Friendly staff and good food. A very positive experience. It was my son's birthday and staff recognised this by singing happy birthday and putting a candle in his chocolate dessert. Much appreciated this little touch.

We go to Côte quite often as we live in West Bridgford so it's easy. Great food and value for the 2/3 course set menu., Good atmosphere and service too.

Went for an early evening meal prior to going out. Very good service, hot food - a pleasant experience. Just watch for the 12.5% service charge already on the bill!

Food OK. Don't like it when 'gratuities' are automatically added to the bill. In this country a tip is given to recognise service above and beyond what is expected. Asking for an automatically added gratuity/tip/service charge to be knocked off or reduced is an uncomfortable experience.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, just the place to have lunch with a friend. The staff were friendly and helpful, so I would definitely choose this venue again.

Came in here with TOH having visited a couple of weeks earlier for breakfast. Food and service top notch. If you are in the West Bridgeford area in Nottingham well worth a visit.

Really enjoyed the food and very friendly helpful service. The waitress was really patient with our two children. Had a really great evening celebrating the mother in laws birrhday.

The service was amazing. Really helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful menu choice and the food was beautifully cooked. Plus the wine made a fantastic accompaniment and was of very high quality. Overall great value for a brilliant lunch!

steak medium-well, tough well done steak totally cremated both steaks tasteless and the chips burnt , staff however very good we were well looked after.

Meal and service as always was very good Good choice My only criticism being that the meal was far too rushed .We were in and out in less than an hour

Good food, good value and pleasant service. The only negative is that when the restaurant is busy it can become rather noisy. The tables towards the back of the restaurant are less affected by this than those at the front.

Excellent food for three of the four meals served - One chicken dish was rather dry. Exceptional prawn starter and hake main. Waitress new so hopefully that will improve. Lovely atmosphere and welcome. Will definitely return.

Very good service and they were happy to accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements. My only complaint was that the vegetarian sausages were a bit well done.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, super friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. As a regular visitor to this restaurant it is always nice to know the whole experience is going to be consistently good. The food is always very well prepared and presented and of a high quality.

1.When placing our oder for our meal I explained that I was entitled to a free bottle of wine as part of the rewards system. I also requested the free bottle when making our on-line reservation but the FREE bottle of wine was charged to our final bill at the end of the meal. This bill was corrected but no apologyor explanation was given. 2.There was lipstick on one of the water glasses - again this was replaced on request but without a satisfactory apology. 3. Our desert was also far from satisfactory and we informed the waitress of this. We have been regulars at this restaurant since it opened and will possibly go again but it won't be our first choice. They seem to be understaffed and not listening to or taking care of their customers.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. They knew this visit was our first and asked without prompting which free bottle of wine we'd like. We pointed out some water on the floor of the disabled toilet which was immediately dealt with. Will definitely return

The special early doors two or three course menu is good value. The food is good quality, the service is great and the restaurant itself is very smart.

Very friendly, attentive staff, food was beautifully cooked and the place was very full, even though it was a Wednesday night, which made for a great atmosphere.

This wasnt our first visit and every time weve been weve really enjoyed it. Great food. Friendly helpful staff. Very enjoyable dining experience. Would have no hesitation in recommending and will be back!

Service excellent, food very good. Had to request another table as we were initially placed at the window, which would have been lovely on a warm night but not last night! The request was dealt with quickly and effectively and did not mar the evening. Really good time, will definitely return and highly recommend.

On Easter Monday we had a great lunch at Cote as always. Excellent service and lovely food. It's simply the best place to eat in West Bridgeford.

Great food in a friendly atmosphere. The choice of wines is just big enough to offer choice without being too much. Go try it out for yourself.

The staff were excellent but the 2 diners who chose Toulouse Sausages were disappointed with the tough texture of the meat and skins on the sausages. Obviously they should have complained at the time but they didn't want to spoil the celebration. My pan-fried cod was delicious.

Very hit & miss service. One v. Good the other kept forgetting i.e. We asked for children's activities & in the end had to ask another waitress & she was very good

We've been here for breakfast many times and its usually good, however this sunday we arrived a little later in the morning (around 11) and initially the food was cold on arrival so we sent it back, they'd also ran out of some of the ingredients which we had to therefore substitute for other items - a hybrid breakfast! The serving staff are excellent but there was clearly something wrong in the kitchen that day.

The food was excellent as always. The service in which we received was superb and the waitress was kind friendly and calm under the busy circumstance. I would always reccomend cotes and have never had a bad meal or service there

The quality of the food and the service could not have been better. We are Côte 'regulars' and see no reason to change our habits!

Bread not supplied with soup, cost £2.40 extra. Not advised but added to Bill. Staff friendly. Toilets could do wth sa bit of attention. Service charge added as optional but print was quite small so you may end up paying it without realising.

The food was lovely, I cannot say same about the lady that took the payment!!!! Paid £70 by vouchers, the rest by card, 1 minute later she claimed we had 5 vouchers not 7!!! Felt extremely uncomfortable!!! All I can say the vouchers had consecutive serial numbers! Guys, check your employees !!!

Lunch with our daughter in law to celebrate her 40th birthday before she went to do 8hr shift at the hospital. Good food and friendly staff.

My daughter booked a table here for my birthday. Service was great, food was amazing! The manager gave us a couple of drinks on the house for my birthday which was a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend.

Would have been a 6 but with the champagne being dropped on us (accidentally) I had to mark you lower. Lovely food though, a nice way to celebrate my birthday.

Fabulous service, very attentive staff, delicious food - the Breton Fish Stew is my favorite, the calamari starter was perfect. Looking forward to going again.

Excellent food as always here,very good quality meat. Enjoyed the crab mayo and goats cheese starter. Perfectly juicey crispy skin chicken for main and wonderful cream caramel for dessert. Steaks and veal always good.
