Very good meal pleasant atmosphere and first for evening meal... only thing was could of done with complimentary gluten free bread with starter. Will definitely go again.

Good food and good service, with a great atmosphere. Special dietary requirements were dealt with very well and all our party had a very good evening.

Pleasant experience overall. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was tasty and well presented with good sized portions. Atmosphere was good and the rest of my party were impressed too.

We were not as happy as usual with our meal. The order was mixed up. There was no staff continuity. I think we experienced shift change over. Staff nowhere nearly as friendly and helpful as in the past. We booked for 4.30. The restaurant was not busy. No excuses there! The 2nd group of staff just didn't seem to be in work mode and not at all efficient. Shame. Means they don't get a tip!

AS always, excellent service from all the staff and the food was delicious. Warm and friendly atmosphere, without being too noisy. Prompt paying of the bill at the end.

4 friends went for a meal the food was good , the starters are expensive . Don’t like the 12.5 optional Gratuity that is added to the bill

Good choice of menu . Food well presented. Staff excellent. We liked the fact that two staff serve at table - one holding tray while the other hands out . Staff training must be really excellent.

Friendly welcoming staff. Food was of average quality however the portion size for the cost was not good value. The water came in a stone bottle quoting in it that the water had been purified etc but it did not taste like that at all. No Ice or lemon offered and needed to be asked. Staff standards varied. To add 12.5% service charge to the bill is not a good practice as this should be an option. In all poor value for money and we wouldn’t recommend Côte. There are so many other restaurants that offer better value and don’t feel the need to add the service charge.

lovely food and great service! I would have liked more vegetarian options but what I had was super tasty. Service was a bit slow but very polite and professional.

My friends steak from the £11.50 menu was a better quality than the ribeye steak from the christmas menu. The service and all the other dishes were superb

First time for Sunday lunch as we usually book for midweek and go off the excellent value for money set menu. The food was absolutely delicious albeit the price was more than what we usually have paid in the past. As always the staff were very attentive.

We’ve always really enjoyed our visits to various branches of Côte. This was no different. So reliable and delicious. Special wine from Graves was a classic claret as expected

Very nice evening, lovely table in the window, promised kit royales came without having to ask and the food was good.... parsnip soup was tasty but it could have been hotter ... was just warm but it was busy so didn't complain.

Excellent food - as always. Good service although just asked too many times if everything was alright! I don't like being asked if I want coffee or an infusion when I'm given my desert - at that point I don't know what I want next!

Great food, relaxed ambience and excellent service. The special menu is always seasonal and well priced. Went on a Thursday night with a friend and had a very enjoyable evening. Highly recommend.

The most consistently good restaurant in Nottingham. Very varied menu and incredibly reasonable set menu which changes monthly . The staff are always brilliant without being over the top .

Nice food but overpriced. Really resent 12.5% optional service charge being added. Optional or not, this addition is completely unnecessary. For this reason we will not be a returning customer.

Great atmosphere for a Wednesday night. The Parmentier fish pie was delicious as was the Grand Marnier pancakes. Good service too without being too attentive.

We visit the West Bridgeford Cote a couple of times a year and the front of house welcome is always good and luckily as we are a couple it is is noce that the two`s are window seats so you can watch the world go by. Service was excellent and as ever the food and drink were great. Well done and keep up the hard work, it was a busy Saturday evening, but that did not effect anything.

We had a lovely meal here for my mums birthday. Food was spot on, there were a couple of issues with the order but we were reimbursed with a free drink so all good!! Still dont like the service charge being included.

Disappointing chicory salad starter but good steak and pretty good service in pleasant atmosphere. We had a fun evening with our friends. I would recommend.

The starters and mains were good, flattened steak excellent. Came a bit undone when the flambé pancakes were presented without a flambé! Just a flick of the lighter then off, strange.

Good service. Wine (deal) very dry and bitter. Beef Burgninon excellent. Steak much too thin more like cheap fying steak! Sweets excellent. Possibly would not re-visit.

Lovely food and really accommodating staff! We had a delicious three course meal for two and felt we really got a lot for our money!

The service was excellent - we did not need to get the waiters attention for anything, they were extremely attentive. The food also came very quickly and was lovely.

Visited here quite a few times and food and service good as always. We all had the two course lunch menu and it’s excelkent value . The two ladies I went with hadn’t been before and were impressed.

Been many times to cote and have never been disappointed. Nice food and good service. I just don’t agree with the service charge that they put on the bill.

Easily the best chain restaurant. Lovely menu with seasonal offerings, well trained staff and a free bottle of excellent Claret as a reward customer. Lovely food served on piping hot dishes. We were even treated to a flambé crepe dessert at the table. A rare example of a chain that doesn’t feel like one.

A recent change of manager has not in any way reduced the excellent food and service at Cote. It remains the place to eat in West Brigford. Another lovely dinner.

We experienced good service from the moment we arrived until we left. The Waiting Staff were a informative and helpful. The food was good and the value for money was great.

The food was delicious and it has a really nice ambiance. We did feel a bit rushed with the food as we had our starter taken away and there wasn't a gap before the main. The staff were excellent and ensured all needs were met.

Liked the restaurant and were well looked after. I did find the food a little disappointing in that I had tuna rillettes to start but it was more like tinned tuna mixed with mayonnaise, so didn't feel special. The crepe pudding I chose had lovely caramelised bananas but the crepe was tough as if cooked hours before. I did enjoy the evening but felt we spent over £60 and that was by choosing in the main the cheaper fixed menu but didn't get a meal worthy of that price.

Nice venue. Service is quite good. Have to say the 12.5% service charge is steep though. Only had breakfast wouldn't go for a special meal.
