Côte Windsor Restaurant

The food was great and reasonably priced. The restaurant is in a fabulous location with lovely views. We were provided with good service and they accomdated our party of 8 well.

Devine Blood Orange Martinis, delicious meals and great service. All making for a perfect birthday celebration. We hope to come back before the next birthday!

Had a fantastic evening, looked after very well and very tentative to my dietary needs. Lovely food and a great ambiance. Thank you Cote very much.

The food was excellent. 4people . Started with olives & bread then smoked salmon. Mains were steak and fish. Good dessert choices. Reasonable wine prices and a good selection. Service was excellent. Brilliant views of Windsor castle floodlit at night. A great place to go.

I am a regular diner at Cote Windsor for brunch, lunch and dinner. I enjoy the setting, the service, the food with a French flavour ( I have dual British and French nationalities).

We love the Cote great venue and atmosphere, attentive staff, good food value for money. Time and time again we return it is so enjoyable. We like the free cocktails so often given to us too!

As usual everything was perfect - especially the service from Adel. It was lovely to be able to sit outside for the first time this year.

Very ordinary and certainly nothing special except for the view of the river. And why ever would a quality restaurant decide to bring a sauce bottle to the table rather than put sauce into a small dish???

I love dining at Côte in Eton. Very cosy athmosphere. The staff are always sooooo polite and accomodating and I have never been disappointed by the quality of food !!!

Food, as always, very good. Service could have been better as there didn't seem to be enough staff. This might have been shift changeover. The wc's could definitely do with some repair work and update.

Excellent service. As always. We will be back very soon. On arrival we were greeted by two hosts who were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The waiter was also excellent and helped us get food for my 2yr old rapidly.

Very disappointed with our meal. It was a special occasion ruined. Food was variable. Some dishes overcooked. Service was not great. Assumed we were happy to pay 12.5% gratuity which was £30. Service poor and asked 4 times for water. Wine glasses left empty. Been here many times but today was poor. Will not be back.

I just wanted to say a big big thank you to everyone who served us yesterday. we were a big group of 16 people and everything was done so quickly! we didn't have to wait for our starters at all- everything was on time- food was amazing and the waiter who was serving us wine was so lovely! Thank you so much, everyone absolutely loved the visit.

Very enjoyable visit for my mums birthday. The food was beautiful and well presented. Would definitely recommend and visit again, lovely view on the river.

Delicious steak, duck was very tasty too. Really nice service and quick to be seated. Really good quality meat, more special offers would entice me to go more.

Excellent breakfast which was lovely and hot served on hot plates with a lovely orange juice and latte. Service excellent too. Will definitely return again soon.

Had an amazing breakfast in a beautiful setting. Staff were lovely and attentive. The only think that let them down was the table and seating was dirty. The table was sticky and the sofa had crumbs all over it. Saying that we loved it and would definitely go back.

This was the worst experience at your restaurants especially the Windsor one where we have eaten many times. We had booked a table for four for my forthcoming birthday celebration. We arrived a few minutes early at 1315 for our 1330 booking We were shown to our table and after 30 minutes we were giving your complimentary birthday cocktail . Then had to wait until 1410 before our order was taken. This was after I complained to the waiter, a tall male with a foreign accent and wore spectacles who responded we are busy you will have to wait. I had noticed that our prople who came in after us were bring served quickly. I spoke to the lady Manager who was harassed but she apologised and claimed she was short of staff . We eventually got our starter at 1420 closely followed by the main course which was cold , steak fries. We left the restaurant after a very disappointing birthday which totally ruined our day. The Manager lost total control of the busy situation and could not cope.The rest of your staff not a course on Customer service. We will never go back to Cote

Always a very good experience. Cote is consistent from site to site and very good value for money. Nice situation on the riverside at Eton with views over to Windsor. As an oldie I wish restaurants these days would have more soft furnishings - the noise level is the only thing which lets Cote restaurants down and today there was a particularly noise party of ladies in the room.

We had such a fabulous lunch yesterday. The food is always delicious and our waiter was so lovely, engaging with our two children making it a fun time for them too. It makes such a difference when you have happy, friendly staff. Many thanks Cote for a lovely lunch once again.

We had a late lunch the food was excellent the wine good and the waitress was attentive and friendly. Love coming to your restaurant for any occasion!!!

From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. We had three courses and every one was as delicious as the other. The flavours were incredible. Really good value for money!!

Up to the usual high standard combined with wonderful view across the river to the castle, what could better it?

The staff were very helpful and we had good service. Although I enjoyed my meal, I had salmon, new potatoes and asparagus, the portion was tiny. A very thin piece of salmons and 3 very small new potato’s, the asparagus was an ok portion. My friend had the pork belly which was a decent sized portion.

Once again every thing was very good,always consistent,a nice place to go to with great views over the castle and river .staff are always attentive

Lunch at Cote was very enjoyable today. Service was brilliant - and fast. The three of us thought our meals were delicious too. We also loved the G&T cocktails on arrival - a very nice touch. We will certainly be back again. Cote in Windsor is perfectly located, with lovely views.

Food, cocktails , wine and service excellent. Good value . Great setting next to the river . I highly recommend . Had a very enjoyable evening. Only complaints I have of all Cote restaurants I have visited is one I would love to have pancakes /orange /grand marnier on the menu and two toilets need improving.

We had a lovely brunch on the riverside. Our waiter, (Kevin, I think) was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. Cote is the perfect spot to watch the action on the river.

Not window seat requested despite early booking. Request for early menu very rudely denied by overzealous floor manageress, we arrived before 7.00 pm. This dampened the evening for three O.A.P.s celebrating possibly our last evening together. One from Canada. Tuna [salad] possibly put through a bacon slicer, thin & dry. Asparagus [Risotto] sparse & woody.

Good food and experience with friends. Lovely Saturday night meal. Service was quick and attentive and the atmosphere was buzzing. Perfect place for a steak and chips!

A great place to eat with views over the river, good food and service at a fair price. We are regulars and do recommend Cote at Windsor.

Everything was great as usual except my Minuit steak was stringy

I thought that service was not as quite as efficient & attentive as other branches I have been to. seemed to be short of staff. Quite slow although food was very good.

Love this particular Cote, food, ambiance and service first class - if you get to visit before the end of February I can thoroughly recommend the black pudding starter.

Good food well cooked nicely presented. The theatre menu was very good value for money. There are fabulous views of the river Thames. A delightful dining experience.

First visit to Côte in Windsor for my daughters 21st Birthday. Staff were attentive and made our visit special. The food was amazing. Definitely will be returning. Thank you.

Whilst the starters were fine, unfortunately the main course was diabolical. Both my companion and I chose the swordfish Accompanied by gratin potatoes. The fish tasted increasingly Charred and unpleasant whilst we returned the potatoes only to find that the replacement ones were just as dry and overheated. 2 extremely disappointed customers. Not great today. It was very busy but we had a small table sitting in the door to the smokers outside. Our side order was forgotten and arrived half way through our mains. All in all disappointing and not up to usual standard.
