We had the Set menu, which was good value for money. Although choice and quality of food was not that interesting. Would recommend if you want a cheap dinner.
Lovely meal, good value. Staff were great, they made a big fuss of our 97 year old mother. The table was perfect, right by the river.
Absolutely loved this French Restaurant and got a fab pre theatre deal which was so easy to book the night before on internet. Food and puddings 1st class with gorgeous wines 👍
Breakfast overlooking the river and castle - best view in Windsor. And the best black pudding! A good value breakfast - juice, cooked breakfast and hot drink for under £10. What more could you ask for?
As ever, Côte in Eton/Windsor was a very pleasant evening out. I/we go to Côte in many different locations. The standards are always reliably maintained.
First visit and can highly recommend, service excellent, food lovely and not rushed at all, staff left you alone to enjoy the meal, great value for money
Very pleasant lunch on the terrace overlooking the river. Service a little slow, but we were in no hurry. Food and wine very acceptable. Lovely birthday celebration
Great to get a free glass on kit royale upon arrival for mums 69th birthday celebration and to be overlooking the river. Lovely waiting staff and great food.
I have always had nice food at the Cote Windsor. Staff have been attentive and the riverside location provides a pleasing ambience. Lovely food, friendly staff and great location.
Have been to Cote a few times but this visit fell short of expectations. After being seated there was a 20 minute wait to order drinks. Our seating was a little to close to another couple as we had to share a sofa. Staff were friendly. It will not put me off from visiting again but will definitely be looking for a more speedy service and a better seating plan next time.
Service charge of 12.5% is excessive, especially on large bills. It should be 10%. Having said that the service was very good . Menu is starting to feel a little restrictive and tired. Could do with a bit more choice. I really don't like your final ratings categories. They do not represent an accurate gradation. e.g Noise. I hate eating in a silent restaurant.
very nice staff though quite slow. charcuterie board for 2 was a bit sparse. really nice wine. Escalope was large but a bit dry side orders were good
I took 3 friends with me to celebrate my 70 birthday Everything very good, food choice food itself and such friendly service. We were promised a complimentary glass of Kir Royals and the staff were aware of this. Thanks for a lovely evening
We went to Cote for breakfast...great service, polite staff, excellent quality food. I had the fruit salad and it was delicious. The coffee is really good as well. Don't change anything!
Wonderful service, mediocre food. Setting is beautiful right on the River Thames in Windsor. Lovely interior decoration massive restaurant! Would go back there again soon.
Pleasant enough experience, food was nice, we asked for a table overlooking the river when we booked but did not get it, no complaints. Staff wee pleasant
Highly recommend Côte Windsor. Excellent food, wine and service from all staff. Great location, well worth a visit. Staff are friendly and service always consistent.
A riverside setting in a most attractive building with the standard but acceptable menu. Attentive service and very acceptable pricing leads to a most pleasant meal.
Booked table for the location for lunch with my boss, even if the restaurant was not busy service was extremely slow Sat by the window and staff kept opening the doors when outside temperature was still quite cold
Had a good time , good service and good food . It was crowded but they managed to find a table by the windows as we requested
Cote Windsor. Great food at a reasonable price. Stunning location on the Thames in Windsor. Odley average wine selection considering the varied menu. Very loud when busy.
Welcomed, excellent service by caring staff and food as always first rate - the seabags was exceptionally good, the soup never disappoints and the other starters and mains were perfect. Creme caramel is always a favourite while I had the crumble with ice cream - perfect finish to a lovely meal overlooking the thames with a view of Windsor Castle as dusk falls.
We had a lovely table with views of the Thames. The staff were attentive but not too pushy My dinner was delicious and beautifully presented
Although the set lunch doesn't vary much and I think needs updating, quality and portions very good. Staff at Windsor were as usual very pleasant and helpful.
Good food, reasonably priced with attentive service. I had ordered a side order which was late in being served and to my surprise the charge was removed from the bill. A great gesture and unexpected.
When we reserved the table on booking I also phoned and requested a window table but we did not get this. The food was rushed and they seemed to want us to rush so that they could use our table again.
It was ok nothing special. Under our table on floor was numerous bits of food from pass diners! We were there when there appeared to be a time change over of staff so you wasn't sure who your waiter was as no one explained this which I think they should have done
Excellent as ever ! I really don't need twenty five words to say just how excellent............excellence is excellence and just go along to see what that means at Cote Brasserie Windsor.
Yet another lovely evening spent here with a small group of girl friends. We all decided to opt for the set menu and weren't disappointed. The food was well presented and fresh and the serve was good too.
Brilliant, as always. Great food, good service and nice atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary Kir Royale because we had just been to the theatre, so check the back of your tickets if you're using the restaurant for pre or post theatre dinner.
Breakfast was of a very good quality and service was good as always. The quantity of food was generous but not too much to make it unappealing
The service and atmosphere was fantastic and was beaten by the food! We definitely enjoyed eating upstairs overlooking the river. We would visit again in future.
Good table, good food, good service. Usual interesting selection on both menus. Both of us tried selections we had not eaten before, and were delighted with the quality and presentation of both.
As always lovely food, it was very busy and seemed under staffed as the service was slow, we moved from upstairs to downstairs as it was very noisy, but were seated near an open door leaving me in a draft.
Really friendly service. Server was well informed, let us try the wines before choosing. Was funny and good to chat with. The food, lamb main and pate appetiser, were both excellent. The bill was not expensive. A very nice evening..
Food was generally fine, though our party felt the level of service in respect of the 12.5% compulsory gratuity added to bill was excessive. We were also downstairs and had to keep walking upstairs at latter stages of meal to find staff to get us coffees and the Bill.
This is a great location on Windsor bridge. The food is always well cooked and presented, the menu is varied and the service is exceptional.
Cote Windsor is simply the best! Loyalty program and marketing agency is a pain and a mess. Does not compliment such a great chain of restaurants.
Reception staff unpleasant but waitress hannah more than made up for that she was excellent, the other waiters also were excellent, food and wine lovely. Once past reception would recommend
Fantastic location on the river Thames, fantastic food and ambience. Had the set pre theatre menu which was excellent value for money. Will definitely visit again.
Great location Lovely view over the river looking at castle Service could be better Menu choice limited However, what food was available was delicious yum
Great service, great food and our table had a super view of the river. Went for the pre theatre menu and they were quick efficient and it was really tasty.
Very attractive restaurant inside with lovely views of the river in the evening. The food was all lovely, served together and hot. It is not cheap, as vegetables and chips etc priced separately.
Good food, great for gluten free which is a bonus! Very nice setting, wish the service was a bit more friendly, our waiter almost seemed like we were a nuisance.
Quick, efficient friendly service. lovely setting, our table was overlooking the river, the whole side was opened up so we could take in the glorious evening. Good food highly recommended
Lovely setting. Excellent choice for Saturday leisurely lunch. Slightly rushed between starter & mains but no complaints about food & choice. Good time had by all
Service was excellent, the view over the river was lovely and the food was delicious! I would recommend and looking forward to visiting again soon.
Good food, friendly waiter and manager. Nice atmosphere inside and great views all around of the castle and river. Varied menu, lots to choose from.
Service venue simply gorgeous. There is no one rushing you to finish your meal. Pleasant afternoon. Would definitely go there again for the lunch menu, excellent value for money.
Always fabulous! Lovely setting, great service and delicious food. Early dinner this time with 2 children - everyone happy and full. We'll definitely be back!
