Food and tonight's waiter were excellent. A bit of a wait to be seated but that was because the young girl was on her own and it was busy.

Food was very good Service was a bit patchy especially when we arrived and they said we couldnt sit outside despite plenty of people dining out there and lots of spaces on the terrace. "We are not using those tables" was the reason given,despite the fact they obviously were. Eventually after asking for the manager they changed their minds. Seemed unnecessary.

Very attentive service and delicious food, we all really enjoyed every course. We will definitely return and would recommend to friends. Very competitively priced also.

Lovely setting right beside the river ! My main course arrived incorrectly however staff handled it perfectly. We don't usually have desert but couldn't resist . Great menu, and ambience is fab .

Great view of the river Thames and excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious and will be definitely be back for another meal. Would fully recommend

Usually Cote is really good, but sadly this visit was a big disappointment. I had visitors over from the States, so chose to eat here. We could only get breakfast at the time we chose (11.30), I ordered a full English, it arrived Luke warm the sausage was undercooked and the lightly poached eggs I ordered were were cold and the yolks solid, really not nice. Two of my guests ordered hot chocolate which was watery and powdery. The staff member that served us was very nice though.

As always, ( the staff virtually regard me as a regular), the meal, ambience and service were very good indeed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Delicious food friendly staff wonderful setting beside the Thames. But if you want a nice quiet meal main upstairs dining room tends to be noisy.

Ate here on a Sunday, early evening. It was very busy so service was not as good as usual. They had run out of some items which proves how popular this Cote is! Won't stop us from eating here again as we love it. As a coeliac I appreciate their extensive gluten free menu

The service at the restaurant was excellent. The waitress very attentive. Food was brought promptly so that our theatre visit wouldn't be delayed. Food choice was good.

Lovely building in a great location, attentive service and delicious starter and main course. Dessert the only negative bit - my chocolate fondant was stodgy and my husband's ice cream was like warm soup by the time it arrived.

Fantastic tasty well priced food with a great selection of wines and with great service in a beautiful location. Cote never disappoints. Highly recommend to visit

Friendly helpful staff. Great position by the river and just a short walk to the Theatre Royal. Pre- theatre early evening meal good value for money.

Felt a little rushed tonight but food as good as always - one of our favourite restaurants in Windsor. Service always polite and welcoming. Have recommended to many and will continue to do so.

The food is always very good, the staff is kind and helpfull. The only comment I would make is that the rooms of the restaurant are too noisy

We, a group of 4 regular Cote diners, arrived at 6-45pm and were asked to wait in a side room before being taken to our table. We were taken to our table ten minutes later and given our menus and ordered a bottle of wine. When someone came to take a food order at 7-10 were were told that we were too late to order the early bird menu as it had to be done by 7pm. It took a lot of arguing with the manager before we were finally allowed to do so. It spoilt our evening,

Really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. Great location right next to the Thames. Service was good, menu choice excellent, and food was lovely. Couldn't fault it.

Very nice breakfast sitting in the conservatory with the sun shining in and watching the swans in the river. Good service and amended the breakfast without question.

Great service, lovely food and a wonderful location on the river with a lovely view of the castle and a couple of swans as guests if you sit outside. All this at a reasonable price, a winner!!!

The best calamari ever. Always good. My wife had " fish stew" which she said was exceptial..House red good enough. Our restaurant of choice. Thanks

Great food and atmosphere, nice spot by the river. lunch stop during day in Windsor ended up having 3 courses all delicious. Pitty it was raining

Very good waitress but disappointed by haddock main which was kindly removed from the bill. Always like Côte Windsor but can't recommend the haddock. We will be back nevertheless

Good food. Good service. Music too loud and uninteresting; thump thump and repeated 2 chord riff. Good location, nice decore. I'll be back someday but hoping for better and lower music.

The food was delicious. The apple tart with vanilla ice cream in particular. The ambiance was the wonderful too. It would be better if the tables and chairs were bigger though, as there wasn't a lot of space

Cote Brasserie has a varied menu so there is always something for every taste. The food is consistently excellent, the service efficient and friendly. It's my restaurant of choice in Windsor.

Lovely summer day with friends and lots of boat activity on the river Thames. Very enjoyable meal - all three courses off the set lunch time menu. Friendly and attentive staff.

We were well looked after and had a delicious (huge) lunch. No set menu on Saturday. Free glass of kir royale for birthday plus a sweet little chocolate cake. So nice.

We were celebrating my son getting his first car. Table allocated had lovely river view. Food was tasty but quite a lot is cream and butter in all the dishes even the veg side dish. Still food was fresh and good value. The waitress was new and we were given a bill for another table, but this was easily rectified and she apologised.

We were seated at a riverside table as requested and were served delicious food. We had the three course menu and everyone enjoyed their food. Super location overlooking your River Thams

We had a lovely table in the window overlooking the river. Our waiter was very attentive and interactive with all of us especially the children. Timings between courses was perfect and the food was delicious. A great menu and very reasonably priced. My friend and I had the fish stew which was very good. Would highly recommend.

Service good and the Waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The food probably the best I have had at Cote. The riverside location was a perfect setting on a summer evening.

Food was excellent, hot and well cooked. Decaf coffee was great too. All very good, zhave been here many times before, probably the best meal we have had there.

Nice food but poor service. The waitress brought the bread half wayvthrough the main course. Did not mention we needed side orders and could not wait to get rid of us!

Always excellent. The staff very friendly and the food consistently good. We go here at least 8 times a year and have never had a bad meal.

A great afternoon with friends enjoying excellent food in an amazing setting looking out onto the Rivet Thames with the castle opposite. Will be back again soon

Great location. Eggs Florentine good. One egg soft, thank you. The other a bit over cooked. Holondaise would be better on the side. Spinach perfect.

First visit although I live in Windsor. The food was excellent and the very kind waitress moved us to a a table outside right next to the river, even though they were extremely busy. The staff, as mentioned above, were very attentive and welcoming. I would certainly visit the Windsor restaurant again.

Very nice restaurant with seating not too close. Attentive staff and varied menu. I prefer to decide on my own top and not have an optional gratuity added.

Good food and nice place. Service ok. The place can be a little sterile though. Team changes regularly so never see same poeple again. Nice in good weather.

The service was superb in spite of the restaurant being very busy. Slight disappointments with the food. The croquettes could have contained more fish; the moules sauce was a little too salty and the iced berries were a little too frozen at first. Nevertheless it was a very good meal.

Great food and service. We were well looked after and had a fantastic view of the river and the castle! A great venue when you have overseas visitors.

If the food was served hot. The waitress seemed to have a lot of tables to serve and it was difficult to catch her when we wanted something. She served us with a smile all the time and was helpful.
