Côte Windsor Restaurant

We had a really lovely Saturday lunch at Cotes Windsor. Food was delicious, wine very good and staff polite, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Prompt and friendly service. Excellent food and wine all reasonably priced. A very pleasant evening. Staff accommodated our request for a table with a view of the river.

Really nice experience. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will return soon. We were a party of eight, mixed ages and two toddlers and the staff could not have been nicer. All of us enjoyed the experience, our favourite Côte, this one in Windsor.

Great service again :) brilliant buzz and atmosphere for a Friday night. Food was quick and hot. Love their sourdough bread, it is the best!

Lovely breakfast as always sitting by the Thames. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced and decent sized portions. Good choice for breakfast. Nice for evening meals too.

Very pleasant evening,good food although my sea bream could have been hotter,a member of staff did offer to reheat it but I didn't think that was a good idea, however it didn't take anything away from the flavour, wine was good and the staff very pleasant and attentive .

We were delighted to receive a complimentary bottle of wine. Three of us at a very nice table in the central atrium of the restaurant. We all ate the special rump of lamb dish and had crab to start. Really really good. The chaps had puddings, creme brûlée and iced berries. Both good. Very nice dinner in an excellent location. Efficient staff who thoroughly know what to do.

Excellent value, a wide choice of food to suit everyones taste and beautifully presented. The staff were polite and efficient. This was our second visit in two weeks and we will definitely be going back.

They ran out of cock au vin which was disappointing and the chicken was not very good asked for grilled was quite tough The hot chocolate sauce for the frozen berries needed to be sent back to be made hot again

Excellent, as always at Côte, good selection, rapid and pleasant service. Now Côte is at the top of our list for eating out wherever we go.

Excellent Cote, very different experience to the cote in Vambridge the previous week which was truly awful. Windsor served vrry good food and service was very good also. Lovely setting.

Food delicious, waiting staff friendly & helpful. Reception staff much less friendly!! and a poorly laid out reception area left people queuing in the cold & rain. Tables can be quite small

Always enjoyable. Great food, good service and stunning location overlooking the River Thames. We are regular visitors, especially for breakfast. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Vibrant atmosphere at this lovely location . Very good service and excellent food. Slightly disappointed that there was no Cremant de Bourgogne in stock , but overall a most enjoyable evening.

Excellent value for money, ate before 7pm deal. Staff very good and the portions were fine. Second time we have been there before a show, will definitely eat there the next time in Windsor before going to the theatre. Well done to the staff.

We did not receive our complimentary bottle of wine. Service ok, food ok. Not too bad overall. Thought it was an expensive meal for what it was.

Very busy today because it was a lovely sunny day. We had booked a table but other people hadn't booked and were shown in first so didn't feel special for my birthday lunch. Nice seat by window, service good but bit rushed.

The restaurant has great views of the river. It was very busy but that did not stop the staff from giving their best to you . Great food & great service

Pleasant position and a good building, well looked after. It was very quiet and we felt that if it had been busy we might not have received timely service, but we did enjoy this occasion.

My wife and I was both I'll after our meal for two days. The service was good . My wife asked for a bottle of peno and they don't offer it ???? We will not be going back..

I had requested a table in a quiet area, because of my hearing problem. I was assured that this would be possible. When I arrived, I was told that the restaurant was short of staff and couldn't seat us in the quietest room. The receptionist didn't make any effort to find a way to give us a quiet table. One waiter did offer to serve in the quiet room, but the receptionist rejected this. I was very disappointed that a disability that I had revealed when I booked and was assured would be accommodated was not in fact accommodated. The food and our waiter were both excellent.

it was a big change from last time we were there. This time we were welcomed and had good service. Food was a lot better as this time we did not send any of it back.

Nice Sunday morning breakfast in an ideal location overlooking the Thames in Windsor. Service was attentive but not intrusive; just the way I like it! Breakfast was well cooked and presented traditionally.

Food was over cooked and service was poor. Third visit def won't go again. Didn't even give me cutlery for my desert. Rushed in and rushed out

The reason we were at Côte today was to celebrate both my birthday and my son’s. We had a lovely meal and staff were marvellous the only problem we had was that our main course came in the middle of our starter. I’m afraid this was not acceptable but I must admit the manager dealt with the situation very professional

My wife and I are keen fans of Côte in Windsor/Eton where the food and service are usually of the highest order and we go at least one a month, especially before the Theatre in Windsor. However this time our visit was significantly marred by load intrusive noise (music?) with a monotonous base which caused the other diners to raise their voices to be heard. One individual could be heard braying above all others as his pointless ego competed with the whole restaurant to inform us of his inane and purposeless life. What has happened? If this continues we will not be returning to Côte's Brasserie in Windsor.

The food was all excellent , it just came almost too quickly . We were having the early birds menu so everything was rushed at first . However we did not get asked to leave by a set time so had time to relax and chat after our meal.

Was unable to claim my free bottle of wine with my voucher that you kindly forwarded to me even when I showed the lady my code which was disappointing. Was unable to book table online even though there was availability to redeem it

Great atmosphere lovely setting especially as I live in this town I will always bring family and friends to this restaurant without a doubt Great restaurant

What made it exceptional for us was the combination of great quality food, attentive and kind staff, real napkins, unexpected birthday gift, fab location with a table overlooking the river, everybody contented and Mum paying. Thank you lord for Cote!

Good quality food and service at a decent rate. One (small) thing didn't appear with the main course, but otherwise top-notch all-round provision. Always a good visit at Cote Windsor.

Slow service and dirty plates left for a long time. Smaller portions than usual. But food good quality and tasty as always. Lovely location looking over the river.
