Great food, particularly the steak and tuna nicoise. Fun ambiance and wonderful service. They even made my husband a special Spanish coffee. We always have a good time here.

Lovely French breakfast. Beautiful setting. The staff were a bit slow taking our order, however it arrived quickly once we had ordered & was very good. Nicely presented. Staff very helpful, pleasant & couteous.

Great setting! Service distinctly average; long delay in taking a drinks order upon arrival as well as a huge delay in baguette being brought to our table after requesting it. Ribeye steak very average. Farnham branch superior!

Service great, however, my main course was not hot enough! Didn't complain as we with company and I didn't want to delay the proceedings. Pity, because service was good.

I had pre-booked a table. When we arrived we were promptly seen to our table, however after 15 minutes no one had come to see us or take a drinks order. I had to get up and find someone and ask them to take our order. They did not seem to know that my reservation came with 2 x complimentary kir royals. The person that saw to us apologised and offered us a free bottle of champagne Instead but we said we preferred the kir royals and so we were given a bottle of champagne to bring home. Thereafter the service was faultless and food delicious.

Cotes in Eton is in a lovely setting over looking the river. Good service and the set menu is great value, as are the specials.

In the area, wanted a lunch locally have been to other Cote Brassiere so gave this one a try. Easy on line booking process, great location and service. Would recommend Windsor.

Wonderful ambience. Attentive service which was not rushed. Excellent 2/3 course early dinner menu. I will definitely return & recommend. One downside, the automatic 12.5% gratuity added to bill irrespective of the number of dinners. Usually it's for 6 or more persons.

Having been to Cote many times before and always been happy, we were slightly disappointed this time with the quality of the food. Sadly didn't feel meal and wine were value for money.

Fabulous food and great ambiance. Great to sit at a table by the river where we could watch Windsor light up as the sun set. Super service.

Table not ready when we arrived last night. Stood in reception area for 20 minutes with lots of other people waiting too. Shown to our table but waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our order. Steak was very dry. Disappointing and not the first time we had to wait for our table. The restaurant need to address the reason tables are not ready on time not keep offering free drinks thinking it makes it okay. We will probably stop going if it happens again.

Great service and food was good. Disabled toilet a long walk away which was tough for my mum. Lovely location for the restaurant in Windsor

Great food, great staff & great location. Highly recommend cote for breakfast lunch or dinner. Cote is also competitively priced, what is not to like.

Great service, lovely food and stunning location. Set right next to the river Thames this restaurant serves food which is excellent value for money. The breakfast menu is delicious and the lunch and evening menus are broad and cater for all tastes. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Always consistent quality food, served by cheerful attentive staff and with a great view of the river and castle. This is why the Windsor Côte is our favourite branch.

Nice setting. We were shown to our table but it wasnt ready and still had dirty items from previous customers. We were left standing by the dirty table whilst it was prepared. We had mentioned we were there for a birthday but it wasn't acknowledged at all.

Excellent as usual got seats as requested waiter Hashim good as ever river Thames rather rough today but we can put up with that OK

Good service. Interesting menu and what we chose was delicious. I do like big white napkins and good cutlery which we had.recomend very much indeed.

As always a great experience at Cote Windsor. The set lunch menu for March was very varied and I was spoilt for choice! The customer service is of a standard found in a top London hotel.

Great meal, great service and I received special attention because we were celebrating my Birthday. Sitting in a window seat by the side of the Thames was lovely.

Polite but rather slow service as the restaurant was very busy. Beetroot salad not as good as last time. Pork belly very tasty. Nice free bottle of wine.

Very busy today,but service very good,and food excellent,we said compliments to the chef. Location of Cote in Windsor it perfect for a lovely view over the river,pity today it was raining. Would recommend this Cote...the Kir Royal is a great start to a perfect meal.

THE Food was very nice. But it was very noisy in the restaurant to the point my daughter of 17 complained about it to me.

Table overlooking the river, delicious food and excellent service. Lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed our evening and would recommend Cote to others. We will definitely return in the future.

Breakfast this morning was great, the traditional breakfasts and service were excellent with a stunnng view across the Thames looking at Windsor Castle as we watched boats pass by on the river.

Another wonderful meal at our favourite Cotes in Windsor. We love going there before the theatre or for breakfast on a Saturday morning, especially if the sun is shining on the Thames and the swans are out in force.p

Cote is generally very reliable and we are regulars. But on this occasion the swordfish was undercooked and tasteless. We will be back but likely less frequently.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was superb. Received a free glass of kir royal as we were visiting Windsor theatre. Would highly recommend this restaurant

Great location, good food and service. I had the lamb shanks from the main menu which was good, followed by yummy praline and caramalised banana pancakes.

We were welcomed well and seated quickly on a very busy Saturday night. Starters were so so - the beetroot salad tasted too much of vinegar, which is surprising as the beetroot is apparently fresh. Steaks were good. Service was excellent. But it was all a bit rushed and I feel they concentrate too much on fast turnover when they are busy. nevertheless we will return but not on a Saturday evening.

Excellent food, good lunchtime set menu at very reasonable prices. Great views of the river Thames and Windsor Castle. The restaurant gets busy so best to book a table in advance

Lovely setting, friendly helpful staff and all in all a very good experience. Went with 7 other people and there wasn't one complaint. Can't wait to go back!

its a little bit noisy, not very romantic atmosphere. Service is great, food is nice as always. Would not suggest for special romantic events, but otherwise would recommend as a nice place to go

The quality of food is always good. Staff efficient and polite. Would like to see the delicious sea bass dish back on the menu very soon.

The food was great especially swordfish and steak, friendly staff who were helpful and fun and we had a lovely social round table with river views.
