Côte Windsor Restaurant

Service was a bit slow. Obviously very busy this was probably due to Windsor Horse show being on.

Our table was not ready at the time we booked but otherwise excellent service. With great food and a fantastic location on the Riverside. Would go again

Really lovely experience for a large family breakfast for 12 people.

Disappointing, ahead to wait 20 mins to be sea Ted despite booking, then no ice bucket for our fizz, and then they forgot about one of starters, not our best experience of Vote.

Could not fault our experience! River view, fantastic service, beautifully presented delicious food, all for great value! Our favourite place to eat lunch in Windsor. Looking forward to our next visit!

For what should have been a fairly simple brunch meal, turned into a constant stream of "You've forgotten this" or "We're missing this (item)". Co-ordination seemed to be non-existent. We aren't unreasonable & appreciate that sometimes mistakes occur. But the place was not fully occupied, & you'd like to think a minimum level of service would be given. I also object to the fact that a service charge is automatically applied. This means we had to ask for it to be removed, because we didn't feel it was deserved. In this instance, I would have expected a senior member of staff to be concerned that a customer had withheld the service charge, with good reason. But nothing - just shrugged acceptance from the staff member that took our payment. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The food was very nice, as always. However, the downstairs level was too noisy.

Drinks were cold, food was late and service was even more slow than ever and forgotten about as a table. Considering was Father’s Days they should have more staff on who are willing to work to make the day special.

We booked a Late lunch, so had two los of servers, resulting in slight delay between courses. Lovely food, especially the crab bisque, and Breton chicken.

As always, we experienced a very efficient and friendly service by the staff in this Brasserie. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy during the Sunday lunch, the quality of food and the service didn't suffer. Will be back!

Excellent good food fantastic view service perfect sitting in the sun with a view of the castle and river - is there a better way to enjoy our ‘weekly lunch date’ as. Happy married couple - pure delight on a cold February Saturday mwah x

Food was good (my Breton fish stew was particularly tasty) Service was excellent: all 3 of the people who served us were charming and helpful even though it seeemd to be a full house.

Not quite so good this time (and we LOVE coming to you, we come every month) no one's fault but it was really busy and we had to queue to get in and our table wasn't ready until about 10 minutes after the booked time and then it was really hard to get anyone's attention to get a drink etc. Once we did, it all came quickly and was lovely and the staff were all nice. It was as noisy as it ever was, sometimes we can't hear each other speak but I guess you can't do much about that!

We had a lovely birthday meal down by the river at Windsor. Excellent waiting staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the rhubarb martini cocktail lovely touch. Food excellent.

Very good food, delightful service and lovely atmosphere by the river! I would recommend Côte as a great place to eat and celebrate. Two words to meet the limit!

We were placed on a lovely table overlooking the river Thames.Service was very friendly and helpfull and food was also very good.Would like to go here again soon.

What a wonderful venue to celebrate Mother’s Day with your family. From the welcome on arrival and service from staff and the quality of the breakfast was just amazing. The ambience of the restaurant looking over the River Thames made it a most enjoyable experience.

Food was lovely...how ever I felt the restaurant was not accommodating for my 1 year old baby.

Excellent service. The food good. The only thing that puts me off are those little bottles of Kronenberg in very ugly glasses. Would prefer draught larger. San Miguel larger in their nice stem glasses would be fantastic!

We had a really delicious meal here on Valentines day. The service was very friendly and efficient. Finally, the location of Cote right on the River Thames with a view of the Castle is unbeatable .

I am becoming a regular visitor to your restaurants. originally limited to St.Christophers Place, I recently discovered you have many venues. I went to the Windsor one today,and the Salisbury one last week I intend to go to Stratford next week and Clifton branch in the future The Table D'hote is excellent value , the food being expertly cooked. The whitebait to drool over. The Boeuf so tender. The décor is plain but efficient and the young staff most pleasant I may say I am 91yearsof age and used to eat in Paris Alas no more so this is a slice of the past Yours truly Terence Root

Great place and location, great food and ambience but had to work hard to get the waiters’ attention. Overall great experience.

We arrived at 6.30 for an enjoyable pre-theatre meal from the Early Evening menu.There was a good choice of lighter dishes, just what we wanted. Restaurant was busy and noisy but we had good service.

Food delicious and staff were so polite and nice. Service very quick and we was checked on throughout our meal to make sure we had all we needed.

Really enjoyed the food and service yet the edge is taken off the evening by things Cote can’t control.dress of many male customers is grossly untidy and unsightly.track suit bottoms and many shorts some of which looked like they had come straight out of a gym.mens hairy legs do nothing for me or our wives so can you get a stronger dress code please. Wine excellent too.

Card machine not working was the first thing said!-so cash only-lucky we had enough!-service not good,though my wife thoroughly enjoyed her fish.Go to the Chichester one -much better!

Excellent quality, good food. Always consistent high standard with monthly changing menus. We always look out for Cote restaurants wherever we travel knowing we will be well eat well and be looked after.

Went for a bday meal on a Monday night. Food beautiful as always but this restaurant is exceptionally understaffed. Team apologetic and professional, but this isn’t the first time this has happened. Very slow service. Waited 20 mins for a drinks order.
