Côte West Bridgford

Another enjoyable evening at the best of West Bridgford's many restaurants. Had the new August early evening menu and very nice it was too. Usual highly attentive waiters and waitresses.

Good as ever. First time for breakfast and there was more than enough. We sat outside and it was very enjoyable. Good food good service

Nice surrounding dings at West brushfire branch. Good menu a d specials selection. First steak was overcooked and there was no problem in sending it back for another. The manager even gave me a glass of wine while I waited for it. That's good service.

service and food was excellent ,on a really hot night the restaurant was very buy and another waitress might of helped but you can never really plan for these things . Best restaurant in West Bridgford ,standard of service and quality of food always first class Bob Crocker

Fast friendly service and very good food. I had the Sunday special burger which was excellent and my wife had a very tender rib eye steak. Too full to order a pudding!!

Very pleasant food with excellent service. Good choice for gluten free customer and the August set menu had some interesting and tasty choices. Recommend the belly pork.

Good meal, but I do not like the automatic addition of the service charge. I know that it is optional but to get it removed could be embarrassing especially when the restaurant is full. Very few resraurants add a service charge these days.

Greeted quickly, and good service despite being very busy. Food tasted very good and was hot.Portions were just right. An enjoyable meal and we will return.

Very friendly staff who really do enhance the experience. Food very tasty as always. The Prawn Gratin starter in particular was lovely and garlicky. We enjoyed the complimentary Kir Royale reward for being a regular customer.

Excellent service. Good choice of food on the early bird menu and the food was delicious. We go there on a regular basis as it never disappoints.

The food exceeded or expectations. We had the early bird menu and a bottle of white wine and we wee pleasantly surprised by the quality. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Nice décor and clean restaurant. There is nothing I could fault with this place.

Very good as usual. We are regulars and like the food and the service here. Not a 6 as the fougasse was not to usual standard but other than that an excellent family dinner

West Bridgford is full of places to eat. Some are very good some less so. Cote is simply the best by far. As always we were looked after superbly by the brilliant staff and the food was excellent. What more is there to say?

Everything was fine but on arrival it felt as though we were intruding, a smile would be welcome. The person concerned got better maybe it was just one of those days.

I came to Cote for breakfast last Thursday and brought a friend who was staying with me. I was very disappointed in my breakfast. I asked for the French crisp streaky bacon (which was not crisp), the friend eggs with runny yolks (which were not runny but hard) and I also had the French toast which was lovely but with a very very small portion of maple syrup. All in all a very disappointing breakfast. The staff were very good and when I mentioned the eggs they didn't charge. I didn't want to pull everything to pieces in front of my guest and make it an issue but, as I said, a disappointing breakfast. Sheena Clayton

As usual a warm welcome and excellent service. Food was tasty and well presented. You can't beat Cote for consistency. Needless to say it is our favourite restaurant in West Bridgford.

Great value early bird menu. Enjoyed top class food and service. First visit to Cote Brasserie West Bridgford but certainly will not be my last.

Warmly welcomed by staff as my dining companion is a regular. We were having a birthday supper and were surprisingly presented by a complimentary glass of champagne within minutes of us sitting at our table. The waiting staff were very accommodating to working around food allergies and intolerances and were very happy to adjust set dishes as needed without additional charges. Overall, a really lovely mid-week evening supper made even better with attentive and interested staff. A big thank you to them all!

Excellent french cuisine and tiptop attentive service. One minor thing, think some of the side orders should not be charged separately, but know this is how it is in France!

Lovely food. Varied menu, something for all tastes. Staff were very friendly and the service was quick and efficient. A great lunch with our little family.

Glorious evening sitting outside enjoying the warm night. Excellent service and fantastic food .Tried the crab mayonnaise which was lovely and refreshing followed by the Breton chicken which is always delicious. Will return again very soon.

Excellent friendly service and delicious food even though it was a damp Monday night was still a good ambience in the restaurant. Will be returning!

The staff are always friendly, their is always a good selection on the menu to please everyone and the drinks are well priced and house wine is nice

My friend and I had the two course set menu today and were both impressed. Good choice of dishes and the food was nicely presented and value for money.

We were met by a very pleasant member of staff who showed us to our table. As ever, the menu was excellent. We decided to have the 2 course lunch menu. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed lunch. The waitress was lovely, very smiley and made us feel like special customers. I normally don't like having a service charge added to the bill but I don't worry about this in Cote as the service is always great and the service charge is split between all staff.

Lovely lunchtime meal with a friend. Friendly staff and food was wonderful. Nice that extra precautions are taken for coeliacs, which is reassuring. Will be visiting again very soon.

Good location on the avenue. We were greeted nicely and taken to our table. The menu was varied and well priced. The 2 course deal finishes at 7 pm so we missed that. Starting with a sharing plate we were surprised when our main arrived before we had finished. ( I wound recommend you ask for a time delay.) I don't think this happens if you order a starter. Food was delicious and staff very attentive without being annoying.

The staff were really friendly and attentive. The food was tasty. Definitely going back. If I had to say anything... the tea actually seemed a little week, the table a little cramped.,, but really, a great place to go, loved it :)

Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. Wine was really not chilled enough which I raised. It all comes from one fridge so my second glass was the same. My starter was great but my wife's had too much sauce ( Asparagus with a sauce). My wife had a chicken main course with potatoes. Fries were also brought in addition!! My cod goujons were more like fish fingers. Not terribly exciting. I thought they would be slim goujons .

We enjoyed a delicious meal, so good we had one more course than we intended! It was refreshing to be asked when we wanted our wine rather than wine being served in advance of the meal. The staff are professional and attentive without being intrusive. The brasserie has a lovely ambience too. Always eat here when I am in West Bridgford.

Lovely atmosphere! Great wine and food . Had the cod special which was very light and tasty Service excellent but slightly slow as restaurant got busy! Will return soon

The food and atmosphere here are lovely, the only reason I didn't mark it a 6 is due to the price of some items. The side dishes were around £3 and the portions were tiny for that price!

Never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Great restaurant, great food & great service! Would definitely dine here again. Great for couples, families & groups of friends.

Outstanding food and great service, breakfasts at Cote are amazing! Great choice, exceptional value and all served hot in a short time. Service is friendly and helpful, recommended.
