Arrived for breakfast at your West Bridgford branch; to be told there was no eggs and smoked salmon on the menu. How does that work, what restaurant advertisers selling breakfast, but can’t provided eggs? Left and went elsewhere as 80% of the menu uses eggs.

Very poor, it took 2 hours to have two courses and when the main course arrived the chicken was dry and over cooked but at the same time both the chicken and the fries were delivered cold and the sauce was totally tasteless. To be fair, this dish was removed from the bill, but that is not the point, we went out to eat, not to complain.

As it was Mothering Sunday it was busy. We had prebooked a table which was ready for us on arrival. We had our order taken within five minutes of arriving, had our drinks by ten minutes with the food coming shortly afterwards. The food and drinks were lovely, the right quantities. I had the vegetarian full breakfast which was the delicious and the decaff Americano was amazing, a strong flavour which is good. Overall the service was excellent and so was the food.

The food is exceptional. The wine and the atmosphere is perfect. This is a jewel of a restaurant and continues to deliver great service. Strongly recommend.

A lovely clean and inviting restaurant serving absolutely gorgeous food at a very reasonable price however the best thing was the staff, so helpful, no changes to the menu was a problem, and very chatty and happy. Just a really nice experience and will be going again

We have been here many times and will not be slow to come again. The food is delicious; the staff are friendly and efficient and the wine us well priced for the quality. Difficult to beat this in West Bridgford or indeed in Nottingham

Well we had a reservation and queued like cattle outside your kitchen while waiters passed food over our heads. The food was average. The service poor and you automatically add a 12% service charge. Absolutely ridiculous!

The food is always reliably excellent here, and it was again today. Service a bit slower than usual, and noise level (“music”) appalling. I guarantee that if it was turned off everyone would be pleased.

The whole experience felt very rushed. Within 10mins our food and 3 drinks where in the table. The quality of the food was excellent as always. The 12.5% service charge added for 3 people at breakfast was also a tad surprising. . . Also surprised that there wasn’t a small gift for the Mother’s as other restaurants on the Avenue were doing. That said though it was still an enjoyable breakfast apart from the constant banging from upstairs .

Great food was had by all three diners, service excellent and not rushed. We had a nice corner table. The complimentary Kir Royales was a very nice Birthday treat!

Been going to the West Bridgford restaurant for many years now and it never disappoints. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming, the food is consistently excellent and the service first class. The atmosphere is just right, the dining area is large enough and busy enough to be interesting, but small enough to make an intimate evening for two extra special. And, you get all this for sensible money, with a real world wine selection too.

We eat here at least once a month, so it was very disappointing that the food and service wasn't as good as usual. Such a shame.

As always, we are greeted by friendly faces, and made to feel most welcome. The service is first class and the food excellent, with a good choice and variety. As regulars it’s great to chat with the staff and ‘catch up’. Atmosphere is perfect for a group or a romantic meal for two, with lots of space and many areas with more intimate seating. Prices are pretty reasonable too. What more could you ask for?

Manager admirable but lack of staff meant real delays before seating. Food OK but mussels had some grit in and fish goujons way overcooked. Had to leave half.

It is always a pleasure to eat in Côte. As a foodie I am always delighted with my meal. One of the few restaurants that serves a Steak Tartare which I always have and is consistently good. To follow this time I had the pork belly, the crackling is so incredibly thin and delicious. This was finished of with a chocolate fondant and vanilla ice cream, what a silky, gooey, tasty treat. Service as always is impeccable and the food well priced. My only minor grumble is the optional 12.5% gratuity worked out for you on the bill, I would rather have the standard 10% worked out and pay more if I want to.

Really nice evening (in the middle of the week though). Great service and welcoming staff. It would be nice to have some kids activity/colouring book for their entertainment but it is one of my favourite chain restaurants.

Apart from having to wait over 25 mins for our table which was pre booked for 8.15 (we were offered a complimentary drink for the delay) the rest of the evening was thoroughly enjoyable. We will certainly return in the near future. Alan Middleton

Excellent tasty meals on the £11.99, before 7 pm deal. Great service. Lovely atmosphere. If there had been some bread with the soup it would have been perfect.

Once again we have been thoroughly spoilt at Cote, the food never fails to disappoint, the seasonal changes to the menu are always a delight to discover, and it's the personnel touch that makes for a wonderful evening.....

Very good as usual we really enjoyed our meal with friends who have travelled up from London for the weekend! Our server was especially excellent and extremely pleasant!

Such good service!! We were treated really well on the first day of being a married couple! Really quick service and great food, also a very short waiting time.

Excellent, thank you; we'll visit again. One point to consider, though: please don't add a tip, optional or otherwise, to the bill as it just pisses people off. If I want to give a tip, I will, OK?

What a brilliant brunch we had!!! Amazing food, quick service and your waiting staff were so fantastic with our young sons-they were helpful, engaging and really kind as spoke to my 4 year old for ages without rushing him or ignoring him. We also felt really comfortable and relaxed as a family without fear of any judgemental looks!! Thank you so much!!
