Lovely meal, attentive staff, although when I booked for my birthday on line it said that we would all be given kir royale as a birthday drink, unfortunately we were not offered theses .😞
Very friendly staff, excellent food, good value for money. The atmosphere is very lively, but not too noisy, a thoroughly enjoyable place to relax and eat.
Lovely meal and Staff were very pleasant and attentive. However the meal is far too rushed You could be in and out within 30 mins . Not at all relaxing .Please slow down
My favourite restaurant in West Bridgford. Food and service are always first class. Try it you won't be disappointed. Their vegetarian breakfast is one of the best we've had.
We had the lovely 10 year Anniversary menu meal at Cote West Bridgford recently with friends visiting from New Zealand. We were a party of 6 and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The restaurant had a good atmosphere for an enjoyable evening.

Service and food very enjoyable. A really nice way to celebrate a 70th birthday. Would recommend to friends and family. Would definitely visit again as an enjoyable evening.

We are regular customers although it is the other side of nottingham. It is well worth it. We always recommend it to our friends. Lynda
Excellent food, although quiet (it was Monday night after all), there was still a lovely ambience to the restaurant. The waitress serving our table was an absolute delight & could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely return soon. Thank you.
Good service, excellent menu and the quality of the food proved to be equally excellent. It is not cheap and the imposition of a 15 percent service charge is a bit cheeky in a restaurant chain. Anyone eating at Cote would give generously anyway. Does it replace Bistro Pierre? The jury is out.
Great food, relaxed ambiance and good service. Visited on a Thursday evening with a group of 5 friends. We were seated promptly, and food came at a good speed. Waiters were available when needed but also not too intrusive. Would recommend.
As always - a lovely evening out. The food was excellent - I had the tuna and the service was attentive and friendly. We wanted to change table and that was not problem for the staff.
A pleasant late breakfast at 11.30am for three people on a weekday. Good level of service, with attentive but not overbearing staff. Mixture of items from the menu which we all enjoyed. Coffees and tea would, in my opinion, been better served with the meal rather than with the juice and complementary water at the beginning.
Food was great as usual. Staff just not as helpful as usual, our waiter was obviously a trainee but his 'mentor ' was abrupt and confused our order. I was disappointed as I had taken two friends and had really raved about the amazing service we usually receive, and was therefore a little embarrassing
Very good food. Would have liked some bread with a prawn starter that had a lot of sauce. No bread put on the table, unusual for a French style restaurant. But given 'complimentary' water! Not cheap but definitely good quality food, and plenty of choice. A good early bird menu too. Would certainly go again. Garlic bread was off the menu that day, again not good for a busy Friday night, we went at 5pm. Good service.
The food was not hot so we asked for this to be rectified. The problem was attended to very quickly and an amount was taken off the bill. The evening was very pleasant and the food was good
Delicious food, well presented, attentive staff, complimentary Kir royals , lovely ambience at a great price. What's not to like! It's my favourite go to restaurant.
Not the best service tonight sadly - had also ran out of a lot of things on the menu which was disappointing. Quite pricey for what you get.
It was it's usually busy Sunday morning, with Gabby, Aga and new waitress, Natalie, making us, as always, very welcome. Breakfast was hot and tasty, with usual complimentary trimmings, which are always appreciated.
It ticks all the boxes for me, the staff are attentive and friendly, the menu is varied and the food is well presented. There are no flashy trendy gimmics, it is simply a smart affordable restaurant in a very pleasant location.
The staff are very helpful, very a little over attentive. Food was delicious but sadly cold. When we complained they offered to get us something else, when we refused (we loved the dish too much) they knocked the drinks off of the bill.
Great food beautifully served . We had the same waitress as we usually have and she couldn't be more helpful. A great go to restaurant.
Very pleasant waitress . Coffee hot and French toast and fruit very good. We will return for dinner when we are next in Nottingham. Thank you
Fast friendly and delicious, would definitely recommend especially the black pudding on the French full breakfast. Already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you
This is our regular brunch stop in Nottingham. The food and service are consistently good so I am sure we will keep going back. Best to book a table in advance at weekends.
The meal was fine ( the moules had far too much pepper), the rest of the food was ok. Service ok, had to ask twice for the bill.

Great staff, good service, delicious brunch would highly recommend. It's in a lovely location too which makes for a very relaxing Sunday morning outing with friends
Had a sirloin steak which appeared to be correctly cooked but not too warm on arrival. It was also very sinuewy and very difficult to cut in places, which took away the enjoyment of the meal. The other 3 meals ordered at the same time were of a reasonable standard.
The staff were very good and the food was very good. It certainly met with all our expectations. Thanks very much Jane and Paul Abbott
Super breakfast. Busy but really friendly staff in a lovely atmosphere. We will be back soon for another visit. Great way to start the day.
After a day at cricket, a steak frite hit the mark. Friendly, quick and good service. Really tasty, good location and only a short walk from the ground for suffering fans
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Good location and very friendly staff. Speedy service as we were in a rush. Thanks to the staff we didn't miss much of the cricket!
Excellent food, good service, but I think it should be discretionary to tip as 12.5% is a bit excessive.A tip would have been forthcoming anyway so leave it too the customer
Always a pleasure to visit. Quality consistent. Good food. Good Service. Value for money. Pleasant surroundings. Has consolidated its position on the short list for repeated visits.
Poor service at the table - I asked for a port and lemonade as my first drink. After I was initially told that port was available, I said that I would have a port and lemonade, but the waiter went away and then said it was not available. After our mains, we were bought the dessert menu, which had port at the bottom. I ordered one and it came with our desserts! Sound/acoustics in the restaurant was poor and it was difficult to talk across the table and to the waiter who constantly asked us to repeat ourselves. On the plus side, the food was great!
Pleasant and helpful staff. Service was good, orders were taken and food brought to the table at appropriate times. Food was tasty and as described on the menus. An efficient service all round.
Service was rushed and lacked any personal interaction. The presentation of the food was very basic. The whole experience was functional but did not warrant the prices.
Another late business breakfast up to the usual high standard both in the food and the service. Croissants and pan au chocolate plus very nice coffee and tea. Why there is a fake pot of jam on the table I don't know but there it is. And rather sticky it was too despite being there for show. All very enjoyable.
Lovely place, arrived early so chose a seat outside. Coffee very nice, only criticism would be that granola a bit too sweet. Will try again for sure.
No Camembert on early deal as vegetarian , another dish should have been replaced on menu,as optional, choice had to come off main costing, this did not take away from staff helpfulness.
Coffee took over 25 minutes to arrive and toast was 10 mins after the breakfast. The staff never asked how things were or acknowledged we were actually there.
Love this restaurant. Parking close by. I always have the fish stew which is just delish. Huge portions and such great service. I always feel welcome.
The service was slow and not up to the usually good standard. Food was reliably good though many items on this months set menu were not to our liking.
Not as good as when I've been before - grilled chicken clearly precooked and then warmed up in the icrowave - it was like eating cardboard.
Very good atmosphere. Reasonably good service even though very busy. Early bird special is good value. Have been there before and I would go again.
Good food and service, lovely local location and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great for early evening mid week meet with friends and have eaten here on a weekend when it's much busier and still has a great vibe. Will definitely eat here again.
A great late business breakfast of croissant, pan au chocolate, coffee and tea. Usual good service and no pressure to leave as we stayed for quite some time.
Always good food and atmosphere! Service usually prompt and great selection and reaaanbly priced with fab set menu options each day. Do breakfast, lunch and dinner and all 3 tried and tested with happy results.
Had a lovely meal at the Cote Brasserie. Food was beautiful, waitress was really friendly and helpful, she gave us a couple of wines to taste when we couldn't decide which one to go for, service was great! Would definitely recommend coming here.
Usual pleasant environment- not expensive - no waiting about and good waiter. Arrived late and still offered us the under 7.00 deal Friendly maitre di
Our food was tasty and well presented, the service was efficient but not too much and overall good value. We will definitely return, thank you!
