.

Steak ws slightly overcooked, but it was still a very pleasent experience.

Another virtually perfect visit. We were seated exactly where we had requested. The welcome from the friendly smiling staff was a great start to the evening. Food was superb and a wide range to choose from, even from the specials menus.

We had a fantastic anniversary meal! The staff were very attentive. We had a table by the window overlooking the Thames on a sunny day. All was just blissfully perfect. This restaurant is definitely our favourite! Thank you to all the staff, you are the ones that made it all so lovely

We love this restaurant overlooking the River Thames. On this occasion, the restaurant was very busy but we still enjoyed excellent service. The one disappointment was that my duck confit was more like cremated duck, so did not have the texture I would have liked.

Always delicious food. The Windsor cote is on the river Thames. Fabulous views. Great service from our waiter. Wish all our dining experiences were this good for value and flavour. Cote do it right.

Lovely location, lovely breakfast. Staff are very friendly but not constantly bothering you, which I prefer! Only problem is the tables are small and struggle to organise all the plates and glasses!!

Great location on the riverside. One of the largest Cote restaurants but the rainy Feb day we visited it wasn't crowded. Good service and food. The ladies toilets we visited had only 2 very small cubicles but I saw directions to others when we were on our way out so hopefully those cubicles were slightly larger. Would go there again

Lovely table overlooking the river. Staff very attentive. Food very good. Even had two drinks brought to the table for free for my husband’s birthday.

Lovely meal with attentive staff who made our birthday meal more enjoyable. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and the lunch menu had a good choice.

Enjoyed Cote in Windsor yesterday. The food was very good , service was friendly and the food arrived promptly. Good atmosphere. Various areas of restaurant to sit. Slightly frustrating at the end of the evening to obtain the bill and pay. However went to reception and paid there.

The ambience on this occasion was good and the restaurant much less noisy, one did not have to shout to be heard. The food was good and the service much quicker. The greeting on arrival was warm and welcoming.

We are regulars and we always have a great time at Cote Windsor. As usual, the food was excellent as were the wine, the ambiance and particularly the service from Adel and Patrycia.

We go to the Cote at Windsor fairly often because of the location, great value for money, good food and lovely friendly and willing staff.

As a regular visit to Cote Winsor this was perhaps our best experience. Very warm welcome, a window table and the steak cooked to perfection. Our criticisms in the past have been the lack of continuity of staff but this seems to have changed with a very nice Irish Manager. Well done Cote Windsaor

Excellent - food was delicious, service excellent and the venue is perfect being right on the river. Would certainly return again next time in Windsor.

One of the nicest Cote restaurants I have been to with great views over the Thames. From the moment we arrived the staff were smiling and attentive at just the right level. Looking forward to returning, especially in the summer to sit out on the deck overlooking the river!

We went to Cote Windsor again early last night and had an excellent experience once again. The service was very good as usual. I chose from the theatre menu, and had blood orange salad with a delicious hazelnut vinaigrette, followed by pork navarin which was very tender and well done, and finished with a dark chocolate pot which is always a good way to complete a meal!

We ordered 4 starters but the waitress only bought two. One was meant to be hot, but obviously grew cool whilst we waited for the other starters. We finally had to remind the waitress and wait even longer. The wine order wasn't taken properly either. Food was good, but the poor service rather spoiled the evening

As chain restaurants go, Cote is possibly the best. You know what you’re getting, yet the dishes have a home made, individual quality that most chains lack. Great service and good food. My son LOVES your chicken and walnut salad, please don’t ever take it off the menu!

Ambience good. Food good. Service however very slow. Have being going there for several years and particularly enjoy the situation, close to the river and view of Windsor Castle.

Great view over the Thames and Windsor bridge, freindly service and the usual great food. All good at a reasonable price, we had Breton chick from the weekend specials menu

Spot on yet again for our 3rd visit - from the service as you walk in, to the perfectly chilled drinks, to the wonderful flavours of the dishes and finally the table service. Others should learn from Cotes.

An excellent experience indeed! My hubby and I had thoroughly enjoyed our dinner under the care of their dedicated staff. The food was great and our table commanded a breathtaking view over the river. Nothing could be as perfect as that! Our special thanks to the general manager who had initiated a "candle blowing" opportunity for me on the occasion of my birthday. Could someone please convey my appreciation to him? Thanks!

The restaurant location is easily accessible and the service was great.We enjoyed the food and will definitely be returning back.The wine list has many good selection

Great restaurant with super views overlooking the Thames and Windsor Castle. Great ambience and delicious food at reasonable prices, particularly the early evening fixed price menu with just the right sized portions to allow the indulgence of 3 courses!!!

Excellent food and service. The food was very delicious and ambiance was excellent with the view of Thames and castle. Nothing compare to the friendly staffs.

The atmosphere was very good the customer service was exceptional the service was impeccable and the food and drink were up to expectations . The price was right ,I will always make a point of having lunch there .

Excellent as usual. Superb food, ambience and position. We were given the table we requested. Only niggle was that we were left for 10 minutes after we'd been seated before anyone came to take a drinks order.

The steak was not as good as it had been in the past. It was rather tough and "stringey". No one asked whether it was ok even though less than half had been eaten. The rest of the meal was excellent.

We visit this restaurant more than others and consider it one of our favourites. On this occasion, the service was as expected and the food was excellent and delivered to the table at the right time. We’re only sorry we couldn’t have stayed longer.

Lovely and friendly staff offering a warm welcome . We were served promptly and efficiently and the food arrived quickly . Not disappointed with the quality of the food here either - very good - hence the score .

Everything was perfect I think it must be cotes top venue specially for such a great setting food and service is top notch far in front of your Esher branch where I think the service is poor
