Excellent meal as always. Cote West Bridgford is a great restaurant.

Have eaten here many times but I was quite disappointed with my food this time, I ordered the fish goujons, which were dry and tasteless, something you would feed a 5 year old. they tasted like they came out of a frozen packet. The service and ambience was great as usual.

Booked to try somewhere new in our favourite spot of West Bridgeford. Couldn’t of been more pleased. Received complimentary cocktails from newsletter sign up, brilliant informative service from our waitress about menu choices & a delicious lunch from the A La Carte menu. Definitely visiting again.

Really enjoyed the Valentine Evening at Cote.. Service first class and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed the different courses we chose from the special menu. Never felt rushed and the server, a very friendly young lady from Poland (Agata?) was first class. Busy but team dealt very well with evening.

We always go to Cote for special occasions and celebrations. The food is just amazing, service is top and prices aren’t through the sky. This time me and my good friend went to celebrate her birthday. We got a glass of prosecco on the house to celebrate. What a lovely gesture. Thank you Cote! 😊😊

Lovely friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. We had the lunch menu there was plenty to chose from and it was delicious. Will definitely be back.

We go regularly to Cote and we have never been disappointed. I can highly recommend the crab mayonnaise and the duck which I had last night and the steak was also very well received. The monthly specials are always different and we love sampling them. Our special offer martinis were an excellent aperitif too!! It was very busy when we arrived, therefore quite noisy but had quietened down a little later in the eve. The staff were kept busy all night.

Very nice meal, bit of a waiting time to be seated even though we'd booked.

The food was fine and the lady who took our order was excellent. However she then appeared to go off duty and thereafter the customer service was indifferent. Therefore it was inappropriate to offer a tip for what was mediocre service at best. Furthermore when I asked the waiter to remove most of the charge his demeanour was very negative, thereby ruining what should have been a pleasnt evening.

Really good service as always! Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and always feel welcome. We had the breakfast on this occasion which was very tasty and also kept hot on the warmed plates. Would recommend the other menus too as we have never been disappointed.

My favourite place to eat. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The atmosphere welcoming and warm. Great choice of food whether it is brunch, lunch or dinner. Puddings to die for what more can I ask. They made my recent birthday brunch feel very special.

Lovely evening at Cote- food was excellent;delicious blood orange martini and the waiter(very tall Italian gentleman) was efficient and friendly.

Not enjoyable. No cafetierres left for coffee but we could see used ones not being collected from the tables. Waiter disinterested. Food average. Waited 20 minutes for the bill after asking.

Enjoyed the meal but....precooked online a week in advance mentioning it was my friend’s birthday but was disappointed to find wed been given a table for two at the bar right by the door to the outside! The manager did find us another table so happy with that but he claimed not to know we’d booked this meal as a birthday special. Also the staff failed to tell us the card machine was not working at the start of the evening so when it came to paying I had to go to a cash machine! I think it’s time you changed your sides menus too! I’m getting bored with what’s on offer a la carte as I do eat with you at least once a month!

Great atmosphere and good food, thought the waitress could have engaged a bit more, just went through the motions. The chicken dish we had said it contain bacon lardons........ none to be found anywhere but remainder of dish was very nice

Service was very good. And prompt. Waitress very friendly and chatty.

Waitress was disappointing. Didn’t smile, wanted to rush our guests with their orders who were elderly, had to be asked twice to bring things we’d ordered and didn’t thank us or say goodbye at the end. One of our guests can’t eat garlic. We asked if a dish contained it and were told it didn’t. Then she changed her mind and said she’d ask. We then found out 15 minutes after finishing starters that it did. This pushed back all our mains. We spent over two hours with you for just two courses. Food was very nice hence why I didn’t give you fewer stars. Won’t be rushing back.

As always, the service was efficient and pleasant, the food was beautiful and promptly served at ideal temperature and safely duty-free as requested. The January bounce-back wine was a very special bonus - thank you so much for making our time so enjoyable to celebrate my daughter-in-law's birthday.

As always the food was of a very good quality and the service friendly and relaxed. It is a good location and venue with a buzzy atmosphere.

Exceptionally good food & service - as ever. We repeatedly come back to Còte (despite being very familiar with the Menu by now) as the quality exceeds our expectations every time. The Management & Staff are delightful too. Many thanks, Maria & Family xxx

Never a disappointment. Always a good meal at west Bridgford.

For a chain, it is hard to fault. However, we requested our Chateaubriand at £19.95 pp to be cooked rare not medium rare which didn’t materialise, so not quite sure how much detailed feedback you are interested in as it very much depends on your target market. Is Cotes a special occasion or a regular event? Different demographics with different expectations ... I genuinely don’t know which are the most profitable. In spite of my reservations, Cotes continues to almost meet expectations.

Côte is our favourite restaurant. I visit at least once a week. Good value French cuisine.

Another excellent evening,staff were friendly and efficient .Food was lovely as expected.

Was disappointed that the only fish option on the set lunch menu was haddock gorgeons. And little choice of deserts too. Have been going to Cote quite often since it opened in West Bridgford but the choices on the lunch menu are not so good.
