Great on every level , excellent value meal in good surroundings further complimented by a team who care about delivering great service to all

We come here white regularly! The food never disappoints and the staff were lovely, the right level of attentive and helpful; especially with the dessert wine. They could see we weren’t in a rush and they left us to it as well.

Lovely ambience, decor, helpful and attentive staff, lovely food and excellent service. I marked it five. It would have been a six but for the following: you emailed and offer redcomplimentary kir royales for me and my guest as it was my birthday - when I arrive and order them I was told this only applies to A la carte orders - it said nothing about this in your offer email. It is too embarrassing to start haggling about a couple of drinks (for me and probably the staff as well) so I ended up paying for them. Get it right, Either its an unequivocal offer or its not. It made me cross.

I dine frequently at Cote and my friends and I always enjoy the experience but we all have the same complaint - your habit of serving food, particularly those items like pies/parmentiers, which come in their own dishes, on wooden slabs on top of plates. Because the food itself is hot (good) and fits snugly in its dish, it is difficult to get at and we want to put it on to the plate so we can enjoy it more easily but the wooden slab is in the way. The slabs are anyway a bit unsightly and add nothing to the presentation of the food, so we earnestly entreat you to stop using them.

Not been able to go for a few weeks, so glad to see that the food is as good as ever, and that some of the familiar faces are still there...and that there are some new ones

As always nice staff , good service. I was a little disappointed with my weekend special, burger with comte cheese added as an extra. The burger was pretty large , not really juicy but to solid and meaty, very firm and there was hardly any comte on the top. Still the food generally.

For a late Saturday lunch. Food and drink were great, as always (if a little slow to come out on the mains), but front of house not so. Slow to be seated, lack of attention and pudding order put through wrong. Normally excellent so lack-luster today more obvious.

We were made welcome by a most charming and helpful polish lady who made our experience more than pleasant I think her name was kasia

Food was cold, fish seemed as though it had been cooked from frozen which then led to me spending the evening being sick Would not recommend, very over priced for the the quality

The meal was so beautifully prepared. Classic dishes full of flavour. We chose the Prestige Set menu. Really good value. Vegetarian option so tasty - will come again.

Table not available when we arrived and we had to wait despite having booked well ahead. Two of the steaks were cold and had to be replaced which spoilt the evening as we could not all eat together. Manager rather surly and grudgingly allowed us a bottle of wine as compensation for the disappointment. If this had been our first visit we wouldn’t go again. As it is we are regular customers and this is the first time the meal has disappointed. Table waiter was good and very apologetic and waiting time poor as had to wait for more steaks to be cooked.

We have been going to Cote for a few years now and always have a good experience, the set menus change regularly and the gluten free menu is excellent. The Manager is professional but friendly and the staff are helpful - any queries are dealt with immediately without making the customer feel uncomfortable as can be the case in some restaurants. The venue is well presented and the ambience is good, I highly recommend Cote in West Bridgford.

Delicious food and excellent service. As mentioned before there should be a biscuit or chocolate served with the coffee - we bring our own!

It was my birthday and the team were very accommodating and the service was great The only downside was that the food wasn’t as good as the last time I had it I ordered exactly the same dishes but they were lacking a little bit the gravy was a bit cold and mussels were not as succulent as last time But on the whole everyone enjoyed themselves

We always have a good meal and good service - it's our favourite restaurant in West Bridgford - the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The early evening menu is particularly good value. Would definitely recommend Cote West Bridgford.

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff. A lovely laid back feel restaurant. The food and drink was delicious. Very good value. We will be coming back !
