Brilliant time at cote Windsor, we were able to sit at our table early for drinks and we weren’t rushed at the end to leave. Our waiter Albert was brilliant and very attentive especially with my 5 year old son. We are in Windsor as we are going to legoland and this was lovely place for dinner the night before

Service was fine, distancing measures good. Food was, unfortunately, mediocre. We had lobster and fillet steak. The lobster was small and chewy, accompanying fries were under cooked. Overpriced for the quality. The fillet steak (medium) was overcooked as we’re the fries. All in all disappointing.

Excellent food in unique delightful river front setting. Great service too. Wished to have been able to reserve outside terrace table.

The manager of this restaurant is extremely rude !! I had pre booked this dinner for my sister as it was her birthday and explained in the ' special requests ' section that i would like to have a river view. We arrived 30 minutes early and were told there were no river view seatings available and were took to the ground floor. 5 minutes later after not ordering any food 2 river seats became available and we asked politely to be moved outside. The manager was so aggressive in her response and said ' people have been queuing for 40 minutes and they deserve to be seated'. I was absolutely shocked as she didnt even let me speak but continued to argue with me. I will never visit this restaurant again because of that nasty manager!

Wonderful to be able to come back to Côte Windsor, our favourite place for an evening pick-me-up, and to find so many of our usual friendly staff still in place. Last year we managed 28 visits, we were hoping to beat that this year, but never mind, there's always next year. Many thanks, Côte Windsor.

Great service lovely restaurant by the river. Will definitely be going back. Would of given six starts the food was lovely but my steak was over cooked. Other than that everything was amazing.

Overall felt safe and cared for Delighted Cote is supporting its workers by encouraging their wearing of face shields Super that all windows / doors were open Thoughts : will the restaurant keep windows open in inclement weather ? Sincerely hope so as if not this would deter me from supporting cote Considering the pressure staff are under to be socially distancing compliant they were calm and smiling and delivered food within good timing. Kitchen staff / chefs are also to equally applauded to turn out food to a good standard under challenging conditions.

We had a very enjoyable evening celebrating our sons birthday. We had a lovely table. Our server Wioleta was very patient and attentive we couldn't have asked for better. The food was delicious. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic. We took my mother for her 88th birthday and the day couldn't have been better. The staff made a fuss of her and gave her a Kir Royale to celebrate. She felt very special indeed. The food was excellent and,of course, the setting on the river was perfect! Well Done 'Cote' Windsor

A superb meal, beautifully cooked to perfection. My wife had lobster as main course. I had pork belly - soft and flavoursome with lovely crackling. I had had calamari - they were not chewy but nicely cooked and breadcrumbed - delicious. We finished with a chocolate fondant and I had pancake with chocolate and banana. It was a top class meal at reasonable price, eaten on an outside table with views of the river. We finished with good reasonably priced coffee. A delightful meal to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary.

We really enjoyed having lunch by the river on our first outing after lockdown. Social distancing and a one way system are in place but do not feel overpowering and the staff remain chatty and friendly.

What an excellent lunch out with The Girls...first time in months!

We overall enjoyed our visit. However as I have experienced on previous visits the waiting staff whilst courteous and efficient are not friendly and do not really engage with customers. I wonder if this is because the tip is already added to the bill, although I know it is voluntary to pay this.

Excellent meal and wines with great service. Apart from the staff face shields it felt quite normal.! Thanks for the complimentary Aperitif to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We shall be back ere long.
