Great food .Lovely venue.We will be going again, nothing was too much trouble for the staff.We were sat over looking the river, what could be better on a lovely day with the sun shinning.

Food was good but service was extremely slow. Had to go and find a waiter after waiting for 20 mins for someone to come and take orders. At least 2 other tables, who were seated before us, had been waiting for longer.

Fantastic location on the river Thames, fantastic food and ambience. Had the set pre theatre menu which was excellent value for money. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent value for money with the early evening menu . Lovely setting and food never disappoints. Will go back very soon. Nice staff as well

Out of a lot of the menu and the service was so slow 6 things were off the menu disappointing birthday meal such a shame

Great service, great food and our table had a super view of the river. Went for the pre theatre menu and they were quick efficient and it was really tasty.

The table booked was not ready and we were redirected to a less appealing part of the restaurant. Bread is not systematically brought to your table which is strange for a self proclaimed French restaurant. Atmosphere is too buoyant and frenzied. I prefer to dine in a more peaceful surrounding. The restaurant seems to be victim of its success.

Sadly this restaurant was having a bad day. My duck was overdone and chewy. My partners food was cold. We didn't complain as we were being taken out for lunch - but such a shame.

Very helpful & attentive staff. Food excellent value for money, great atmosphere, overlooking the Thames & Windsor. Will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommended.

Lovely setting. Excellent choice for Saturday leisurely lunch. Slightly rushed between starter & mains but no complaints about food & choice. Good time had by all

Excellent food, really helpful waiter, good quality and reasonably priced wine. Very difficult to have a conversation as the restaurant was full and very noisy - the tables are close together and the noise reverberates around as it is all hard surfaces. Otherwise, really good.

People on the table next to us were extremely noisy and annoying and we couldn't here ourselves speak and the waiters seem to disappear a lot and didn't want to get involved.

Nice meal, well cooked, good service and nice location. I would recommend visiting this venue to other people without hesitation. Reasonably priced for a nice menu.

Service venue simply gorgeous. There is no one rushing you to finish your meal. Pleasant afternoon. Would definitely go there again for the lunch menu, excellent value for money.

Always consistently tasty food and good service. Sat by the window with the view of the River Thames. Best view restaurant in WIndsor. Will definitely come again.

we order food with desert. when we finish the food we wait for dessert, apple crumble and they come told us we are sorry we dont have it and i didn't enjoy my food without dessert and i dont recommend to anyone

Lovely food- amazing setting and great service! 2/3 course lunch menu is amazing value. Would recommend hake- which was delicious and my all time favourite crime caramel- better than any I've had in France.

We have enjoyed many meals at Windsor, but this time we were downstairs - very small - and had a very noisy table near us.

Good food, great for gluten free which is a bonus! Very nice setting, wish the service was a bit more friendly, our waiter almost seemed like we were a nuisance.

We cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The Fish Pie is to die for and the service is great, with particular mention of Kareem. Thank you for giving us the table we asked for, excellent selection of wine and wonderful menu. I love this place and will come for many many more lunches.

Went on a Sunday. Meal was good. Service good too . Booked on line. Did ask for window seat. Unfortunately didnt get one though which was a shame!

We had a fantastic birthday meal for my sister's 30th birthday. The staff were lovely & presented us with complimentary Kir Royales on arrival to mark the occasions. (When I accidentally knocked one over they even replaced it without question). The team also let us arrive early to decorate the table, and brought out a birthday cake which I provided. A really special occasion we will remember for a long time. The food was also delicious, and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent service, food, and location. Booking easily done on-line. A last minute change of time dealt with very efficiently by phone. Have been several times and this standard is always maintained.

We had the 3 course lunch menu and was nice food at good price. Staff were friendly and attentive and nice views from the terrace.

Spasmodic service. Extremely limited main course choice due to many items being sold out at 5pm on Sunday. Food we received only mediocre. Disappointing experience!

Friendly staff, lovely location by the river and good view of the castle. The lunch menu was really good and great value dishes on there. Steak was fab!

Very attractive restaurant inside with lovely views of the river in the evening. The food was all lovely, served together and hot. It is not cheap, as vegetables and chips etc priced separately.

Shambles. Place set for 4 took the place mats away but left 4 sets of glasses. No service for 15mins after arrival. Walked out. Went Elsewhere.

Excellent lunch with friends at this branch of Cote in Windsor. Good service during a busy a busy session. We will return as the food was really good as always.

Excellent value for money. Calamari very tender and Breton Fish stew excellent. On downside - my glass of Muscadet was not very well chilled. Service was good considering it was very busy the day we visited.

Good service and good food. The surroundings are beautiful with great views of the Thames from every window. One of my favourite places in this area.

Very nice, the wine was pricey and not keen on the 12% automatic service charge! It's very annoying having to entera minimum of 25 words!!!

We had a fabulous meal only but was the crab starter which was a bit salty - could have been the capers. View over the bridge was beautiful! Will definitely go again.

Very good meal,excellent value. Staff at this Cote are young and have always been very helpful and attentive. Only downside no fruit tartin available,which on the limited menu gave a very poor choice of desserts. Otherwise could not fault the service.
