It is always a lovely experience at Cote Windsor- the welcome is extremely friendly, this time we had pre- booked and we were taken to our table without delay. Staff were very pleasant( a suggestion- staff should remember to speak a little more slowly, we did find we were suffering from lack of comprehension and we are Scottish, how do our foreign friends fare!!) Food- second to none. Lovely to have superb river views, much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next visit!

Too messy seating arrangement. Should have clear signage for waiting for first come first serve. Not to ignore me as I m the first one there waiting to be served ( I did book ahead) but the waitress just asked those at her sight once she was free( but she did ask me to wait for her before she came back again !)

Lovely food and staff really nice. My only criticism is no cocktails, I don't drink wine of spirits so wish I had a cocktail to drink with my friends as it was my birthday.

Nice setting overlooking the river. Service good, food good. White wine was not chilled enough, had to ask for some ice. Good value for money on the 3 courses for £12.95 deal before 7pm. Ideal pre-theatre restaurant.

The restaurant was very noisy but that is to be expected on a Saturday evening. This was made up for by the good service and the food was up to Cote's high standards.

Restaurant is in a beautiful location and the team there have been selected well. Food was good with a variety of flavours to enjoy. Only bugbear is the acoustics. Room at back is noisy. Unfortunately if people stay too raise their voice then others have to follow suit to be heard. However, I will go again.

The food and service were good. Both of us have a hearing problem so that the noise in the large room is difficult despite the lovely views of the river. In future we shall ask for a table in one of the smaller rooms in the hope that the noise level will not be so great. We are both over 80!

The Breton Fish Stew was superb and the starters of chicken liver parfait and the charcuterie board were generous helpings. The complimentary Kir was appreciated as its was a birthday celebration. Good service and lovely views.

It was an excellent meal with really good service. We had the early evening menu and this provided excellent value for money. The only slight criticism was there was no activity sheets available for our children. Would thoroughly recommend it anyone.

Kein Problem mit der Reservierung. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und mit der Verständigung. Vorzügliches Essen - große Auswahl, ansprechend serviert, sehr leckere Zutaten. Nur 5 Minuten von Bahnstation oder Parkplatz gelegen. Herrlicher Blick auf den Fluss.

One of the reasons I wanted to go to Cote was for the chicken parfait. There was none left - nor were three other dishes which we would have chosen. A shame as this was a birthday celebration meal

Very good Saturday pre-theatre dinner for 3 (all of us very interested in eating!). Food tasty and varied, wines good too. Environment pleasing, with view of river, but quite noisy... a hard surfaces matter perhaps. Service friendly and efficient. Prices acceptable. On our list for when we next visit Windsor.

Easy to book a table online. We chose a five o'clock slot. Friendly and pleasant staff from welcome to ordering and service. Helpful regarding food allergies. One or two options were off the menu but as the menu is wide and varied this wasn't a problem. We were all pleased with our meals. Tasty, hot and attractively served with the exception of the 'special' pavlova. Served in a glass rather than a dish or plate and included a jam like substance that we didn't feel added anything to the dish. Minimal waiting time to be seated and served. Would recommend and will revisit ourselves.
