Great service and food.. menu choices are extensive and great value but on this occasion, the main course was slightly over cooked, perhaps been waiting for delivery whilst we finished our starters.

Our family party of 10across 3 generations enjoyed our meal. The food was good, properly cooked, the service was timely and friendly. This is the third year in a row that our family has chosen to have their pre-pantomime dinner here and the feedback is that they would like to do it again next year.

We had a lovely evening, stayed longer and were not moved on but like most modern chains the noise level is high.

My lunch today at Côte, Windsor, was excellent. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and efficient. The food from the Prestige menu, as always, didn’t disappoint.

On the whole very good. A bit of delay in waiting to be shown to our table, and then in waiting for a waitress.

Our waitress was very efficient and absolutely charming , adding greatly to the experience , I wish I knew her name .

Love love love Cote Windsor. The staff, atmosphere and food is amazing. The manager was confident and knowledgeable and happy to converse without intruding. Our South African waiter was polite, engaging and respectful. The food, lamb and Fish Parmentier were perfect. Will be back definitely well done Cote Windsor. 👍

Lovely table, not too busy. Excellent service. Only minor critic was that I did not like the brioche with the pate, would have preferred a firmer bread but that really is a personal preference than a criticism. Thank you as always. Xx

I booked a table for a company Christmas dinner at 8:30 p.m. but it turned out that there was no free table for us. The lady on the front suggested us going to a nearby pab for a drink, which is unacceptable to me. Bad experience, she should offer us a drink while waiting for a table, they book more places than they have. Anna G

Really enjoyable meal & certainly a lovely way to spend our lunch time. Our food was delicious, my husband had 7oz fillet steak cooked to perfection & I chose sea bass which was also superb. Eion our waiter was very attentive, efficient & friendly making our visit a great success.

We arrived early but only had to wait 5 minutes for a lovely table by the window. busy when we started our meal but soon emptied around us and we had a very pleasant evening.

6 of us attended, slow to be greeted when first arrived, once seated all good, apart from the doors/windows where we were sitting we open and we could not close then, bring December 2 of us had a very cold experience, otherwise all good. Food was exceptional

Generally we really like Cote Restaurants and have been to this one before on a number of occasions but some time ago, when it was fine. This time, although the food was generally up to standard (duck not merely pink but very under-cooked in the middle so a bit tough otherwise all fine), the restaurant itself seemed to have slipped. It was very noisy (which is not unusual for Cote generally) even though it wasn't more than half full, so can't imagine what it would have been like full, the decor seemed to have become a bit tired and the lights were faulty, which completely killed the atmosphere. It seemed to be something to do with the dimmer switches and the staff were trying to adjust them but the net result was lights getting lighter and dimmer the whole time we were there. It was a shame because this restaurant is in such a lovely location right by the river so it could be superb but rather disappointed this time.

A Christmas get together with friends, nice atmosphere, good food and pleasant efficient service - a good experience. Sadly there was a very noisy table behind us which obviously is not the fault of the restaurant but was rather annoying but it felt was handled well by the staff.

We were there for brunch. I had eggs Royale and my friends had full breakfast. As usual the food was excellent. The set breakfast is a very good deal. We had requested a window table but the weather was appalling and there was a bit of a draft. They happily moved us to another table.

The food is delicious, the view exceptional and although full didn’t find it too noisy. Space around tables so didn’t feel busy even though it was full. Service impeccable, Gluten free diets are very well catered for.. Vegans and vegetarians are catered for too, though very limited choice for vegans. For vegetarians the dishes available are heavy on dairy products. It’s a shame they don’t use herbs to flavour foods more, use grains eg quinoa , polenta etc . Quinoa is a very good source of protein and excellent for vegetarians and vegan diets. I think it is gluten free too.

This is a great restaurant in a great location. Been here many times and it has become my favourite place to eat. As well as a good location the Cote Restaurants have a good and varied menu whether you are eating breakfast lunch or dinner. The food is freshly cooked and delicious. All the staff are friendly and customer service is at a high level. I will return.

Warm welcome, great service, requested a table with a view of the Thames and we weren’t disappointed. We chose from the midweek lunch menu and the food was very good and value for money.
