Could not be faulted - 5* A bit noisy but the Christmas crowd were in.

Overall a good dining experience despite the restaurant being very busy on the day. Our waitress was extremely friendly and efficient. There was a slight problem withone of our main courses but it was quickly corrected. No hesistancy in recommending.

As always great staff who looked after us really well. A little disappointed that the table we requested the day before was occupied. One main course was very oily , the salmon on the prestige Sunday menu. What we appreciate is that if you do have a problem with a dish, you always respond positively to it. We will return as we do on a regular basis.

Had a great time. Staff were attentive and looked after us well. Really enjoyed the Confit Duck and the chocolate pot.

Sat in a cold and drafty area of the restaurant. I requested that we didn't sit there because it was cold but was told that there was no where else for us to sit. We only put up with it because it was too late for us to anywhere else. I have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions previously but won't be returning in the future due to the poor customer service.

We’re fairly regular diners at Côte West Bridgford, which is an indication that we like it, but last night was particularly good. All 6 members of our party thoroughly enjoyed the Prestige Menu and thought it good value. The wines are a bit pricey with 12.5% added but I guess it’s fairly typical for the UK.

Always a great experience, good food in a comfortable environment at a fair price. Always a good place to take friends.

We had a really nice meal although the steaks were not a very good quality - we had the Xmas menu The Xmas crackers although looked nice quality shame they had crappy plastic toys in them - a paper hat would have been suffice but there wasn't any in them !!

Everything was great . However the only criticism I would have is for the bacon . It was not the normal standard. Everything else as always excellent

It was a small family gathering of grandma, daughter and granddaughter. We really appreciated the unintrusive attention of the staff. When my granddaughter dropped her knife a clean knife was immediately supplied. Our only complaint was that some of my daughter's medium lamb steak was rather rare.

Our party of 13 work colleagues enjoyed our early Christmas night out at Cote. The service was good, food was delicious and the complimentary cremation went down incredibly well!

A lovely welcome ; staff smiling and patient . I walk with crutches . The tables are well spaced so you never feel your privacy is compromised .

Lovely meal, love french cuisine my only negative comments are about the lack of consistency, we ordered pork fillet and two steaks both were ordered medium rare. Hubby enjoyed the pork fillet and my steak was medium rare but my sons steak wasn’t. Instead it was served medium to well done so he wasn’t overly impressed especially as he was paying. Also a waitress managed to pour milk on husbands trousers when clearing another table. Ok it wasn’t a lot but perhaps the tables are a little too close together.

The meal was spoilt almost straight away the table we sat at wasn't clean enough so we moved. We asked the staff member for our tea with our meal which didn't happen when we said we wanted the tea when t he food arrived he said they were busy and he was on his own and the soup wouldn't be long. We went along with that though not too happy about it. The soup when it arrived a good 5 minutes later was Luke warm at best. One was ok mine was nearly cold really. I told another staff member when he came to clear the dishes and he said oh I will tell the boys in the kitchen which I thought was very matter of fact. By this time we were not very happy and I have to say the main course wasn't very hot either especially the potatoes. When we went to pay we were told we wouldn't get charged for the tea because of the soup. I wish we had been told sooner and someone had said sorry. Not going back.
