Côte Windsor Restaurant

Our waiter was excellent, he knew all the wines and was able to recommend which one to choose, he also knew the dishes on the menu. He was friendly and professional. An asset to your company.

Busy restaurant on Father’s Day, food was good service not perfect, staff rushing around, you don’t seem to get personal service. Wine never gets poured for you after first glass. No time. Service charge on bill seems to make staff not want to serve you as they get it unless you say take it off which can be a bit awkward. Great location though

Friendly greeting on arrival, attentive service and great tasting food. A special birthday occasion enhanced with complimentary fizz- a lovely surprise. The situation of the restaurant is exemplary.

Mostly very good, as usual. 3 of us had mussels (2 starters and a main). The sauce was fabulous but, with all 3, the mussels were overcooked and, therefore, stringy. And the service was considerably slower than normal, which the waiter apologised for without us mentioning it. Felt a bit sorry for him as people on another table withheld a tip when, we assume, he had no control on the speed food comes out of the kitchen.

Excellent food from a varied menu with dishes suitable for everyone. Booked a table online. Very welcoming upon arrival and good service throughout our meal. Set in a gorgeous location overlooking the River Thames

Food wine cocktails and service excellent. Great venue and scenery . Only complaint is the basic standard of toilets which seems to be the same at all Cote restaurants visited. As stated great time at each restaurant but please sort out toilets.

Lovely evening with table overlooking Thames and the usual delicious meal. Service and food at Côte is always of a good standard. I would recommend eating here.

Lovely lunch - good food and service. Quality of food was very high. Wine list was varied and high quality and value. Service was very attentive . We will definitively return.

Breakfast was delicious and the views from Côte Brasserie - Windsor were lovely. I have always reserved in advance as it is common for walk-ins to be turned away. Will be returning soon.

Excellent evening, couldn't have been better - food was superb, service was brilliant, the red house wine was exceptional and really good value for money. The atmosphere was just right . Will definitely come again.

Great staff and delicious food with a beautiful view across The Thames

As usual from entering to leaving the whole experience was great. Great food Chateaubriand (June special) great merlot wine and negroni and last but not least great staff. See you all again very soon.

The menu offers such a fantastic choice it's always difficult to choose and the food is excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. We eat here regularly, the standard is always consistent and has never let us down.

Had a delicious breakfast to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We were given complementary Buck’s Fizz by our waiter and sat by the window overlooking the Thames

Great food. Great location. I asked for a table with nice view when I made the online booking as had friends visiting from Middle East. They were late due to travel problems but Cote kept our booking and sat us right on the water. Had great experience.

Visited as a party of 6 adults for a birthday celebration. We were seated as requested with a river view. Staff were helpful and polite and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.

Food was good, disappointed that we were not offered the chance when paying to leave off the service charge, the card machine was thrust into my face showing the full amount in a packed restaurant.

Food initially came out cold and had to be taken back to be reheated. My partner used the toilets and they were dirty, with broken toilet seats and sanitary towels all over the place. No sauce was offered as food was served and we had to source for ourselves from another table. We were there for breakfast at 11am and there were 2 drunk people making a lot of noise and still being served alcohol, we witnessed an elderly couple requesting to change table because of this.

We had a nice table, rapid and courteous service. Food far better than Cote Barnes and personal much more accommodating. Overpriced drinks as usual at Cote.

Nice and clean...beautiful view of the river Thames and the Windsor Castle. Very relaxing indeed. I am going to recommend this venue to my friends.

Lovely brunch from an extensive menu. Food cooked well, served on time . The staff are always cheerful and observant. As for the setting it is very special looking over the Thames to the Windsor Castle. Thank you for a great experience.

Lovely food and ambiance. Service slow but overall a great visit

We had a good meal and food was tasty. However disappointed with the service today. We had to wait a long time and ask several times for sauces etc and also served by different waiters so didn't feel we got any personal attention. Not the service we are used to at Cote.

Cote has a considerable reputation for offering a consistently delicious gluten-free menu. Moreover, team Cote go out of their way to double-check ingredients any queried menu choices, & this brings confidence that all diners can relax to enjoy their very good food. Côte Windsor has a lovely location by the river & the restaurant is light & airy, with a relaxed loft-like vibe. No loud or irritating music, just the gentle murmur of conversation.

Impressive menu with plenty of choice. The food was very tasty and good value for money. Good choice of wine by the glass too. The staff were very attentive and overall the service was excellent.

I use yr restaurant on a monthly basis and decided to book Fathers day for my family, it was disappointing the food was cold, the service was very poor we nearly finished our lunch before the wine was served, not sure we will go back. The staff were not very interested when I mentioned the problems I did not want to make my family feel uncomfortable so we just left! NOT GOOD!!! Mrs A Constable

Another fabulous night at Côte windsor, great service, exceptional food and overall fantastic experience in great setting overlooking river Thames and windsor castle ! We were all super impressed with food and complimentary gin cocktails were a really lovely way to start the evening ! Thank you to the manager and team at Windsor for a memorable evening. Chain restaurant.. chain standard service. Chain restaurant, front desk staff excellent, waiting staff not so, more like going thru the motions. Not Much customer focus. Food arrived very quickly, so obviously not cooked fresh! Very warm in restaurant, no windows or ventilation, seated in conservatory.

I visited Cote Windsor to book this table as it was for a very special occasion. I spent quite some time with the staff who were really helpful and it was suggested and agreed that a table would be booked for our party in the conservatory. On arrival on Friday we were shown to a table down stairs in the main room. On querying this I was told it wasn't possible to have 'booked' a table in the conservatory and that that table had been given to someone with a greater need than ours. This was hugely disappointing and unexpected having taken so much trouble to visit and personally book well in advance.

Food and service excellent band always great value for money. Adel our host was great too we would strongly recommend trying it to haven’t been before
