Nice staff food is always good. The service charge is so wrong it should be up to the customer how much money they want to tip

Enjoyed our lunch today, all the food was fine, but not to keen on the 12.5% add on. I’m quite capable of tipping if service is good.

A warm welcome, friendly and efficient service and lovely food, well cooked and very tasty. The impressive thing about Cote is that it always maintains these high standards and is therefore a very reliable place to eat.

Very enjoyable visit. Pleasant waitress, good food , efficient service. Great value lunch in comfortable surroundings. We will return again to this venue. And even a complimentary glass of Kira Royale.

Food was lovely it's a beautiful bar only negative was everyone was tidying up around us and it felt a little hurried which is a shame as it was otherwise nice. We would have liked to have sat away from everyone else but we were all placed in one area even though there were other places to sit

Great choice of breakfast and drinks. Good value. Very relaxed ,friendly , efficient service. A very good place to catch up with friends and family.

The service and food were great. Value for money, good selection of items, best black pudding ever, or as the French say, boudin noir. Go!

Really great food and service, really nice atmosphere too, perfect for our friends birthday meal out. So easy to receive a table online too would definitely go back.

Very nice meal, Great service, Would have been a six if the pace was not full of screaming children. Could hardly hear yourself speak at times.

Wonderful experience as always. The staff are so friendly and welcoming at Cote. My mum had a wonderful mother’s day meal here last week. Of course we will be back :)

Friendly staff, excellent food and service - the only slight grumble was the quality of the vegetarian option for my wife - not sure how you can run out of lentils!

Another excellent lunch at cote. This time in West Bridgford. Wherever we go if there’s a cote that’s our “go to” eatery. Great food, excellent food and wonderful ambience in the restaurants

The staff were great as usual! The food was very good too. We eat here every couple of months and have never had a bad experience

The food delivered to one member of the party was cold. This necessitated the food order being redone in the kitchen. Appreciating of the time that would be required, this meant that one person had to eat essentially by themselves. It was also appreciated that the cost of the cold meal was removed from the final bill, this should not have happened in a restaurant chain that prides itself on being a French Bistro. I am sure this would not have happened in France. Although it is clear that the service charge is 'voluntary' the amount was automatically added to the final bill. This did not add to the satisfaction level.

Mother’s Day brunch menu was lovely. Food service was quick and the staff were great as always!

I have now been 4 times this year and every time the food, service and experience has been lovely. I constantly recommend to my colleagues and friends. Will definitely be back.

Very polite staff. Family friendly. Nice dinining crowd. Good location and parking close to the restaurant. We went in celebrate mothers day and we had a good time.

Great service and Food. They also held our table for us despite being 20 minutes late due to traffic. Looking forward to going there again.

Today was excellent as always. Great food with good service. This was our 3rd Mothering Sunday visit and we have never been disappointed. We’ll be there next year

We had a very friendly greeting at Cote. The service was very prompt and pleasant. We all enjoyed our meal. We would have preferred to tip as we thought appropriate, rather than having 12% added to the bill, even though this was discretionary.

Really enjoyed our visit to Cote on Friday. In our opinion it is the best of all of the restaurants in West Bridgford. Excellent service and very well prepared food. We will certainly be back and would recommend highly to others.

Great food. Went for dinner. Reasonable price for a 3 course option. Friendly and attentive waiter/waitress. Good seating space not congested between tables. Would recommend.

Excellent value early doors menu. Good range of choices. Good quality food well served. Friendly staff. Good service. Good ambiance and a nice buzz to the atmosphere.

We had a very pleasant lunch today with a lovely waitress. The meal was really good, very nicely cooked and presented. We will be back soon.

We eat at Cote in West Bridgford regularly. Why? Excellent menu, great situation and friendly and efficient staff. We would recommend the restaurant most highly.

I feel it’s wrong that they add the gratuity for you... especially as it’s higher than the accepted level . Tonight the manager when giving change only gave the amount that kept the tip at that whereas he should givechange to the meal price.

We enjoyed our visit. Unfortunately even though we asked for the chips to be really hot, they arrived only warm which has been the case on previous visits. Your staff were helpful , the food was lovely.

Excellent value for money. Found us a quiet corner which helps with my husbands hearing. very flexible with what we could order and the staff were very friendly

Excellent food with excellent customer service. Recommended. Especially recommend the artichoke starter. Very relaxed and good value for the set menu. We will return soon.

Great meal , great service my only disappointment was they no longer had the wine we wanted! Food came promptly and was well cooked we had duck and the sea bass, would recommend, and we will go back!

We always love this restaurant. Amazing as ever, quick friendly service and delicious food. The praline crepe is my favourite, I have it every time.

Lovely food and great ambience. Delightful waitress but the main course arrived before we had finished our starters so had to be kept warm until we were ready.

Fabulous evening. Food was delicious, service was excellent, and they gave us a complimentary Kir Royale as it was out 1st wedding anniversary. As always, a very enjoyable experience.

The restaurant staff very attentive and food excellent. My wife order the special Crete Brûlée but unfortunately they served her the standard Crete Brûlée. They changed it without any fuss.

We always enjoy our visits to Cote Brasserie West Bridgford. The menu is inviting and the food never disappoints, served on really hot plates by friendly efficient staff. The early evening offer at £13.75 is incredible value for three generous courses. This is the only chain restaurant we rate highly and recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it.

Met up with friends and there, food was good from starter to dessert.Service and our server were excellent. Would definitely recommend. Kir Royales were very good too.

Expensive for what you get. Nothing special. Staff all very pleasant. Would return but it is a long way for me to travel so it's not a first choice. Had previous better meals here, sadly this wasn't one of them.

Very good value for the lunch offer menu. 2 courses for £11.50. Both my sister and I had the Chicken and Gratin potato with an extra side of delicious creamy spinach. Followed by Apple crumble and ice cream which was excellent too. Service was efficient and friendly. Atmosphere good too.
