Côte West Bridgford

Service as good as usual,But for once food was very underwhelming (main course only lukewarm) very unusual for them.Could’nt say anything as friends were paying.

As always a first class meal with attentive and friendly staff.

one of my favourite restaurants in West Bridgford- I brought a visiting friend on Saturday evening and as ever delicious food and excellent, friendly service.

Wowser cocktails; good food and friendly service-what more could you want? Lunch rush seemed to be just finishing but a nice vibe overall upbeat but not manic. A great place for a late Saturday lunch!

Service wasn't as in previous visits. We had to returned one starter as under cooked and tepid and since it included prawns didn't risk it. This spoilt the whole meal. we have eaten hear before and at other Cote restaurants and this was the least enjoyable. This was disappointing as in West Bridgeford there are so many restaurants to choose from and Cote has certainly let it it self down on this visit and wouldn't be are first chose for a while.

Very disappointing...this was our second poor experience, so we won't be back in a hurry. After waiting around 20 minutes, we had to ask our waiter if we could order drinks. He was very surly and not at all friendly...we felt as though we were putting him out. The portions were so small on two of the meals, we had to order bread, as people were still hungry. At no point did anybody come and ask if everything was ok, nor did they ask if we wanted more drinks, so we left and spent our hard earned money in Copper a few doors away... It was very disappointing, because there are usually 12 of us who eat out regularly, and the service in the past has been good, but this was twice we have had poor service, so we won't be back anytime soon.

I ordered Sole which I had the last time I ate there, but this time it was absolutely tasteless with a few dried up capers on and to many pieces of lemon over the fish.

Last minute decision to have early afternoon light lunch which was excellent.

Food great service good but the decor is a bit Plain! And it’s Expensive!!!

We got a table ok but it was a Monday, the food was very nice and the service good the only thing we didn’t like was it’s on the expensive side.

Very impressed with gluten free menu and the fact that manager took responsibility for the gf order which put my mother who is coeliac at ease very quickly and meant she could enjoy the meal as much as the rest of us

We had an amazing experience, with such a large party to deal with, the staff of Cote were able to handle everything with out any hitches. Our meals were delicious and our waiter was amazingly patient. We congratulateto the manager and his staff for the smooth running of their establishment they were wonderful.

Felt rushed by the waitress assigned to our table. We had not even place coats on our chair and sat down and we were being asked for drink orders. This continued through the course of the meal. Constant interruption and rushing through the courses even though restaurant was not full.

Always excellent. For good value tasty food in a welcoming atmosphere you can't beat Cote.

The party of 4 all being vegetarian we had good choice. Good improve with more choice. The Cheese choice was very small so not good value. Also the breads offered was poor some crackers are required, the waiting staff mentioned they get the complaint. Overall a good evening with friends.

We are regulars because as today the breakfast is excellent and the friendly service . You don’t have to wait long and the food is tasty. Real orange juice and complimentary chilled water .

A lovely brunch location. It was not busy at all and the atmosphere was pleasant. Not sure why our party of two had to wait nigh on 10 minutes to be served initially but these things happen (but I would hope that part of the experience is not repeated nor the norm).

Good food and reasonable prices. However what makes this Cote so good is the lovely staff Always so helpful despite having to deal with some remarkably rude people Thank you Aga for brilliant service again today

As always the food and service was excellent - for a couple now in their eighth decade this is quite a commendation - we are not the easiest to please - ha ha.

We all enjoyed our food. Great service and a very nice waitress. My only comment was the way the bill was set out which I found s little confusing. Small point however.

We really like Cote. Missing - a biscuit or chocolate with coffee or the availability to purchase.
